@NOWTV ive had nothing but problems since I changed to Nowtv broadband even just waited to speak to someone and got cut off! Not the easiest company to get hold of! Broadband is rubbish checked phone lines and said that and technical engineer was neeeded yet I’ve heard nothing!

@charlesmj TalkTalk have absolutely awful customer service in my experience. Haven't had any major issues with NowTV in two years but router strength isn't amazing.

@NOW Getting rid of NowTV - I don't pay a subscription to see adverts and no chance am I paying even more. Terrible business decision, bye!

@itvhub Glad I'm not the only one experiencing these problems, well at the final is on BBC 1. Alternative platform's, i can only think of probably NowTV or an Iptv service.

@NOWHelpTeam our nowtv hub just isn’t connecting/providing internet connection. it’s been up and down ever since we came to nowtv for our internet and i’ve had enough of it. i’m constantly turning it off and back on again, nothing seems to work.

@NOWTV now just taking the pish. Finishing the few series I'm watching before ditching it, start a programme and have to suffer bunch of inane laugter at how stupid we are paying a subscription to avoid adverts with that god awful @McDonalds advert.
