    @NOWTV You are total charlatans. I’ve been trying to close my account for months now. I login cancel the passes. Have no passes to speak of but every month, there you are stealing money from my account. The website is a maze, round and round and round, no answers!

    @NOWTV @nowtvhelp @NOWTVSport I see that you are now being pummelled on #twitter which suggests that your service is just not up to standard. It suggests that a high volume of customers are impacted, so please do the right thing, explain & resolve the problem then refund!

    @NOWTV seems your streaming service isn’t up to standards or do you just know that watching #England is never a good thing and ensuring we can’t due to the poor stream quality!

    Then to have your help centre suggest I was doing something wrong and these deals were no longer available THEY ARE ACTIVE RIGHT NOW when I log in Don't lie to your customers. NowTV lied to me too and they will never get another penny. Neither will you.

    For months now @Spotify app constantly closes on @NOWTV stick. No sign of a fix so I give up! Thankfully there's better alternative services, as I've neither the time nor the patience for this bs!

    @lyncey_gilbe @skytv They have a special Bereavement team who was amazing and when my dad died mum had same problem .. they sorted it all out and within her price budget - if not cancel and use nowtv and you can just say can’t afford PAYG and they offer you like £1.99 a month for basically £19.99 sky

    @chefarchiepie @NOW @NOWTV It really is frustrating when they won't or can't help you. We're paying a subscription for a shows I can't watch as no subtitles so what's the point. And when you ask for help they ignore you

    @Delulu_Lila where to put it? it's nowtv problem that they buys so many dizi for every season. and if you don't know one production can't have two dizis on same day. so everyone put their series where they can.

    @NOWTV Been kicked out half way through a film and cant get back in, have logged out and in again and its no different. Can't watch anything - plays a trailer then goes back to the watch now page. Help! Having a lovely night with my grandson......

    The @HBO Max user interface on the @NOWTV app might be the worst UI I’ve ever seen.
