@itvhub your app will always crash at some point during advert breaks usually from the 2nd advert break onwards on the Nowtv stick and returns to the homepage where you have to find programme again and rewatch the same adverts. Any advice how to fix this?

@NOWTV you make it impossible to get in contact with a real person to resolve a problem but you can easily take more payments out of my bank account & I can't even speak to someone about it!

@nowtvhelp Thank you, to confirm my neighbour to my left (# 9) has BT, no issues but I believe my neighbour at # 8 has NowTV (can find on wifi) and there’s seems to be up? My dad is Jim (account owner) so please update me as soon as possible. Reseat our cable at the exchange may fix this?

@NOWTV As I am sure you know, the link you sent me here is not to a live chat, but simply to a community where you seem to have farmed out customer service to other NOW TV users. This is not good enough. How can I fix this problem without talking to a member of your team?

@ChuckIOM Hi Charles, thanks for getting in touch and I do apologise for the delay in response. Charles unfortunately nowtv does not support Airplay and/or Apple adaptors with IOS devices. This won't work for streaming your passes to the TV

@NOWTV I have spoken to Royal Mail so know what the issue is but @NOWTV chose to be in denial / would rather have someone be without internet and unable to work from home than pay the cost of posting a new box.

@NOWTV When I watch now tv on my Xbox a problem usually occurs with international football games where you usually choose what game you want to watch via the red button but instead the channel is limited to one game because there is no red button option

@NOWTV your service is terrible. Ive tried multiple times to cancel your service but your website prevents me from retrieving my account and you still take my money every month. You owe me about £100 and i want it back now. All i wanted to do was cancel but now youve annoyed me.
