Hey @NOWTV could you help me my iPad used to launch the app with no problem, now won't load. It's been like this for three days now. Tried deleting app and reinstalling and I've restarted the iPad, will have to cancel subscription if this continues.

I congratulate @NOW, who has not been able to provide internet service for 17 days in the 21st century, England, UK. They also tried to charge for the service they didn't provide yesterday. Terrible service guys @NOWHelpTeam #NowTV #Broadband #NowBroadband

Had one problem after another with transferring internet to Now Broadband. Was supposed to go live on 23rd dec and still isn’t live now. Had a problem connecting & had to wait for open reach to sort it, now that’s fixed it’s saying there’s a problem in my home... @NOWTV

My top 3 things I hate most about the new interface; 1) Really poor contrast of titles.... Small grey text on random backgrounds; 2) The most useful functions and now hardest to get at; 3) Broken voice search feature.... What's the whole leaving nowtv in 5 seconds business about;

@ImGoingFeral @nowtvhelp @NOWTV They haven't assisted in anyways, live chat can't answer questions, social media can't access accounts and there is no number to phone, making promises they don't keep. Whilst offering no help to resolve.
