@NOWTV I did reset it and my broadband is super fast the problem is at your end the service provider so I don’t know if it’s the box is to old if so you should provide a upgrade or if your service can’t cope with demand in that case I want refunded

@charlottelmoore @NOWTV It’s one of the worst interfaces on Apple TV. On my LG APP it’s great, the Apple TV APP, doesn’t even remind me what episode I was on! Just needed to vent

@NOWTV hi, can you please look into this further? the overlay issue remains. it's a shame to watch big events like liverpool vs man city today with a poor quality stream, despite paying for Boost HD.
