    I get so pissbaby mad, I got NowTv to watch HBO stuff but the app is the worst of any service, technically is sucks, freezes, buffering etc but the fact theres so many additional paywalls, ULTRA membership doesnt even remove ads it just drops them down to 30 seconds, ******* joke

    @NOWTV I joined the non-flexible membership in error and tried to cancel it immediately. I sent an email to your customer service but have not heard back.

    @NOW I have emailed, you didn't answer. I've looked on your help pages, they didn't help. I do not want audio description on tv shows, I want it gone. It's not my tv, it's only a NowTV problem, I've uninstalled & reinstalled the app, it's still there. I am losing patience.

    @nowtv Anyone else having issues with Now app on phone and telly, its buffering evey 10 seconds all advice follwed to mitigate it down to app re- install

    The amount of disconnections, audio stutters, video crashes and losses of signal from @NOWTV these last three days has been absolutely terrible. Its freaking annoying watching other people have no issues on illegal streams while I pay for **** service.
