@NOWTV hi, the issue continues. as shown in the pic in my original message, it's a weird overlay on the screen that makes it look bad quality. only on sky sports. could you please let me know if it's deliberate? seems to be part of the nowtv software. do other customers have it? thanks!

@NOWTV sending a useless email telling me to try & find Nowtv boxes in shops while the uk is on lockdown. Nowtv should help its Disabled Customers & email the companies it sold boxes to & find which ones have the boxes still available. Why sell devices with no Ethernet.

Any of my friends moving/ switching broadband soon, do NOT get sucked in by any good offers from @NOWTV ! Never in my life have I experienced such bad quality service and support and now they are just ignoring us altogether! It is APPALLING and not worth any amount of saved £££ !

@NOWTV wondering if you plan on putting earlier seasons of @NBCChicagoPD back on? I bribed my teenager to do his home learning by promising he could watch season 3 if he did it all and bribes gone out the window all I'm left with is one upset kid and a stressed out mum help??

@NOWTV I have had the same issue as Jack. Got a new JVC Fire Edition and the Now TV app will show up for download but then say not available before dissapearing from available apps.
