Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

Hey @nowtv @nowtvhelp please give Ferruccio from your call centre a raise!!!!! We didn’t 100% get to the bottom of my issue (shock) but he cheered me up with chats about Animal Crossing and RuPaul’s Drag Race. Top guy - please be my pal x

@bt_uk tried live chat. Told having multiple devices connected will affect speed. Not been an issue before. Can’t watch NowTV either which we pay additionally for. BT speed test gave is a higher reading than Speedtest app. Something fishy going on there. Who can actually help us?

help my nowtv remote app on my phone wasn’t working and i’ve just realised it’s because i was connected to the wrong box for 30 minutes....FOR 30 MINUTES SOMEONE ELSE HAS HAD THEIR NOWTV DOING **** THEY WERENT CONTROLLING😭😭😭😭
