    My daughter is having a terrible time at uni in London - no WiFi but trying to begin her course which is delivered fully online - NO HELP from @NOWTV and @WeAreOpenreach, although NowTV are happy to take her money, and Openreach have sent an engineer this AM who was agressive 1/3

    She’s getting the usual ‘it’s not our problem’ from both. Today is the last straw - guy turned up, accused her of misreporting the issue and left without trying to help. For goodness sakes please communicate properly @NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach and get her simple problem sorted. 2/3

    @nowtv #911 why does 911 on #SkyWitmess have music between what would be the adverts on #catchup tv no other program on catchup have this annoying problem

    The quality of @SkySports streaming via @NOWTV is declining rapidly. Constant buffering and interruptions. Used to be reliable

    The picture quality on the standard NowTV plan, which costs £35, is shocking. For that price, you don’t even get proper HD—you have to shell out another tenner for Boost. And last night they didn’t even bother showing Wawrinka’s farewell ceremony and just cut off the broadcast 😡

    @MorelandJo @NOWTV You can’t they refuse to fix them - there’s 100s of threads on here dating back to 2024 - they’re the only tv streamer that couldn’t give a ****. I’m not renewing my subscription with poor quality tv streamers

    @NOWTV Picture quality for the Liverpool game is appalling… don’t try and blame my connection…. It’s fine with all other sources.

    @Benleo Im having the exact same problem with nowtv since they have joined up with Sky. My only way to find out now is to cancel my direct debit and see who starts chasing me for their money!

    @RawnsleyAn86745 @rebzeleanor @SkySports I'm close to agreeing with you. If you removed the word tin pot, I definitely would. No team or match has the automatic right to be on telly. Womens football deserves coverage and the men's match was very prominent on nowtv Both were on telly. No issue really.

    i’m sorry but @NOWTV @skytv you’ve sped up the club scene in ep 4 of heated rivalry and i’m not having it, the song is so much faster! fix it please now, what happened to no edits no cuts 😭
