@bt_uk it should not be this painful. Im still waiting for a reply on a refund as you charged me for a service you didnt cancel. Todays saga is I cannot watch my NowTV channels. You are saying its Nows problem/Now are saying its you. Someone needs to take responsibility

@nowtv I have paid the entertianment package and still asking for payment, your chatbot is useless and the comminoty cannot help and no pne in call centre can discuss tv only broadband! What do you suggest as I have been trying 5 days. Thos is ridiculous

Imagine paying £30 a month for NowTV for the football, you can't even watch half the league due to Saturday 3pm kickoffs and the service doesn't let you sign in to watch the games

Right, as someone who binged the other seasons and didn’t watch week to week, when will I be able to watch Succession S4 (GMT) and do the episodes still drop weekly? It’s still on NOWTV (eg Sky) right? Someone help me out, because searching for this information hasn’t helped 😭

@NOW broadband is perhaps the worst provider, although, I suspect they will be rivalled. Always on days when emails are crucial/you’re trying to link to important calls, the same “there is a problem with your internet” & an orange exclamation point. Fruitless! #nowtv #poorservice
