I cannot login to my account and there is no way to resolve this as all services require login and there is no technical support to TV customers. I'm paying for a service I can't access. There must be hundreds of people in this helpless position. How can I resolve this? @NOWTV

@CraigGrannell @seanjonesqc Another vote for Apple TV. Bought one a year ago and with the exception of the NowTV app which has somehow got worse (a Now issue, not Apple) it's sublime. No need for Sky or Virgin.

@NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp Bloody useless the pair of them, couldn’t organise a piss-up in a brewery. Internet and landline outage in Faringdon, Oxfordshire since last Tuesday in the property of an elderly alone without support. Helplines are inept!

@NOWTV have to be one of the worst ISP’s I’ve encountered, consistently **** service. I can’t pin it all on them most ISP’s I’ve dealt with professionally and personally have been shite, thinking of just binning off the internet.

@EGadsby I hate to say this but we bought a Samsung not long ago and had a similar issue with NowTV app. Off at the plug and back on worked for us.

@NOWTV Some of the worst customer service I've ever had. Cancelled my internet subscription. Ordered middle of November for activation on 18th of December. Activation date pushed back to 29th of January for no reason. Spoke to 6 or 7 different advisers, no updates

@mr_n_poos I’ll tell you one thing NowTV is a shambles. Good luck watching anything on the app without it freezing. Even sent an engineer out on Friday who said it’s a known issue. Total waste of time and delay Tati s from BT.
