@NOWTV my dad is unable to sign in. He has just got a subscription via BT and trying to set a password but no matter where he is trying (browser) it’s saying unable to sign in error message, try again later! This is since yesterday, what’s going on??

@NOWTV constant glitching for last two days. Unknown page error repeatedly. Abandoned multiple attempts to watch movies. No issue streaming with the other content streamers like Netflix, Disney plus. Very unsatisfactory customer experience. Please advise??

@NOWTV Was just in live chat with someone but they have ended the chat without sorting issue out. Basically we have now been sent a set your password email but when we click on the link it takes us to a screen that says access denied

@neilrob78 @NetflixUK Oh I had it for a while and it was useless for me. I bought three NowTV sticks from them for my smart TV but none of them worked, their customer service was terrible and they refused to refund me. I just hope that HBOMax comes to the UK, they've moved Friends there in the US. 🤞
