    @jongreydavies @WasOnceLoved @NOWTV We had the same thing a while back. The new app is shiny and plays a musical note when opened It is also even harder to use than the old one. The search function is infuriatingly terrible (no voice). We get around this by using the Apple Remote app on an iPhone and typing.

    **** @NOWTV Every month for last 1.5 years, they turn my internet off because payment system broken. Lost three weeks of income because they ****** up line upgrade. Now I cancelled my contract per Nov. 8th and they turned it off over a week early. The ******* incompetence.

    @NOWTV @nowtvhelp Are you ever going to fix the glitch on your service where the “continue watching” function takes you back to the previous episode that you’ve literally just watched? It’s incredibly annoying.

    The amount of disconnections, audio stutters, video crashes and losses of signal from @NOWTV these last three days has been absolutely terrible. Its freaking annoying watching other people have no issues on illegal streams while I pay for **** service.
