@SonyUK I bought a new Sony tv last March and infuriatingly the sound won’t work on some of the apps like prime, nowtv, you tube. It was a seriously expensive purchase that just doesn’t work as it should. Any ideas?

@Lisa7Pettifer Left Sky years ago after an argument over a broken box. Have NowTV which I’ve NEVER paid full price for. Go to cancel and they give me an offer. Got Netflix and Prime too. Always loads to watch :)

@NOWHelpTeam is the appletv app being updated? My dads just paid a sports subscription in time for PLseason, but can’t watch, he selects old yellow&pink nowtv logo on his screen it says “NowTV is unavailable. Try again later” He can’t watch the football on a phone, please help

@Miriam11180064 Oh no that’s the worst! I’m sorry!! Let’s see I’ve mostly been watching Chinese fantasy on Netflix recently (aka word of honour, the untamed), but also enjoyed French heist show Lupin, and nowtv’s supernatural comedy Wellington Paranormal which is what we do in the shadows vibes

@JujuliaGrace I am sorry to say I brought the problem up to @NOWTV but they informed me their budget had already been spent so for now they are continuing to advertise on @GBNEWS so I have cancelled my subscription

@NOWTV Hi I joined Sports package offer on 4/8/21 money took from my A/C 5/8/21 I had sports offer last year no problems I can get sports on My IPad but not on my Samsung Smart TV , I use YouView on NOW asking me to join can you help me please

@NOWHelpTeam Can't actually watch the service I'm paying for because the NowTV player on PC's quality is so abysmal. (Not caused by my PC or Internet connection, this is an issue with the player as has been highlighted since 2017 on the help pages).
