    @NOWTV I'm having problems with now tv. I've been subscribed for months and now whenever I try to use it it says there is an error with the player. Any solutions?

    @NOWTV took a whole day off work yesterday, engineer didn't even show up? Not even a phone call.

    @NOWHelpTeam is there an issue with NowTV currently? When you switch it on, it comes up with the normal screen of programmes but when you choose one, it just times out?? Thanks

    @manchestermelly @Tachyon100 I'll be honest, I could happily do without any of those. We have Prime, Disney+, NowTV and Netflix, plus the broadband and the TV licence. I would need the broadband for work anyway, but in total that's £75 a month. Blimey.

    @NOWHelpTeam Ok thank you I will do but can you advise why I am having the issue when opening NOWtv? The home page sticks with your logo and the circle spinning timer?

    @SkyHelpTeam @NOW I solved this problem by installing a Roku stick & investing in the 'Boost' 1080 upgrade. There remains a REAL issue between Sky/NowTV and earlier versions of Chromecast however and it would be helpful if you could resolve it AND inform customers such as myself of its existence.

    @NOWTV hi I was trying to cancel a sport membership and it offered me a deal but it won't go through just says this is embarrassing not sure what happened can you help please

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, but like I said earlier, the speed has significantly decreased since confirming my switch. It used to comfortably run with my partners laptop, my PC, 2 phones and 2 xboxs all at once. Now it's struggling with no reported issues with 2 phones and a nowtv stick, nothing else?

    @sucksfacebook @CFCJourno @btsport I’m finding that apps are stopping working one by one on my Samsung TV and Samsung are incapable of fixing it. I’ve tried. I’ve had a Samsung “engineer” remotely access my TV and they blamed the apps. List of apps that won’t work are BT Sport, NowTV, Channel 4 and Prime!

    @NOWTV I’m planning on ditching this rip off merchant. All day with no access to it and no refund of acknowledgment from Now that there is even a problem. Shockingly bad customer service.
