    She’s getting the usual ‘it’s not our problem’ from both. Today is the last straw - guy turned up, accused her of misreporting the issue and left without trying to help. For goodness sakes please communicate properly @NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach and get her simple problem sorted. 2/3

    My daughter is having a terrible time at uni in London - no WiFi but trying to begin her course which is delivered fully online - NO HELP from @NOWTV and @WeAreOpenreach, although NowTV are happy to take her money, and Openreach have sent an engineer this AM who was agressive 1/3

    @nowtv #911 why does 911 on #SkyWitmess have music between what would be the adverts on #catchup tv no other program on catchup have this annoying problem

    @NOWTV Been kicked out half way through a film and cant get back in, have logged out and in again and its no different. Can't watch anything - plays a trailer then goes back to the watch now page. Help! Having a lovely night with my grandson......

    @NOWTV Anyone answering Live Char tonight?? Waiting for ages. Now Tv not working on Hisense tv or Amazon Firestick today, all the apps and services on both are working fine. Rebooted tv, router and broadband. All services except Now are working fine!!

    @daydreampiv @snoopyshane Yea it’s so ******* **** lmaoo. I mean of course if you watch it on your laptop or phone and not on Sky or nowtv etc it would be fine. But yeah anything streamed on our TVs unless it’s like Netflix etc… it would be affected. But yeah no problem!

    @GermanTank_BW @SenabyeGee I'm not specifically talking him as opposition but the rest, on the issue of languages he offered an alternative i.e. focus on languages that can enable trade with the rest of the world, not familiar with the NOWTV issue, he also offered ideas on Bonno Housing

    The amount of disconnections, audio stutters, video crashes and losses of signal from @NOWTV these last three days has been absolutely terrible. Its freaking annoying watching other people have no issues on illegal streams while I pay for **** service.
