@charlottelmoore @NOWTV It’s one of the worst interfaces on Apple TV. On my LG APP it’s great, the Apple TV APP, doesn’t even remind me what episode I was on! Just needed to vent

@OpenreachHelp I did during the first outage on Thursday a.m, but they couldn't see anything wrong. Then I discovered that locally people on NowTV, Sky, BT, Vodafone, PlusNet and TalkTalk were all complaining of a simultaneous outage - and Openreach is obviously the common denominator. W7 area

I wait with baited breath for today's update but fear it will be another email to say the issue still isn't sorted and they will update me again in 2 days time. @NOWTV Don't change your tone now silly, the set up has been correct since yesterday morning when it was due to be activated at any point till 12 last night. You're companies incompetence is the reason its not working not individual error.

@NOWTV This is not the first time ive complained due to similar circhmstance his reply was close your account and did not address the 2 issues 1. Why was a boost applied 2. Why was the discount for last few months not applied His reply close your account or change the pin????
