    My daughter is having a terrible time at uni in London - no WiFi but trying to begin her course which is delivered fully online - NO HELP from @NOWTV and @WeAreOpenreach, although NowTV are happy to take her money, and Openreach have sent an engineer this AM who was agressive 1/3

    @NOWTV i just want to cancel my subscription but no one is replying to my emails im sending! I can no longer access the email account attached to my account so cannot login to cancel. Can i just cancel my DD?

    So apparently I picked a bad day to WFH because my @NOWTV Broadband has decided to run soooo slow I can't keep a VPN connected on my work laptop. But "There's no fault on the line" which is super useful when a fault had been identified by Openreach and not-fixed before.

    @NOWTV sending a useless email telling me to try & find Nowtv boxes in shops while the uk is on lockdown. Nowtv should help its Disabled Customers & email the companies it sold boxes to & find which ones have the boxes still available. Why sell devices with no Ethernet.

    @NOWTV for broadband is the absolute worst. I spend more time on the phone to them each month than I do my family. The service is terrible - last month five days without internet. Honestly - the worst! Ill and furious. #heartfailure #broadband

    @NOWTV you need to fix your rules. A TV Chromecast shouldn't be part of your devices given that ANOTHER device is needed to cast to it; therefore taking up two slots of the 6 you pay for. It's stupid.

    @NOWTV is there an issue with broadband, seems a few people having issues. All green lights but not internet connection.

    @NOWTV No i can login i just can't actually cancel it!! Same story from i signed up!! How do i get a refund?
