Vindhya Buthpitiya (@vindib_) reported@NOWTV hello! using the streaming app on my laptop. My internet connection isn’t the greatest, but it keeps glitching a bit too much/there’s nothing I can do to adjust picture quality which is mostly grainy. Don’t have this problem usually.

It's constantly flashing black on/off screen and freezes my TV constantly. I was better with the old box it replaced! 😕
