switching to @NOWTV has had to be one of the dumbest decisions i’ve made, their internet has to be one of the worst, it’s never bloody working!

@nowtvhelp Ok thanks for quick reply, also when I plug my nowtv firestick in it comes up with a code to put into my phone but when I enter it it says error try again, tried a good few times.

@NOWTV 6 weeks later, the quality is still terrible. I'm watching on an iMac, using the Now TV MacOS application, on a 1Gbps Virgin internet connection. Everything has been rebooted and updated.

@NOWTV Yes, still the same problem. It's been two days now. I've tried on both my smartphone (Samsung Note 9) and my TV (JMB make) and both give the same, "Oops, something's gone wrong" response.

@NOWTV is there a problem with your service at the moment? I've been trying to sign in all day and keep being told, "Unable to sign you in. Try again later". How long is "later"?
