    She’s getting the usual ‘it’s not our problem’ from both. Today is the last straw - guy turned up, accused her of misreporting the issue and left without trying to help. For goodness sakes please communicate properly @NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach and get her simple problem sorted. 2/3

    @nowtv #911 why does 911 on #SkyWitmess have music between what would be the adverts on #catchup tv no other program on catchup have this annoying problem

    My daughter is having a terrible time at uni in London - no WiFi but trying to begin her course which is delivered fully online - NO HELP from @NOWTV and @WeAreOpenreach, although NowTV are happy to take her money, and Openreach have sent an engineer this AM who was agressive 1/3

    So it seems the UFC moved from Discovery+ to HBO Max in the UK. I saw that NowTV just got HBO Max so I went there - no UFC. Went online - no HBO Max in the UK via web browser. Had to download an HBO Max app, sign in with my D+ details and then watch via TNT. What the actual ****

    @NOWTV when are you going to fix your app so that it doesn’t crash after every commercial break & randomly crash during a game 🤔💩

    The picture quality on the standard NowTV plan, which costs £35, is shocking. For that price, you don’t even get proper HD—you have to shell out another tenner for Boost. And last night they didn’t even bother showing Wawrinka’s farewell ceremony and just cut off the broadcast 😡

    Is anyone using NOWTV and having some lag with F1? My internet speed tests are perfect yet it seems to cut off, doesn’t buffer as such, just seems to go all pixelated from time to time and the audio stops?

    Can we PLEASE just be straightforward about what this is? The problem is a failure to tackle predatory online behaviour, not because there’s ****** online. If we care about “naked pictures”, how is this going to stop a teen using their parents NowTV profile to watch Euphoria?

    Anyone else getting fed up with @NOWTV coverage of @SkySportsF1 Every time I click on it, it’s a black screen. Then eventually the sound is out of sync with the visuals. It’s been an issue for months and I brought it up with them. It’s still not been fixed.

    Then to have your help centre suggest I was doing something wrong and these deals were no longer available THEY ARE ACTIVE RIGHT NOW when I log in Don't lie to your customers. NowTV lied to me too and they will never get another penny. Neither will you.
