    @nowtv #911 why does 911 on #SkyWitmess have music between what would be the adverts on #catchup tv no other program on catchup have this annoying problem

    My daughter is having a terrible time at uni in London - no WiFi but trying to begin her course which is delivered fully online - NO HELP from @NOWTV and @WeAreOpenreach, although NowTV are happy to take her money, and Openreach have sent an engineer this AM who was agressive 1/3

    @DCross_psycho9 In is your sky viewing card number They do this to help Sky identify which viewing card is illegally rebroadcasting online streams and take the appropriate action I have only ever seen it on sky set top boxes (not BT boxes, BT apps or nowtv apps)

    @NOWTV i have elderly ppl in the house no broadband nor fixed line telephone. Can you tell us if it is area problem? Also can the home phone by diverted to mobile number?

    @G33K_D4D @NOWTV it seems to be a issue initialising stream quality, if you move the popup out of the way, the stream quality eventually establishes itself and you can watch the relevant channel. Still not good enough for the money NowTV demand for their sub standard service

    @plusnethelp hi. My nowtv and Amazon fire stick both cant connect to my internet. I've tried troubleshooting it and now it says I need to sign in to network but when I click and enter my details nothing happens. No internet. No tv. Nothing.

    @btsport Hi, we have no problem watching live football on NowTv & Amazon & no other non terrestrial channels buffer.However BT Sport consistently buffers& we end up being way behind with the game with commentary out of kilter.Ethernet cable from tv to powerline plug. Please help!

    @NOWTV Had he broken character he would of had to kick the helmet again.. so really was in his own interest, broken toes and all.
