@SonyUK I bought a new Sony tv last March and infuriatingly the sound won’t work on some of the apps like prime, nowtv, you tube. It was a seriously expensive purchase that just doesn’t work as it should. Any ideas?

@NOWHelpTeam Even worse today for Tottenham vs Liverpool…. Netflix 4K (perfect) , Prime 4K (perfect) , BT 4K (perfect) … NowTV extra cost for 1080p (terrible) the dearest service of the lot and the poorest performer

@MattXnVHat I've not watched Eternals yet, I always wait until it's on the Nowtv box. I know, watched the last one today. That's awful. My Mum just tested positive for covid. She's been coughing for the last few days. So Christmas is cancelled, we're in quarantine.

Hello @NOWTV Let’s see if I understand this correctly. For £15 PM on an Apple TV 4K subscription I get a basic 1080p package with stereo 2.0 sound only? With #Apple+ I get 4K image, Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos sound. I’m sorry but that’s an absolutely terrible deal. #Sky #NowTV

@rsmck That was my understanding too, which suggests these apps are probing phone config, but I was having issues with @SkyUK and @NOWTV apps and they confirmed the would stop working by design if either private relay or private Wi-Fi (mac) address were enabled.
