Disappointed to find that the @NOWTV @nowtvhelp app won’t even fire-up on my up to date Mac. Online help-desk are worse than useless and they won’t even countenance a discount. #poor #customer #service

I reckon whenever you watch so much of @now they **** up the quality on purpose so you buy the boost I have 3 internet connections and all of them are producing ****** quality ONLY on nowtv app. ******* shambles of a money grabbing company.

If @NOWTV could sort out this concurrency error message that comes up when you stop your phone streaming to chromecast and then try to watch it on your phone, that would be great. Says you're watching on too many devices, yet stops you watching on any
