Hey @nowtv @nowtvhelp please give Ferruccio from your call centre a raise!!!!! We didn’t 100% get to the bottom of my issue (shock) but he cheered me up with chats about Animal Crossing and RuPaul’s Drag Race. Top guy - please be my pal x

Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

PSA: Now TV are the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of coming across. Poor and rude customer service and STILL no working broadband, despite being promised it would be yesterday. @nowtv @nowtvhelp YOU SUCK.

Absolute ********* service from @SkyUK can’t imagine why anyone gets a package from them when you can get it cheaper from NowTV. Try to call them which is a joke. They don’t help. Companies struggling to answers call now isn’t due to COVID it’s down to using covid as an excuse

@NOW officially giving up with watching SkySports via NowTV streaming. Every Sunday the quality is so poor. Broadband speed checked and sufficient. Bye bye NowTv pass.

Lol at my beef with NowTV but why are they telling me to pay even more so I don’t have to have adverts when literally no other streaming service do this and also their user interface is awful!!!!

@clareellenhope NordVPN is one of the best for streaming. I use it for Netflix/Criterion and have never had a problem. However, it might not work for every streaming service as some have grown wise to VPNs and block them, but I doubt it will be a problem for NowTV!

@NOWTV are you getting reports of your Xbox app being very, very flaky of ? Stalling and dropping out with Error PL-0. No problems on my PC. The F1 used to be delayed by 30-45 secs, that's reduced, but the reliability has gone with it.

@NOWTV Please Help Urgently. I am being charged monthly and can’t access account due to leaving old job and unable to access email. Please respond as your website is so not user friendly for such a complaint and having no phone number makes it so difficult and frustrating. Thks
