@NOWHelpTeam Hi there, for a while now NOWTV hasn’t work on my iPad or iPhone (fine on Apple TV). I click play on something, it starts for a few seconds, then get a spinning wheel.

Anyone with a Sony Android TV have any other playback issues with like Disney+/NowTV etc? Every so often during an episode/movie, it’s kind of just stutters for a second or two. All of the apps are up to date as it the TV.

Was considering a @NOWTV subscription, but the fact that 720p is the maximum quality for PC is an instant put off. The fact that 720 is still in your vocabulary as a streaming service limit in 2022 is beyond me

NowTv is useless , The Continue Watching List is empty on Now on pc & on the NowTv app yet on a different browser it's not empty. @NOWHelpTeam Also just bought a boost package & adverts still show. Fix it.

Weirdly it looks like Apple TV 4K is supposed to pause , it doesn’t work. And now since I was watching with my nowtv box I cannot watch on Apple TV as I am “watching tv on too many devices” I have powered the other box off and still get error, are you trying to annoy customers ??
