How can @NOWTV just fail to deliver apps that work!?! 🤬 On my second reboot of the morning to get it working. I've only been watching 15 mins!

@RokuSupport @beccammartin It's a recent update that's doing it, no amount of removing/reinstalling the app will fix it. NowTV is conducting a beta test publicly.

@NOWTV what a joke your broadband is. All day on and off. ALWAYS drops off from 2200 never fixed the problem can’t get hold of anyone say yes to critical worker open and you say sorry closed. Not happy at all

@Roku the nowtv app won't load on my Roku. Spoke to an agent online for about half an hour. Tried to re set app etc but still not working. Agent said they would email me with resolution. 3 days later and still no email and still not working. Not happy

@MarkLong691 I upgraded NowTV to 1080p with better sound, its about £3 extra called Nowboost. It looks bad because twitter ruins the photo quality.

@NOWHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Hi NOWTV/Sky do we have any idea of time scale for this outage? I'm sure I'm the same as many other people & working from home, & need to know whether this is going to be fixed imminently or I need to go and make other arrangements.

@itvhub scuse me can you fix the issue on the nowtv app that I will select resume episode, watch three minutes of adverts and then have the episode play from the beginning. Meaning when I fast forward to the point I was actually at I will have to watch another 2 mins of ads

@NOW my nowtv suddenly lost connection to my router and now won’t reconnect! My router is fine, that isn’t the problem. I’ve restarted them both but still not working! Please help

Just can't help but find it slightly ironic that NowTv are calling themselves Now, but I still have to wait for it to load, buffer and reel off lots of previews before I get to watch anything..
