It’s been a while but once again having problems with my @NOWTV for whatever reason the channels are switching off at commercial breaks on live TV specifically Sky Showcase and Sky Max…it’s frustrating to say the least & I’m coming to the end of my offers for Entertainment Pass

@NOWHelpTeam why on Earth does the Roku version of the NowTV app crash/exit to the main Roku menu at EVERY ad break? It makes everything impossible to watch anything! Not good enough for a paid service!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi i was you for broadband,now with nowtv have been for 7yrs They don't want to help with deal ,I am thinking of switching to you (same company) but it's saying I'm already a sky customer on the website ,and I want the £80 voucher ,should I still sign up

Getting a month of @NOWTV and it doesnt even go on VIDAA smart tvs or even work on my ps5 because of "compatability issues" so I can only get use it on my phone? Yeah, that's a month I'm getting ONLY what is this nonsense?

nowtv keep postponing her dizis eps like leyla is cancelled but they just don’t want to air the last eps, you can tell hudu or any other dizis this season will have the worst treatment again 😭 we are so cooked

.@NOWTV Avoid their broadband service, as they have the worst customer support and they seek to scam you as they will not offer compensation or refunds when their service is not working. It will take you months to try to get any sort of money back. #poorcustomerservice
