  Literally bought the sports pass on NowTV for the UFC and it buffers constantly. Illegal streams probably better quality

  @NOWTV bought a sky sports mobile pass and not working in my account. Also then bought a sports day pass, also not working! You’ve took £15 off me basically. Someone please contact me to fix this or send my money back!

  Coincidentally, Netflix forgot where I was in Designated Survivor so I’m finding I’ve seen these episodes. I’m going to plough on from this point regardless as it’s been a while. Meanwhile, NowTV forgot where I was with Manifest and I hadn’t the energy to work that one out.

  @nowtv @nowtvhelp Why are your chat assistants not very good? Don't you train them properly? Twice now they've followed the script, "yes you have a pass, you get the following, that's not working, OK uninstall & reinstall, try again." Then chat goes dead. @VodafoneUK poor swap!

  @NOWTV have bought a day pass for the sport but cannot sign into the app on any device? Can you advise, this is so frustrating when it keeps coming up “unable to connect to sign in, please try again later” on laptop, phone and iPad?
