@NOWTV hey my broadband is down and has been intermittently going down all afternoon, now its not working. Can I get an update on when this problem is expected to be fixed? I've tried unplugging and replying the router. Has not solved the issue.

@cwenhamphotos @SkyUK @NetflixUK Seems to be related to the NowTV and BT outage, internet is up for certain services just DNS routing :) It shouldn't be down for more than an hour

@NOWTV Broadband has had a fe minor issues over the last few days but has gone off completely this evening. Rebooted, checked router logs etc. problems highlighted online so fault lies with you. When will it be back?

@nowtvhelp we’re experiencing issues connecting, particularly over WiFi... can you confirm issue with SKY/NOWTV in Suffolk please because sky have a notification on their website but nothing on NOWTV.
