  Hey @NOWTV could you help me my iPad used to launch the app with no problem, now won't load. It's been like this for three days now. Tried deleting app and reinstalling and I've restarted the iPad, will have to cancel subscription if this continues.

  @NOWTV Your product needs to really start thinking about the customer. Moving from kitchen TV to living room - 10 mins without a stream. Moving from living room TV to mobile - 10 mins without a stream. I shouldn’t have to pay for multiple devices because your app is terrible.

  Anyone else getting fed up with @NOWTV coverage of @SkySportsF1 Every time I click on it, it’s a black screen. Then eventually the sound is out of sync with the visuals. It’s been an issue for months and I brought it up with them. It’s still not been fixed.

  @daydreampiv @snoopyshane Yea it’s so ******* **** lmaoo. I mean of course if you watch it on your laptop or phone and not on Sky or nowtv etc it would be fine. But yeah anything streamed on our TVs unless it’s like Netflix etc… it would be affected. But yeah no problem!

  After their outage earlier, any shows you were watching on @skytv @NOWTV have been reset as though you hadn’t started viewing any episodes. Good one.

  @MorelandJo @NOWTV You can’t they refuse to fix them - there’s 100s of threads on here dating back to 2024 - they’re the only tv streamer that couldn’t give a ****. I’m not renewing my subscription with poor quality tv streamers

  @NOWTV what’s going on with the subtitles for loads of your shows? True Detective (all seasons) ten or more seconds out of sync! Across multiple devices and even downloaded shows. Is this a known issue?
