Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

@NOWHelpTeam hello, I can’t get into my nowtv account as it says incorrect username/password when I used my now tv the other night and can’t get sign back in and when I try and reset my password I click on the link the email I get sent then I’ve changed password but then error?

Hey @nowtv @nowtvhelp please give Ferruccio from your call centre a raise!!!!! We didn’t 100% get to the bottom of my issue (shock) but he cheered me up with chats about Animal Crossing and RuPaul’s Drag Race. Top guy - please be my pal x

@IanGoddard88 @NOWTV I feel like they just ported the generic app from other platforms which makes version change easier but a lousy UX. especially jarring when paying £50ish a month for all this. Nothing beats the Apple TV for speed and ease of use so I won’t change from that. Fix your app

Contacted them again today after wait 10 days for a reply. Cut off live chat 4 times!! Offered a 1 day pass which was ideal. Voucher code issued. Guess what. Didn't work. Avoid Nowtv #Nowtv #SkySports @SkySports
