    She’s getting the usual ‘it’s not our problem’ from both. Today is the last straw - guy turned up, accused her of misreporting the issue and left without trying to help. For goodness sakes please communicate properly @NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach and get her simple problem sorted. 2/3

    My daughter is having a terrible time at uni in London - no WiFi but trying to begin her course which is delivered fully online - NO HELP from @NOWTV and @WeAreOpenreach, although NowTV are happy to take her money, and Openreach have sent an engineer this AM who was agressive 1/3

    @GermanTank_BW @SenabyeGee I'm not specifically talking him as opposition but the rest, on the issue of languages he offered an alternative i.e. focus on languages that can enable trade with the rest of the world, not familiar with the NOWTV issue, he also offered ideas on Bonno Housing

    @NOWHelpTeam Hi again Dolby Atmos is not working on brand new @amazon fire TV stick 4K Max. You have previously informed me that @NOWTV would work with Dolby Atmos sound on this device. Please can you offer some assistance with this? #Now

    @NOWTV @WTA @atptour Watched the first set of the men’s final last night. Sat down this evening after a long day’s work to watch the rest & it’s no longer available. Replaced by a ‘highlights’ version. Honestly, I’m astounded by just how awful this TV service is. Our beautiful sport ruined.
