    Disappointed to find that the @NOWTV @nowtvhelp app won’t even fire-up on my up to date Mac. Online help-desk are worse than useless and they won’t even countenance a discount. #poor #customer #service

    @My5_tv this app never works on my fire stick or my mums nowtv it skips episodes & constantly plays adverts on loop. It buffers all the time and we have no problems with other apps

    I can't help thinking @NOWTV would have more subscribers if it was possible to proceed to checkout on my mobile phone. Or it was on Google TV, or Playstation. Spent an hour now trying to subscribe.

    @GiantsGee Worst case scenario they'll tell you to plug in the NowTV router if you have a fault, if you've got one of the black talktalk hubs Sagemcom Fast5364 or the Huawei DG8041W they will work perfectly fine with NowTv. I've had mine like that for nearly a year without issue.

    @ShopifySupport @Shopify I wonder if that’s the issue then. Ever since my broadband contract entered the final month, NowTV seem to have taken the speed & quality back to the dial up days 😩

    @NOWTV the whole set up and website is awful, why is it so ****? Can’t login on one laptop because the app thinks I’m recording it, the other one unable to connect to sign in comes up. Waste of money

    @sarahMo3W @susankmann @TheDTblogs Having too much choice really is a 1st world problem. Between Netflix, Prime and Disney+ as well as NowTV and all the freeview stuff. I liked having 4 channels to pick from.

    Hi @skytv I’d like to be able to get Sky content in better quality than NowTV. I don’t want a dish (recently got rid of one that was in danger of falling off), so I guess that rules out SkyQ. I don’t want a new tv, so figure that rules out Sky Glass. Do you have anything for me?
