@SonyUK I bought a new Sony tv last March and infuriatingly the sound won’t work on some of the apps like prime, nowtv, you tube. It was a seriously expensive purchase that just doesn’t work as it should. Any ideas?

@itvhub Glad I'm not the only one experiencing these problems, well at least the final is on BBC 1. Alternative platform's, I can only think of probably NowTV, Dazn or an Iptv service.

@NOWHelpTeam our nowtv hub just isn’t connecting/providing internet connection. it’s been up and down ever since we came to nowtv for our internet and i’ve had enough of it. i’m constantly turning it off and back on again, nothing seems to work.

@NOWTV now just taking the pish. Finishing the few series I'm watching before ditching it, start a programme and have to suffer bunch of inane laugter at how stupid we are paying a subscription to avoid adverts with that god awful @McDonalds advert.

@virginmedia Been with you 1 month and had more broadband problems in 1 month (at least 1 complete loss of connection a week) than I have with NowTV over several years. I am working from home, sort it out, or I will leave It's a joke of a "service"

@charlesmj TalkTalk have absolutely awful customer service in my experience. Haven't had any major issues with NowTV in two years but router strength isn't amazing.

NowTV or whatever we're calling it now was designed by a madman in 2012 and then he left and no other staff have been hired to work on the website, app, or player since. That's the only reason I can find for it being so unusable for it's human users.

@NOWTV got sports day pass in May that was meant to have 5 mths mobile access. Never recvd code for the mobile. Plz help.

@george_garner8 I’ve found it works great on laptop/ iPad etc but awful on a tv through nowtv which is how I usually watch itv
