Hey @nowtv @nowtvhelp please give Ferruccio from your call centre a raise!!!!! We didn’t 100% get to the bottom of my issue (shock) but he cheered me up with chats about Animal Crossing and RuPaul’s Drag Race. Top guy - please be my pal x

@NOWHelpTeam I'm trying to enter a movie nights in code into the skystore app on nowtv and the app won't open. Keep getting 0003 error saying try later. Have restarted the nowtv stick twice including unplugging it.

@All4 is there an issue with the app on other platforms? All4 hasn’t worked on my NowTV box for a couple of weeks. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but it still won’t work! Please help!

@NOWTV if there is a problem with your broadband network, and you can detect it is with the network outside of my home, and you even say "we will not need to access tour home" why do *I* have to book an engineer? Surely you should fix broken networks without me requesting it?

Nowtv broadband is the worst broadband that I have ever seen in my life. It disconnects each ten mins. When I ask them, they told me that it is normal at the first 10 days. It is 12nd of day, but it is still the same, even worse. I think they are just kidding me. @NOWTV_It

@NOWHelpTeam I need to update my payment card as current will expire next month. But NowTv have messed up my account which is linked to an old cancelled account and nobody wants to help me! It shouldn’t be this hard!

@now Hi, there is a problem with the NowTV website billing back end, causing it to repeatedly forget my credit card details, display clearly contradictory info about payment status of my account. Phone staff rude and unhelpful, unwilling to escalate as a -technical- issue. Help?

@toobbroadband Call you guys for you to say there's no issue your end & it's NowTV? I know NowTV is pants but didn't have 4 buffer screens in the space of 2 mins before we switched to Toob! We have called, we had no help given.
