Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

@NOWTV Hi NowTV. I was using an Xbox series X. My connection was fine and i restarted my Xbox, router and app in the console. Its purely because your streaming service is the basic one and you charge more for better quality. It kept jumping out of HD into what seemed like 111p

@DeathIsHerLatex I gave up on nowtv movies as nothing is new. Amazon, we have been watching american gods which has pulled us in. But yeah love a serial killer doc. We’re aiming to watch bridgerton as heard good things. But now back at work during the week so less fun to be had

@NOWTV Yes, I have seen the email. It's really, really amateur of whoever is responsible for such a large error. It's very embarrassing for Now TV/Sky to have made such an error and I would hope the person responsible has been taken off further duties relating to sending emails out!
