@nowtvhelp Thanks, I do have a compatible TV, it has an N in the Model Number. NowTV was working fine on it for two years before this error started last month.

Even more problems with the @NOWTV player. Why did they feel the need to fix something that wasn't broken? The old player had no issues and this newer one has given me nothing but. Can't even watch it on my computer anymore.

Anyone else having issues with @NOWTV connection issues? At least 4 times every viewing it has dropping and various other connecting problems. Very frustrating.

@scottf646 @NOWTV They’ll charge you for **** you didn’t subscribe to and for months after you cancel. ******* awful service. Don’t even bother with free trials, you’ll get screwed hard. I don’t know anyone who had a good experience with them.

@NOWTV hi I just wondering how I go about cancelling my subscription. I've been a customer for at least 7 years. I have forgotten my log in details. I cannot find a customer number to call. I've tried to cancel payments with the bank but cannot. Can you help please.

So, my brand new @NOWTV stick is struggling to connect to my wifi. Old stick has no problems whatsoever. Nor any other device.

@katebevan Honestly, I think Channel 4 one is the worst. Although I admit I did cancel my NowTV subscription because it was rubbish.
