@RealTimVine I used to have this exact issue Tim. The USB for the tv never seemed to generate enough signal to the tv. Most smart TVs allow you to download the actual NOWTV app, so the USB isn’t required. It’s not perfect but a lot better!

help my nowtv remote app on my phone wasn’t working and i’ve just realised it’s because i was connected to the wrong box for 30 minutes....FOR 30 MINUTES SOMEONE ELSE HAS HAD THEIR NOWTV DOING **** THEY WERENT CONTROLLING😭😭😭😭

If anyone else has this problem on NowTV, I found if you exit the app and load it again, it fixes it.
