    @NOW You've locked me in a 12-month NOWTV contract without me knowing, ignored my complaint for over a month and now 3 agents have closed chats with me and told me they cannot help me. Oh, surprise, no phone line that works! Disgusting.

    @NOWTV can you please explain why on Tuesday I was able to select Superfast broadband for the property I'm moving to but when I've gone back on today it will only let me choose Full Fibre? I don't want this as I can't wait for an engineer visit because I need broadband for work

    Why do streaming services have their audio adjusted so low? If I’m watching YouTube I have to set my tv volume to 20 or its blaring, yet on nowtv, Netflix, Amazon I set it to max 100 and it’s still low, having to buy speakers when they aren’t the problem clearly

    The amount of disconnections, audio stutters, video crashes and losses of signal from @NOWTV these last three days has been absolutely terrible. Its freaking annoying watching other people have no issues on illegal streams while I pay for **** service.

    @bikesontnt Yeah, I would if I could set up the account! Usual sh*t show - BT website still showing Discovery+ instructions and HBOmax website telling you to login to your NOWTV account.
