My daughter is having a terrible time at uni in London - no WiFi but trying to begin her course which is delivered fully online - NO HELP from @NOWTV and @WeAreOpenreach, although NowTV are happy to take her money, and Openreach have sent an engineer this AM who was agressive 1/3

She’s getting the usual ‘it’s not our problem’ from both. Today is the last straw - guy turned up, accused her of misreporting the issue and left without trying to help. For goodness sakes please communicate properly @NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach and get her simple problem sorted. 2/3

Hey @NOWTV, your app doesn’t work on my iPad Pro or iPhone 12 Pro Max. Keeps kicking me off the app. I’ve tried removing and reinstalling the apps but keep getting the same. Will you be updating the app? No use paying for all my passes if I can’t even watch them!

@NOWTV hi please sort out your buffering issues 🙏🏼 subscribed again & it keeps getting pixelated, defo not my connection; I primarily watch Netflix or Prime & never have pixelation with them, so if you can that would be appreciated. Kinda reminds me why I stopped subs to you 😔
