@Kjvincent1979 I use DirectSave which is the cheapest I could find - with an inclusive landline package it costs me about £30 a month. Brilliant customer service, only issue was when a router died. New one arrived 2 days later. 45-50 mb downloads.Also a NowTV stick so I can access sky channels.

DO NOT use @Nowtv as ur internet provider. I pay £30 a month and my internet goes off every night. I'm ****** sick and tired of the bullshit service. if I'm paying for it, I expect it to work. sat here using data when I pay for WI-FI. ******* Liberty. sort it out. muppets!!! 🤬🤬

The "SOLUTION" suggested by @grantshapps to the total lack of customer support from @nowtv was to contact Citizens Advice. #WTF ? How will this help get ANY customer support from @NOWTV ? He really really doersn't get it.

Considering @NOW is the most expensive streaming platform it really is terrible quality. All other platforms run smooth as anything #NowTV is absolutely terrible quality.

Tried using @NOWTV's chatbot to get things sorted, but its algorithms drove me towards options for problems I don't have (e.g. unauthorised use of my payment card by a family member or thief, rather than by NOW themselves).

@Zacnaloen Yeah happened a few times recently - they seem to be editing it for the cinema, not a living room. This combined with the terrible bit rate on NowTV made Raised by Wolves unwatchable. Literally couldn't see what was happening.

No #NowTV broadband service for over a week. Openreach engineer says line OK, been sent a new modem, obviously a problem #Sky should sort out, got to wait till Tuesday for another BT engineer to come and say there's nothing wrong. Stuck in a loop.

@LukeTurnerEsq Hm. We’ve now been trying to ‘cast’ it from the NowTV app to the tv but it keeps throwing up an error message, like we aren’t allowed to do that. Can cast other programmes on Now but not that one.

It doesn't help that the versions @UKTV has on NowTV cuts the entire opening scene with the pipes making noise, and Krytens fantasy about Lister and Kochanski having GELFs over, but keeps the jokes that reference these scenes, now making absolutely no sense.
