    My daughter is having a terrible time at uni in London - no WiFi but trying to begin her course which is delivered fully online - NO HELP from @NOWTV and @WeAreOpenreach, although NowTV are happy to take her money, and Openreach have sent an engineer this AM who was agressive 1/3

    @nowtv #911 why does 911 on #SkyWitmess have music between what would be the adverts on #catchup tv no other program on catchup have this annoying problem

    She’s getting the usual ‘it’s not our problem’ from both. Today is the last straw - guy turned up, accused her of misreporting the issue and left without trying to help. For goodness sakes please communicate properly @NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach and get her simple problem sorted. 2/3

    @NOWHelpTeam @SkySportsPL @SkySports please sort out the quality on Sky Sports on NowTV. Loosing the camera/ audio and we are paying for this service every month. Its ****

    @GermanTank_BW @SenabyeGee I'm not specifically talking him as opposition but the rest, on the issue of languages he offered an alternative i.e. focus on languages that can enable trade with the rest of the world, not familiar with the NOWTV issue, he also offered ideas on Bonno Housing
