She’s getting the usual ‘it’s not our problem’ from both. Today is the last straw - guy turned up, accused her of misreporting the issue and left without trying to help. For goodness sakes please communicate properly @NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach and get her simple problem sorted. 2/3

My daughter is having a terrible time at uni in London - no WiFi but trying to begin her course which is delivered fully online - NO HELP from @NOWTV and @WeAreOpenreach, although NowTV are happy to take her money, and Openreach have sent an engineer this AM who was agressive 1/3

@NOWTV trying to watch via my Google chrome cast app, but getting this error message. SDK.LOADING_LIMIT.UNKNOWN_REASON.MAIN_CONTENT Been like this for a week. I've updated my chromecast, restarted. Everything. I can watch on my phone but unable to cast. Please help!

@doublenegativeM Station Eleven is great isn't it? I find Disney+ hit & miss, unless you want to binge on MCU/Star Wars; they've got The Dropout & Atlanta, big faves. NowTV: movies are terrible but they got the big TV shows. Apple TV: worth a look, maybe when Fountain season 2 drops.

@MattFraser93 I got a deal for NowTV & Cinema with internet for a year. Don’t. They use the most appalling routers. Old Sky ones they stopped using, rebranded. They do not work. I haven’t issue with the streaming side though, except for deleting my entire watchlist once.
