Yet you've done nothing to fix it, hopefully you actually try soon instead of doing nothing to fix it as it's really ruining my experience of NowTV atm. Disappointed.

So over a month later and many many OR engineers we have no broadband at all & not even a telephone line anymore. Disappointed doesn’t even cover it - pls fix

NowTv etc doesn't even give you the option to stream BBC live anyway, so no problem
