@NOWTV I am fully aware of that. The programme was recorded in 4:3 but looks square (really thick side bars). 16:9 TV adverts have black bars when they should be in full screen. No problems until yesterday.

Had one problem after another with transferring internet to Now Broadband. Was supposed to go live on 23rd dec and still isn’t live now. Had a problem connecting & had to wait for open reach to sort it, now that’s fixed it’s saying there’s a problem in my home... @NOWTV
