Hey @nowtv @nowtvhelp please give Ferruccio from your call centre a raise!!!!! We didn’t 100% get to the bottom of my issue (shock) but he cheered me up with chats about Animal Crossing and RuPaul’s Drag Race. Top guy - please be my pal x

  • CraigDHoare Craig 🌹 (@CraigDHoare) reported from Birmingham, England

@NOWTV Please make the app better...constant issues streaming via TV. Internet connection is fine.40 quid a month for "something's not right "

  • _Rachele_ Rachele (@_Rachele_) reported from Birmingham, England

. @NOWTV HELP ME PLS 😭 For about a year I've not been able to update my watch list - every time I try to add to my TV it's not letting me again saying: "sorry we're having trouble updating."

  • sophiemorbey morble (@sophiemorbey) reported from Birmingham, England

PSA: Now TV are the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of coming across. Poor and rude customer service and STILL no working broadband, despite being promised it would be yesterday. @nowtv @nowtvhelp YOU SUCK.

  • sophiemorbey morble (@sophiemorbey) reported from Birmingham, England

Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

@PlayStation @hbomax Shame there’s no HBO UK, only@option is SKY that charges xtra for FullHD or NOWTV for with poor quality stream. Being HBO to UK please.

  • majesticAsFk Dave (@majesticAsFk) reported

@NOWHelpTeam hello, I'm a very frustrated user; I don't want help, I just want to delete my NowTV account now, but there is no option - can you do this please?

  • pikapies Sarah Dyer (@pikapies) reported

@eaglemcgill NowTV is the worst. I’m a big fan of how you have to pay extra to get 1080p. 🙃🙃

  • NiallMa43168419 Behind the Wendys (@NiallMa43168419) reported

@scully1888 @NOW Wow really? Was gonna get nowtv for 3 months to watch TLOU but if this is the case then I will pirate Piracy only exists when there fails to be a better market option, and nowtv is awful: expensive, includes ads, and stream quality dips often.

  • HarryF0706 harry (@HarryF0706) reported

are you seriously telling me I just forked out the monthly subscription cost for you to hit me with 2 ads and 720p quality??? ******* NowTV man #thelastofushbo

  • TurtleBatPhoto Turtle Bat (@TurtleBatPhoto) reported

@fernypop_x @EasbyGames You can get it on NowTV, should work out cheaper than Sky, for all of the same content.

  • AVGN82 Carl Lavery (@AVGN82) reported

@tallgamingman I last used NOWTV a few years ago to watch Sky sports and the picture quality was notably worse than any other streaming platform. 1080p should be the minimum, who's streaming and doesn't have a 1080p screen?

  • Wayward_Mitch mitch | confused lost hurtin' nerd 💙 (@Wayward_Mitch) reported

I want to watch #TheLastOfUs on TV tomorrow, but I'm not prepared to spend money with #NowTV to do it. They are the worst and it takes forever to cancel a contract with them, they keep suggesting deals and vouchers. NO JUST CANCEL THE THING. definitively the worst way to view tv

  • Jim_Crikey Luke 'Official' Kemp (@Jim_Crikey) reported

People subscribing to NowTV for the first time for Tlou are in for a shock. Ten quid a month for streaming with ads, resolution capped at 720p, and only one device use at a time; unless you pay an extra £5 a month to fix all that. The most Tory of streaming services.
