@AatifNawaz About £40/45 quid a month with Netflix, Amazon, Apple, Spotify Disney. Chuck in another £20 for Nowtv if I want to watch some cricket. However getting rid soon as I have to watch films for work, need a break from viewing content and need to give Pilates more time!!

@NOW My NowTV broadband service has been unavailable for over 24hrs. I can find nowhere on your website to report a fault. The website page says I have to wait until you fix the problem. How long am I going to have to wait?

@gamesyouloved Definitely not NowTV that's for certain, expensive for a terrible router and terrible tv, only thing that works without issues is the home phone line.

@TourGuideTed @kennykoalabear Heard virgin is great (we don’t get it here). We are with nowtv and don’t have a problem. Can usually get customer service although it’s been a while since we needed it

@NOWHelpTeam Can you clarify what this means? That you don't provide technical support for certain TVs? NowTV definitely works 95%+ of the time, and there's an error code in the bottom right of the original screenshot I sent if that helps?

@ChrisG_TSU Nowtv is terrible. Overpriced and low quality. Half decent library is the only plus

@katynewall @hayuhelps Hayu needs to talk to NowTV instead of expecting end users to sort it. If we are the ones tweeting then god knows how many impacted. But it is not a single user issue.
