No reason for cancelling my order, no thought for the problems this causes work etc. back to BT great customer service. whatever you’ve done to my broadband now needs an engineer to visit. So I just went with NowTV instead and used the WiFi. You can contact your property management company to get an engineer to check the dish and cables

Spoke down to told I'm getting in the way while trying to answer questions. Spoken over and then hung up on. Shocking
