@NOWTV You have just told me over the phone that the wifi connection is not your responsibility and because I am not a commercial customer it is not your problem if I cannot use your internet connection to teach. This will work well when I cannot teach from home next week.

@NOWTV I've tried 3 cards to sign up for the service, yet none of them work. It keeps coming up with an error on signup, despite charging 10p (active card check, I presume). I tried the same card again, yet the error keeps popping up. What's wrong with your service, please?

Had one problem after another with transferring internet to Now Broadband. Was supposed to go live on 23rd dec and still isn’t live now. Had a problem connecting & had to wait for open reach to sort it, now that’s fixed it’s saying there’s a problem in my home... @NOWTV
