@NOWHelpTeam please can someone DM me. My NowTV smart stick has not been working for 2 days now. Just get a spinning circle on the homepage. I can watch through other apps such as My5 so it’s not a wifi problem. Tried a reset but same issue. Please help!

@NOWHelpTeam Hi, we have a nowtv smart stick that seems to have stopped working. The TV constantly says 'No signal' we have tried all the usual turn it on/off etc, reset the stick reconnect to the WiFi... But nothing. Can you help please?

I wanna watch LOTR or Batman but neither prime or Netflix have them so now I’m tempted to renew my Nowtv membership but I also need to stop stupidly spending my money you see the problem
