@NOWTV can you please fix your laptop app, it never loads properly on the separate video player we have to dl. I miss half of the sports I want to watch because of it and makes my sports pass obsolete. Its very outdated and never works

@NOWTV My credit card company changed providers and payment didn't go through but I got from you, "We’re sorry to see you’ve cancelled your NOW Membership. If you could spare a few minutes to let us know the reason you’ve cancelled, it’d really help us improve."

@StillSina Do you watch via a firestick or via the app (Nowtv player)? I think there's no trouble with the former but clearly the latter has issues Unless it's my laptop? (But all other on demand tv works instantly on it) ...

nowtv's UI for desktop... it's inexplicable. It's the worst piece of **** I've ever used
