    I cannot login to my account and there is no way to resolve this as all services require login and there is no technical support to TV customers. I'm paying for a service I can't access. There must be hundreds of people in this helpless position. How can I resolve this? @NOWTV

    The amount of disconnections, audio stutters, video crashes and losses of signal from @NOWTV these last three days has been absolutely terrible. Its freaking annoying watching other people have no issues on illegal streams while I pay for **** service.

    @NOWTV it has been weeks now and the subtitles for The Pitt are still out of sync @HBOMax_UK can you help? I’m on episode 3 of series 1 and have had to stop because of this. It shouldn’t be this hard to provide access to all watchers.

    Dear @hbomax and @NOWTV - why can't I download The Pitt onto my iPad to watch on a flight tomorrow? Is it a glitch with the new platform on Now TV, is it a problem with this series or is this simply unavailable for download for Now TV Subscribers?

    @NOWTV I pay for the Sky Sports subscription and the quality of the streams I get lately is awful. My speed is 500mbps so it's not that... Can anyone assist? I'm not able to watch most channels.
