    can’t believe i wasted 9.99 getting nowtv to then watch something and realise the quality is dreadful???? cancelled instantly so that’s 9.99 straight down the drain, great

    @j_m_w_88 @NOWTV I get the same issue with @itvhub player, errors with buffering yet can stream from other apps.

    @NOWTV In the past month or so it’s dipped offline a few times which has made working from home more difficult- no issues spotted on service status. I want to swap from brill broadband to fab fibre - but is the fav fibre deal (£24/12mths) only for new customers?

    @NOWTV your service is terrible I can't use it now until January because you say I have reached a device limit when I only watch on my living room and bedroom TV. I want to cancel, it's shocking. Also you make it impossible to connect to your staff

    @nowtvhelp @NOWTV hey is there an issue with now tv app on Samsung TVs playing content at the moment? Tried everything and no luck - on a trial atm and will have to cancel if I can’t get it going.

    Look out for emails from the Accessibility Team. Emails are received on that case number. Some @NOWTV staff sending emails from the Accessibility Case number tells me to contact the accessibility team on the site. Round in circles. No help from the Accessibility team @nowtvhelp .

    @NOWTV When are the new episodes of Catfish Season 8 being added? Earlier this week, your website said new eps were coming on Dec 26th - but no new eps have been added, and there's no indication as to when they're coming! I need my @CatfishMTV fix please :)
