Tony (@TonyB_1997) reported@SilverAscend @LeoKearse If BBC iPlayer and NOWTV can figure out you are on a VPN then I’m fairly sure it’s possible for the ISPs to block access to the VPN servers completely, regardless of protocol. Sure, it’s whack-a-mole, but they don’t need it to be perfect to be effective.

Rob (@Rob439) reported@NOWTV what’s going on with the subtitles for loads of your shows? True Detective (all seasons) ten or more seconds out of sync! Across multiple devices and even downloaded shows. Is this a known issue?

I do not want audio description on tv shows, I want it gone. It's not my tv, it's only a NowTV problem, I've uninstalled & reinstalled the app, it's still there. I am losing patience.

No team or match has the automatic right to be on telly. Womens football deserves coverage and the men's match was very prominent on nowtv Both were on telly. No issue really.
