    She’s getting the usual ‘it’s not our problem’ from both. Today is the last straw - guy turned up, accused her of misreporting the issue and left without trying to help. For goodness sakes please communicate properly @NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach and get her simple problem sorted. 2/3

    @nowtv #911 why does 911 on #SkyWitmess have music between what would be the adverts on #catchup tv no other program on catchup have this annoying problem

    My daughter is having a terrible time at uni in London - no WiFi but trying to begin her course which is delivered fully online - NO HELP from @NOWTV and @WeAreOpenreach, although NowTV are happy to take her money, and Openreach have sent an engineer this AM who was agressive 1/3

    @gavinmuellerphd @Greene_DM HBO is interesting because their model is more "classic" and oriented around IP rights in global markets. We get it through Sky's "NowTV", quite possibly the worst streaming software i've ever used

    My @NOWTV player isn't working on my laptop. Googled it and apparently lots of people are having this issue and Now TV is doing nothing about it. Such poor customer service. Sad.

    oi @NOWTV, why am i constantly getting the error message "Unable to sign you in, please try again later" day after day after day when logging in with my correct details? makes me want to cancel as i can't watch anything, but can't even log in to do that!

    @OpenreachHelp Well, your Engineer didn't turn up, completely lied and cancelled the job as he "couldn't get access" and now I have to wait weeks again for another cancellation & pay another huge phone bill to tether my laptop because I have to work remotely👍 @OpenreachHelp Provider is @NOWTV

    Had nothing but issues with @NOWTV broadband since we moved in over a month ago. So many phone calls, two engineers later and I'm now facing all weekend with no Internet because I'm waiting 3 working days for my third engineer who I have zero confidence will do anything.

    @AmazonHelp It's an FTTp connection. And network hardware capable of delivering ten times that speed. It's not the HDMI cable as Netflix/Disney + /nowtv and YouTube stream with no issues. Nothing was downloading at the time

    @OpenreachHelp Hi, can I drop you guys a PM in regards to what OpenReach are likely to try and do / check to fix my line issues of regular disconnections / speed fluctuations (NowTV/Sky have opened a 2nd engineer ticket with yourselves, I have the reference numbers for the case)
