@NOWTV I am fully aware of that. The programme was recorded in 4:3 but looks square (really thick side bars). 16:9 TV adverts have black bars when they should be in full screen. No problems until yesterday.

@StillSina Do you watch via a firestick or via the app (Nowtv player)? I think there's no trouble with the former but clearly the latter has issues Unless it's my laptop? (But all other on demand tv works instantly on it) ...

@NOWHelpTeam @NOW @NOWTV I contacted you via twitter 10 days ago, no reply,tech team were phoning me back last Monday, they didn't, router is 2 yrs old. Connectivity is now not good enough, hub is always hot, on line test your staff said there was a problem, where's the solution

@NOWTV have subscribed to your movie package, I can’t hear a bloody thing anyone says ! It’s just mumbling with the background noise far too loud :-(. Can anything be done, I have looked on the web and it looks like lots of people have this issue, I had to put subtitles on !
