@NOWHelpTeam None of that makes a difference - I am connected by LAN I have 78mbps WiFi speeds - it is not a buffering issue it is your streaming system - no other streamer does it! No quality drop out, blurring of image on any other streamer JUST nowtv

@NOWTV have subscribed to your movie package, I can’t hear a bloody thing anyone says ! It’s just mumbling with the background noise far too loud :-(. Can anything be done, I have looked on the web and it looks like lots of people have this issue, I had to put subtitles on !

@NOWHelpTeam I tried that and it didn’t work. Also tried the app on my phone it couldn’t stream either. It's like NowTV is being blocked, but every other streaming service works just fine.
