@primevideosport None, Prime service is crap, have no issues with Disney, Netflix, BBC, All4, NowTV, Paramount or YouTube, but Prime,Prime crashes within 15 minutes and stuns the whole TV.

@nowtv @martinlewis @tradingstandatds Nowtv terrible customer service, elderly father with no working landline for days, customer service is horrendous, happy to take money but provide no service. Do not recommend and will be terminating the service asap.

@NOWTV I consider the user experience on macOS to be sub-par. I signed up this evening, I watched a few minutes of one show, there was really bad sync between the HomePod minis, the quality was poor and the experience does not flow. can I cancel the subscription and get a refund?

@NOWHelpTeam Live chat are quick to dismiss it as an app problem when it obviously isn't as it effects all of NowTV's apps I try. They then dismiss it as paraphrasing - as a partially deaf user I know what paraphrased subs look like, and in most episodes it's not "paraphrasing", but broken.

Here's the problem with @F1 being behind a paywall. I've shelled out £12 to watch this race, and no refund if it doesn't happen. Is that fair? I think not. I have no interest in watching anything else on @SkySport / @NOWTV today. The whole thing is a gamble.
