@NOWTV This isn't a complaint, just some feedback. The NowTV phone app is troublesome. If I cast to my TV, it can't override what's already on the TV like other streaming apps can. So it gets confused and when you try again, it thinks there's a concurrency error.

@NOWTV_It im done now officially done with nowtv ihad an account tried to cancel membership with so many problems and today I've been charged twice one 1 day £5 and £9.99. everytime i tried to cancel the dam thing it kept crashing and throwing me off the app

@IanOnFilm @PilotTVPod @NOWTV I have no issue with Now and it’s not their screener service that gets my goat, it’s Viacom’s! Now are just stuck with it when they acquire certain shows as the screeners come from the US.

@TalkTalk Hey, I have some problems with some of the apps to nowtv, ITV, more4 where I get through to seeing ads etc but never to the programme. It always says somethings not right. TV issue only.

Good to hear @jamescdyer on @PilotTVPod slamming @nowtv for their terrible screener service. Thing is it’s exactly the same for paying subscribers which is why it’s the only screening service I cancel when their trial £1.99/month offers run out. It’s like they just can’t be arsed

@NOWTV Please Help Urgently. I am being charged monthly and can’t access account due to leaving old job and unable to access email. Please respond as your website is so not user friendly for such a complaint and having no phone number makes it so difficult and frustrating. Thks

Lol at my beef with NowTV but why are they telling me to pay even more so I don’t have to have adverts when literally no other streaming service do this and also their user interface is awful!!!!
