  @NOWTV I am fully aware of that. The programme was recorded in 4:3 but looks square (really thick side bars). 16:9 TV adverts have black bars when they should be in full screen. No problems until yesterday.

  @nowtvhelp hi, having issues where my broadband keeps going on and off. Ran an a service check on the nowtv website - said it recognises broadband is slow but couldn’t diagnose the issue and asked to contact now tv. Any issues in the Stockport area?

  @NOWTV Hello, we're having issues with our broadband not reaching the DNS server every couple of minutes. We've restarted, unplugged etc., but still having problems. Where can we get support for this?

  Hey @NOWTV any idea when the connection issues will be resolved in the south east? We have had intermittent issues all afternoon, then complete no broadband, and now back to intermittent. Lots of reports on Down Detector too.

  @NOWTV In the past month or so it’s dipped offline a few times which has made working from home more difficult- no issues spotted on service status. I want to swap from brill broadband to fab fibre - but is the fav fibre deal (£24/12mths) only for new customers?

  @IanMousley @this_isruby @nowtvhelp There seem to be national problems with Sky who NowTV are owned by and piggy back off. Surprising that NowTV don’t seem to have been told their services are interrupted..
