Gillian Harrison (@Gharri74) reported from Parwich, England@SonyUK I bought a new Sony tv last March and infuriatingly the sound won’t work on some of the apps like prime, nowtv, you tube. It was a seriously expensive purchase that just doesn’t work as it should. Any ideas?

Craig McLellan (@stardottext) reported@googlenest It’s right beside the router. Not sure about the band. I’ve rebooted everything in the last few days and it doesn’t help. Playing things within Google TV is fine, it’s the NowTV app specifically that has problems.

Craig (@CraigPT82) reported@nowtvhelp We use the NowTv app on a Samsung smart Tv. (Tu7100) Originally never had any kind of issues but now buffers throughout any show we watch. Have carried out numerous hard resets on all equipment.
