Kris Adams TV (@KrisAdamsTV) reported@NOWTV It seems more like a website thing than the app itself (Mac or Windows). Whenever the VPN is connected, the website doesn’t work. And the website is the only way to change channels, reconnect if the app drops out, etc

Luke Wijsveld (@lukewijsveld) reported@nowtvhelp Thanks, but neither of those issues are the problem. Your app opens fine, adverts for other NowTV show play but not the selected video. Have reinstalled the app multiple times, rebooted TV with no success.
