@NOWTV I am fully aware of that. The programme was recorded in 4:3 but looks square (really thick side bars). 16:9 TV adverts have black bars when they should be in full screen. No problems until yesterday.

tbf I couldn’t be arsed logging out on my NowTV stick and logging back in because typing in the login details on a NowTV remote is annoying as ****, but I’ve done exactly that and now it’s fine. still hate the coverage mind

@NOWTV Please Help Urgently. I am being charged monthly and can’t access account due to leaving old job and unable to access email. Please respond as your website is so not user friendly for such a complaint and having no phone number makes it so difficult and frustrating. Thks

@NOWTV_It hello is the nowtv gone down today at the moment as I'm having a problem with mine at the moment all it keeps on doing is just loading up but nothing comes up I used it on my TV and my PlayStation as still nothing please let me know

@NOWTV are you getting reports of your Xbox app being very, very flaky of ? Stalling and dropping out with Error PL-0. No problems on my PC. The F1 used to be delayed by 30-45 secs, that's reduced, but the reliability has gone with it.
