Lost three weeks of income because they ****** up line upgrade. Now I cancelled my contract per Nov. 8th and they turned it off over a week early. The ******* incompetence.

The new app is shiny and plays a musical note when opened It is also even harder to use than the old one. The search function is infuriatingly terrible (no voice). We get around this by using the Apple Remote app on an iPhone and typing.

Freely Advice (@Freely_Advice) reported@flixtonred Hi Yes, the apps are pre loaded but you will still need to contact Sharp or NowTV as this is not an issue with the Freely app itself.
