@My5_tv this app never works on my fire stick or my mums nowtv it skips episodes & constantly plays adverts on loop. It buffers all the time and we have no problems with other apps

@NOW @nowtv I subscribe to your "super fibre" broadband service. For the last 24 hours its download speed has been far below the guaranteed 70 mbps---it's currently 39 mbps---and the connection keeps dropping. I'm in CH1. What's the problem, and what are you doing to fix it?

@NOWHelpTeam I tried that and it didn’t work. Also tried the app on my phone it couldn’t stream either. It's like NowTV is being blocked, but every other streaming service works just fine.

@NOWHelpTeam keep getting this error message (error code ovp 00009 ) when trying to watch content on nowtv stick. Been happening for over 24 hours now. Is there a fix in sight? Is there any compensation in place for the downtime?
