I cannot login to my account and there is no way to resolve this as all services require login and there is no technical support to TV customers. I'm paying for a service I can't access. There must be hundreds of people in this helpless position. How can I resolve this? @NOWTV

@alisonlaurabell Oh it's so ****. You have to download their own NowTV player thing which is just awful. We use it on AppleTV so it's not too bad but on laptop it's no good!

@NOWTV Hi thanks for the reply what a rip-off I would hope a company like NowTv would give some form of Conversation for the money spent out on these two boxes they were purchased from John Lewis as a large amount of money and cannot afford to just throw things away will you help ??

@NOWTV hi please sort out your buffering issues 🙏🏼 subscribed again & it keeps getting pixelated, defo not my connection; I primarily watch Netflix or Prime & never have pixelation with them, so if you can that would be appreciated. Kinda reminds me why I stopped subs to you 😔
