    She’s getting the usual ‘it’s not our problem’ from both. Today is the last straw - guy turned up, accused her of misreporting the issue and left without trying to help. For goodness sakes please communicate properly @NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach and get her simple problem sorted. 2/3

    My daughter is having a terrible time at uni in London - no WiFi but trying to begin her course which is delivered fully online - NO HELP from @NOWTV and @WeAreOpenreach, although NowTV are happy to take her money, and Openreach have sent an engineer this AM who was agressive 1/3

    @nowtv #911 why does 911 on #SkyWitmess have music between what would be the adverts on #catchup tv no other program on catchup have this annoying problem

    @bikesontnt Yeah, I would if I could set up the account! Usual sh*t show - BT website still showing Discovery+ instructions and HBOmax website telling you to login to your NOWTV account.

    @conor_gamble @NOWTV It is odd, I can access it on my phone & laptop but not TV. It must be a software problem at their end (just tv) related.

    The picture quality on the standard NowTV plan, which costs £35, is shocking. For that price, you don’t even get proper HD—you have to shell out another tenner for Boost. And last night they didn’t even bother showing Wawrinka’s farewell ceremony and just cut off the broadcast 😡

    @NOWTV no update on the audio description issue you are having on multiple programmes? It's an expensive subscription and havnt been able to watch anything for 3 days

    @metaplexmovies Yeah. I am not a comic book person so know nothing of the character(s). Really enjoyed it (despite some sound issues with the @NOWTV transfer). I'll definitely be watching ep2 next week.

    @LifeInWales @NOWTV Having the same issue, tried doing the online chat only for them to tell me it’s not necessarily NOW issues and it might be my network issue. It’s a joke

    The fact that I have to be in the US to use my #AppleTV subscription to watch the #F1 and using a VPN doesn’t solve the problem is bullshit of the highest order. Can’t even switch my Apple ID region because I’d have to cancel Apple One to do it. **** Sky and NowTV. Piracy it is.
