can’t believe i wasted 9.99 getting nowtv to then watch something and realise the quality is dreadful???? cancelled instantly so that’s 9.99 straight down the drain, great

@NOWTV By all means! What can you do about the remotes? I put fresh batteries in, they last a couple of days, then stop working. I have tried several brands of batteries and it’s on two different remotes. They are obviously sub-standard. Can you issue replacements?

@nowtvhelp There is but there is no power point near that socket so it’s not possible to connect to the router. I have nowtv for almost 4 years now and had internet this morning so I find it strange that this is now a problem.

@nowtvhelp Must just be my expectations. Wait actually it can’t be.... because Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney+ and funny enough Apple TV+ apps all work really well. Must be NOWTV as always trailing behind.... (Another free trail Shipper in Home Bargins) 🙄

@nowtvhelp Yeah, but have you used it... don’t just read from your script. You have heard of Apple right? It is very important to make sure your apps across all Apple operating systems work correctly. (Free trials continue NOWTV can’t get traction)

@NOWTV Seriously, why is Michael Caine still 'acting'? Don't get me wrong, I love his work and he is in my top 2 favourite films ever (Zulu and The Italian Job), but why not just retire and let someone else earn some coin...?

@nowtvhelp I was watching NowTV today and it crashed at 6:20pm. Can't log into my account now "Unable to connect to sign in, please try again later" I was on the Live chat for half an hour then got disconnected from that too. Please help, don't want to miss the match tonight.
