Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

Hey @nowtv @nowtvhelp please give Ferruccio from your call centre a raise!!!!! We didn’t 100% get to the bottom of my issue (shock) but he cheered me up with chats about Animal Crossing and RuPaul’s Drag Race. Top guy - please be my pal x

@NOWHelpTeam hello, I can’t get into my nowtv account as it says incorrect username/password when I used my now tv the other night and can’t get sign back in and when I try and reset my password I click on the link the email I get sent then I’ve changed password but then error?

Hey @NOWTV, your app doesn’t work on my iPad Pro or iPhone 12 Pro Max. Keeps kicking me off the app. I’ve tried removing and reinstalling the apps but keep getting the same. Will you be updating the app? No use paying for all my passes if I can’t even watch them!

@nowtvhelp Hi, The Now TV app has stopped opening on my iPad Pro running iPadOS 14.5. I see the NowTV splash screen followed by the spinner and then the app closes. I have the latest version of the app and have removed it and reinstalled it but it's still not working.
