  Of all the streaming services, @NOWTV is definitely the worst. Poor app experience, buggy interface, constantly telling me I'm streaming on more devices than allowed *AND* adverts on my paid subscription.

  @NOWTV I recently became a customer with phone and broadband. Today we tried to call a 0345 number but couldn’t connect. Do you have any idea why? I was able to call it from work…

  @NOWHelpTeam I’ve discovered today that you can force-quit the NowTV ATV app rather than having to reset the ATV. Doing that gets things working. Again, proof that the issue is with the Now app - I hope to see this fixed soon. Have you filed a bug report about this?

  Okay I can record the full interview of Chris but it'll be done through my phone (the quality won't be amazing) as the NowTV app isn't letting me record the screen. Would people want that?

  Worst customer service ever from #NowTv. Manager didint have the common courtesy to call back, as promised to find a solution. Then i get informed that his off on AL the next day. Disgraceful and unprofessional at its peak.

  Picture quality on nowTv is pure shite compared to netflix, prime, etc. you'd be better off getting torrents

  @SirisKing UK Netflix sucks. I prefer Prime butter problem with Prime is I monthly for that, then I pay monthly for another 5 channel subs on Prime. Then I usually end up paying to rent or buy a film/series too. Then I have Netflix, NowTV, FightPass, etc. I really need to cancel some subs!

  Sky TV hiking basic package price to €41 in November they can go jump NowTv has better offers. Sky Cinema is terrible all woke rubbish and a handful of classics not worth even €10 time to shop around

  @NOWTV hi was going to cancel my entertainment package and was offered a £1 for another month but when I tried to accept it wouldn’t work so I cancelled can you help me with getting this £1 extension applied to my account please thanks Darren
