@NOWHelpTeam it shows membership from today and not when it currently ends on 11th December so not going to bother with offer or NOWtv by the way the boost option never works I’ve had dreadful quality and funnily no other streamer has quality issues so don’t blame my internet speed!

@StillSina Do you watch via a firestick or via the app (Nowtv player)? I think there's no trouble with the former but clearly the latter has issues Unless it's my laptop? (But all other on demand tv works instantly on it) ...
