    @NOWTV @nowtvhelp @NOWTVSport I see that you are now being pummelled on #twitter which suggests that your service is just not up to standard. It suggests that a high volume of customers are impacted, so please do the right thing, explain & resolve the problem then refund!

    @NOWTV seems your streaming service isn’t up to standards or do you just know that watching #England is never a good thing and ensuring we can’t due to the poor stream quality!

    @NOWTV now just taking the pish. Finishing the few series I'm watching before ditching it, start a programme and have to suffer bunch of inane laugter at how stupid we are paying a subscription to avoid adverts with that god awful @McDonalds advert.

    NowTV is the dearest of all streaming services, worst in layout & design and now have put adverts unless you pay another £5 on top of your subscription. #nowtvadverts

    @NOWTV ive had nothing but problems since I changed to Nowtv broadband even just waited to speak to someone and got cut off! Not the easiest company to get hold of! Broadband is rubbish checked phone lines and said that and technical engineer was neeeded yet I’ve heard nothing!

    @NOWHelpTeam our nowtv hub just isn’t connecting/providing internet connection. it’s been up and down ever since we came to nowtv for our internet and i’ve had enough of it. i’m constantly turning it off and back on again, nothing seems to work.

    @NOWTV got sports day pass in May that was meant to have 5 mths mobile access. Never recvd code for the mobile. Plz help.

    @NOWTV no broadband since Monday night, and now customer services are asking if we have had a flood! It's almost as if nobody is actually sure what the problem is, so not hopeful about the "it should be resolved within 72 hours of reporting"
