PSA: Now TV are the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of coming across. Poor and rude customer service and STILL no working broadband, despite being promised it would be yesterday. @nowtv @nowtvhelp YOU SUCK.

@NOWTV I have been cut off from your live chat 3 times. I am owed a refund and need help@locating it or checking if it has happened. Your system is useless. Apologies for technical difficulties are not of interest. It is too difficult to deal with you. Sort it out!

@rsmck That was my understanding too, which suggests these apps are probing phone config, but I was having issues with @SkyUK and @NOWTV apps and they confirmed the would stop working by design if either private relay or private Wi-Fi (mac) address were enabled.

Watching RuPaul’s #TheBitchWhoStoleChristmas on NowTV. It’s possibly one of the worst things I’ve ever seen. Ru green-screened into all her scenes. Lipsyncing completely off. Acting that wouldn’t even pass on Grindr. Honestly it’s so bad it’s good, but goes back into bad again.

My NowTV app wouldn’t allow me to stream #TheAshes last night & posted a message about technical/streaming problems. Having looked at the scorecard this morning I now appreciate it was probably too embarrassed to relay another shocker innings from @englandcricket
