Hey @nowtv @nowtvhelp please give Ferruccio from your call centre a raise!!!!! We didn’t 100% get to the bottom of my issue (shock) but he cheered me up with chats about Animal Crossing and RuPaul’s Drag Race. Top guy - please be my pal x

@nowtvhelp Thank you, to confirm my neighbour to my left (# 9) has BT, no issues but I believe my neighbour at # 8 has NowTV (can find on wifi) and there’s seems to be up? My dad is Jim (account owner) so please update me as soon as possible. Reseat our cable at the exchange may fix this?

Buyer beware if trying to use @Sony offer of a free NowTV 1 month Sports pass when buying one of their TVs. They fail to tell you if you already have NowTV (Entertainment) via BT you are not eligible to use the offer! Terrible service.

@DaveBall65 @NotPooey You can watch catch up all channels but no BBC. Netflix, NOWTV, all ok. Just write and cancel. You cannot watch live tv or record live tv. If you have a smart tv, no problems at all.

@NOWTV Hi there, I am being charged £9.99 on my Paypal account for your service. I have no recollection of signing up. I can't log on to my account as I don;t know what my log in is. As far as I am aware I have never used your service. How do I cancel my service without login
