can’t believe i wasted 9.99 getting nowtv to then watch something and realise the quality is dreadful???? cancelled instantly so that’s 9.99 straight down the drain, great

@j_m_w_88 @NOWTV I get the same issue with @itvhub player, errors with buffering yet can stream from other apps.

Has anyone else had problems with Vodafone over their cancellation of nowtv from the entertainment package, won’t alter my contract and won’t even get a manager to call me to discuss, worst customer care service I have ever encountered

@nowtvhelp I can't use the NowTV app on my android device. It simply logs me out every time I try to play something. Spent an hour with technical support who told me the issue was fixed. Problem still there when I tested it. Tech support closed the conversation and passed me to a chatbot.

@VerityTJ89 Verity believe it or not it is not irrelevant the reason I ask is since the update for Windows 10 the app is no longer supported. We advise downloading the nowtv player from the website. I hope this improves your picture quality

@NOWTV Smart tv. 16 times in total. Amd it isnt the internet connection. As netflix youtube amazon tv and disney plus all work without issue.
