  @gemothy @NOWTVHelp I had an issue with my packages not having the discounted price and after talking to a support agent on the nowtv website it got sorted within 5 mins, definitely would recommend trying that if the twitter help doesn't work out

  @bt_uk I changed tv package a couple of days ago but aren't getting the channels on NOWtv (comedy central etc.) My account seems to have updated online but channels not working

  @ShaneBeattyNews Don’t mind NowTV, but without fail every movie we have watched in Now over the past 2 weeks has frozen at least once - we don’t have the same issue with Netflix or Prime.
