@SonyUK I bought a new Sony tv last March and infuriatingly the sound won’t work on some of the apps like prime, nowtv, you tube. It was a seriously expensive purchase that just doesn’t work as it should. Any ideas?

@nowtvhelp @michelleruane @NOWTV Hi I am also having problems this morning. Worked fine all last night and can not log into any of my devices. It says login details not recognised. Tried resetting my password but the link wouldn't work. Uninstalled and reinstalled all apps but no joy.

My #Broadband speed is just 8.2mbps and has been for weeks! The main problem is that when that get's through the front door I'm not left with much to share with my wife and our three kids. God help us if the dogs ever ask for an iPad! @UswitchUK @NOWTV
