@NOWTV I'm having problems with now tv. I've been subscribed for months and now whenever I try to use it it says there is an error with the player. Any solutions?

@alisonlaurabell Oh it's so ****. You have to download their own NowTV player thing which is just awful. We use it on AppleTV so it's not too bad but on laptop it's no good!

Hey @NOWTV, your app doesn’t work on my iPad Pro or iPhone 12 Pro Max. Keeps kicking me off the app. I’ve tried removing and reinstalling the apps but keep getting the same. Will you be updating the app? No use paying for all my passes if I can’t even watch them!

@NOWTV hi please sort out your buffering issues 🙏🏼 subscribed again & it keeps getting pixelated, defo not my connection; I primarily watch Netflix or Prime & never have pixelation with them, so if you can that would be appreciated. Kinda reminds me why I stopped subs to you 😔
