@NOWTV Your app is terrible on our smart TV, freezing no audio and most times won't open, all other apps @netflix @AmazonPrime #itvhub all work fine. Contacted your support and they advise to buy a Now Stick...thanks!

@Lou11356780 We chose not to have a TV license a few years ago as we found we would get better quality content by investing the money that had gone into the our TV license fee into Netflix, Prime Video and NowTV. All 3 for the same price.

@NOWTV What happened to my perfectly functioning NOWTV box. You decided that it was no longer going to work. On its way back to NOW for you to recycle, the least you could've done would've been to request all these old devices back for recycling at YOUR cost

@NOWTV Do not get anything from @NOWTV they are one of the most unreliable companies I’ve ever dealt with! I’ve been waiting over a week from them to “resolve” my connection issues, no emails, no callbacks, no updates and no apologies, it’s too late for me@but seriously, save yourselves
