@SonyUK I bought a new Sony tv last March and infuriatingly the sound won’t work on some of the apps like prime, nowtv, you tube. It was a seriously expensive purchase that just doesn’t work as it should. Any ideas?

@Netflixhelps Sorry, I wasn’t more clear...Netflix isn’t the problem...@NOW tv is! I can stream Netflix with no issues....but NOWTv is dreadful!!

@4Viewers @williamseivwrig Yeah we use the app on the LG smart TV, firestick AND nowTV, and it’s the same across every device I’ve ever tried watching on, regularly cuts out after an ad break for us, then you have to start again and rewatch the adverts when fast forwarding back to where you were. Awful

@NiskaHumans @NOWHelpTeam Do not waste your time trying to get nowtv to sort this. They are not interested. Go straight to your back and tell them someone has fraudulently used your details. Trust me you will just get the run around from now tvs “help” department.
