  Poor customer service @NOWTV. Told my mum to purchase a Sky sports day pass to get 4 months free of sky sports free (as the original code for 1 month didn’t work!) and now you have told her no and making up dire excuses! £9.99 pass purchased not the £9.98 pass so isn’t eligible!!

  My top 3 things I hate most about the new interface; 1) Really poor contrast of titles.... Small grey text on random backgrounds; 2) The most useful functions and now hardest to get at; 3) Broken voice search feature.... What's the whole leaving nowtv in 5 seconds business about;

  @ladygigi_ @NOWTV Unfortunately you can't change the DNS setting on the nowtv router but you can on individual PCs. So manually setting to Google domain name servers 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 should provide interim workaround.

  @NOWTV I tried it on both my phone and ipad and it still wouldn’t work. I paid £9.99 for a 24 hour pass to watch a show and wasn’t able to. How do I go about requesting a refund?

  @SkyHelpTeam leave DNS to the professionals please like Cloudflare or Google. Can’t change the DNS servers on the router (NowTV), something I could do with other providers and per device is a no-go. Fix it please.
