@NOWTV @nowtvhelp @NOWTVSport I see that you are now being pummelled on #twitter which suggests that your service is just not up to standard. It suggests that a high volume of customers are impacted, so please do the right thing, explain & resolve the problem then refund!

@NOWTV seems your streaming service isn’t up to standards or do you just know that watching #England is never a good thing and ensuring we can’t due to the poor stream quality!

Every NowTV meeting to implement a feature: - We could do it in a similar way to everybody else. That seems to work. - Sure. We could, but there's got to be a more annoying way to do it.

@NOWHelpTeam Definitely not the device. All other apps are fine, in UHD, 4k. Netflix, Amazon, Disney etc. As per the forum link is sent, I'm not alone with the problem. It's a technical stream issue nowtv end.

@PooWithEyes yeah i can't remember the last time anyone in my house watched live TV. sky have noticed the shift and are pushing Nowtv a lot, I think BBC need to act now because it'll get left behind and the license fee is just way outdated plus Netflix have way better quality content

@sapphyreblayze ive noticed this too, but only on my WiFi, so maybe its a NOWTV issue if anyone else here also uses that
