    My daughter is having a terrible time at uni in London - no WiFi but trying to begin her course which is delivered fully online - NO HELP from @NOWTV and @WeAreOpenreach, although NowTV are happy to take her money, and Openreach have sent an engineer this AM who was agressive 1/3

    Hey @NOWTV Broadband, You first send @OpenreachHelp engineers to visit to fix the broadband connectivity problem, The engineers replace the socket and provide different ADSL cable and take away old one, After few months the problem appears again, (1/n)

    @CuckooInternet We’ve been without internet for nearly a month in our new flat. Switched from NowTV because of that to you. Got a date of Feb 24th internet confirmed - then what happens? More delays and we’re not told when that new date is. Pls help @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach

    @Plusnet already has 100x better customer service compared to NOWTV. Even tho I’m still having issues (due to Openreach), the way Plusnet are handling it is so much better!!

    @ASonNamedBort To be honest I only now watch the 'hits' Netflix have every so often — e.g. Squid Game, Wednesday. I find that Apple TV+, NowTV, and Disney are better quality and value for money.

    @hayuhelps hi trying to watch Below Deck Sailing via our nowtv stick. Was working a couple of hours ago, now just keeps returning to menu screen or saying that didn't go to plan. Other programmes not on hayu are playing. Please help

    @timothygood I can and I must. It’s just a case of putting up with NowTV which is the worst streaming service in the U.K. Worth it to see your work though.
