Matt Bunnell (@mattbun) reported from Darlington, England@NOWTV I am fully aware of that. The programme was recorded in 4:3 but looks square (really thick side bars). 16:9 TV adverts have black bars when they should be in full screen. No problems until yesterday.

Vindhya Buthpitiya (@vindib_) reported@NOWTV hello! using the streaming app on my laptop. My internet connection isn’t the greatest, but it keeps glitching a bit too much/there’s nothing I can do to adjust picture quality which is mostly grainy. Don’t have this problem usually.
