    @unrulyupstart @NOWTV Now tv isn't working at all, hasn't since last night. No-one can sign in but they won't so anything to help. Very infruriating.

    @SonyUK I bought a new Sony tv last March and infuriatingly the sound won’t work on some of the apps like prime, nowtv, you tube. It was a seriously expensive purchase that just doesn’t work as it should. Any ideas?

    @NOWTV Broadband has had a fe minor issues over the last few days but has gone off completely this evening. Rebooted, checked router logs etc. problems highlighted online so fault lies with you. When will it be back?

    @SkyHelpTeam leave DNS to the professionals please like Cloudflare or Google. Can’t change the DNS servers on the router (NowTV), something I could do with other providers and per device is a no-go. Fix it please.

    @ladygigi_ @NOWTV Unfortunately you can't change the DNS setting on the nowtv router but you can on individual PCs. So manually setting to Google domain name servers 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 should provide interim workaround.

    @NOWTV Deleted my account since a software "update" which made the device slow and prone to crashing. Numerous emails and messages to tech support on social media ignored. Converted to Amazon TV and will never go back. Yet another Sky product that doesn't actually work as advertised.

    Hey @nowtvhelp @NOWTV - my internet is down, your line test isn’t working, your website is crap and my kids wake up in 9 hours - if there’s no tv, fortnite, roblox or youtube, I’m gonna have to actually talk to them or play with them or something - please help!
