BP Crawford 🍀 (@BeatnikBPC) reported@NOWTV you need to fix your rules. A TV Chromecast shouldn't be part of your devices given that ANOTHER device is needed to cast to it; therefore taking up two slots of the 6 you pay for. It's stupid.

Nowtv should help its Disabled Customers & email the companies it sold boxes to & find which ones have the boxes still available. Why sell devices with no Ethernet.

Kenny Whyte (@kennywhyte15) reported@weareopenreach #auchterarder With NowTV FTTC. Want to move to Plusnet FTTC. Plusnet say they can't guarantee the transfer as there is capacity problems. I'm not upgrading as both will be the same speed. Is this correct?
