    @NOWTV I'm having problems with now tv. I've been subscribed for months and now whenever I try to use it it says there is an error with the player. Any solutions?

    @NOWHelpTeam @RNID I'm sure the money Sky pay is nice, but if you are worth anything, and actually work in the interest of the deaf, please investigate how their subsidiary NowTV consider copy-pasting plot synopsis as a final fix to subtitles being broken.

    @KeiranBurr I used to work for NowTV, performance testing using what they called the 'game of thrones profile'. Guess they stopped performance testing and forgot what to do with circuit breakers when the token service falls over.

    @NOWHelpTeam My account is direct with Now. I’m just watching through NowTV player via BT. The issue is with Now. Please help or I guess I’ll cancel.

    Why does the audio often struggle to play for SkySports Mix on nowtv?? Every other channel works no problem

    @NOWHelpTeam I primarily watch NowTV on my PC. I just tried the app on my phone whilst connecting to the same network and it worked fine. I'm assuming this is an issue specific to the app
