    She’s getting the usual ‘it’s not our problem’ from both. Today is the last straw - guy turned up, accused her of misreporting the issue and left without trying to help. For goodness sakes please communicate properly @NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach and get her simple problem sorted. 2/3

    My daughter is having a terrible time at uni in London - no WiFi but trying to begin her course which is delivered fully online - NO HELP from @NOWTV and @WeAreOpenreach, although NowTV are happy to take her money, and Openreach have sent an engineer this AM who was agressive 1/3

    @nowtv #911 why does 911 on #SkyWitmess have music between what would be the adverts on #catchup tv no other program on catchup have this annoying problem

    @dumilaiweman Exactly. Fix Btv2 into a real content engine or fully commit to NowTV as Botswana’s digital future. Right now, we have weak broadcasting and a substandard streaming platform. Digital audiences won’t tolerate poor UX or half-hearted execution. With the "best" tools allegedly.

    @GermanTank_BW @SenabyeGee I'm not specifically talking him as opposition but the rest, on the issue of languages he offered an alternative i.e. focus on languages that can enable trade with the rest of the world, not familiar with the NOWTV issue, he also offered ideas on Bonno Housing

    @NOWTVHelp I have just subscribed to NowTV to watch the F1 but have been unable to watch the practice session due to glitching and freezing every few seconds. Very disappointed and wont be paying £30pm for this terrible quality!. Tried to do an online chat but that doesn’t work

    @CelticSky28 @skytv @NOWTV The problem is that it's available all at once on not-so-legal channels, so the opportunity to do week-by-week is lost. You can really only do week-by-week now if the entire world is in sync.

    The amount of disconnections, audio stutters, video crashes and losses of signal from @NOWTV these last three days has been absolutely terrible. Its freaking annoying watching other people have no issues on illegal streams while I pay for **** service.

    Anyone else watching on Sky / NowTV having sound issues? For me, the sound is a few seconds behind the pictures. It's the same across different devices too #nffc
