New series don't materialise until days later. What is going on and why am I paying for such a terrible service?

Poor picture quality, poor sound, no mics around the pitch so atmospheres sound poor, not available on NowTV for those without Sky subscription while SkySportsMix has old games on at the same time⦠all for less money. SL on SS+ been a waste of time!
