I cannot login to my account and there is no way to resolve this as all services require login and there is no technical support to TV customers. I'm paying for a service I can't access. There must be hundreds of people in this helpless position. How can I resolve this? @NOWTV

@NOWHelpTeam Not sure what you mean. The mobile data on my phone is linked to another network? My issue is the Nowtv Hub constantly struggles with sports, im watching Premier Sports on Amazon prime through my tv now - The picture quality is poor and the signal falls out consistently.

@SkyHelpTeam Doesn't solve the problem of being saddled with a TV to pay for for the next 3years though does it ,but as you already had a streaming service in the form of nowtv this could have been avoided

@nowtv @martinlewis @tradingstandatds Nowtv terrible customer service, elderly father with no working landline for days, customer service is horrendous, happy to take money but provide no service. Do not recommend and will be terminating the service asap.

Prime Rings of Power stream is always lagging. Don’t have any of this problem on Disney+ and YouTube nor Nowtv. Poor experience

I congratulate @NOW, who has not been able to provide internet service for 17 days in the 21st century, England, UK. They also tried to charge for the service they didn't provide yesterday. Terrible service guys @NOWHelpTeam #NowTV #Broadband #NowBroadband

@bt_uk I'm aware of the problem, the issue is with Sky channels via NOWTV, which isn't covered on that page. The program guide never updates so it doesn't record properly.
