@NOWHelpTeam is the appletv app being updated? My dads just paid a sports subscription in time for PLseason, but can’t watch, he selects old yellow&pink nowtv logo on his screen it says “NowTV is unavailable. Try again later” He can’t watch the football on a phone, please help

@NOWTV Hi I joined Sports package offer on 4/8/21 money took from my A/C 5/8/21 I had sports offer last year no problems I can get sports on My IPad but not on my Samsung Smart TV , I use YouView on NOW asking me to join can you help me please

@NOWHelpTeam The most frustrating thing is you online chat wasted so much time because they couldn't even be bothered to properly check your own list of supported devices. Now the game is 20 minutes gone, the app still doesn't work, and I have lost the will to ever use @NOWTV again.

@Miriam11180064 Oh no that’s the worst! I’m sorry!! Let’s see I’ve mostly been watching Chinese fantasy on Netflix recently (aka word of honour, the untamed), but also enjoyed French heist show Lupin, and nowtv’s supernatural comedy Wellington Paranormal which is what we do in the shadows vibes
