Ram (@R4M_G) reported@NOWHelpTeam noticed an issue with NowTV and sky sports on Apple TV. Example right now watching the spurs v Chelsea game: when the game cuts to an advert, the sounds stop. Only way to get it back is to exit the stream and go back in. Happens every time there is a live game

Rob Davis (@GiveMeAReasonUk) reported@NOWTVHelp Hi. I have nowtv broadband. We recently swapped over to you. The only issue I seem to have is that you tube on Amazon firestick just hangs. It plays for a couple of seconds and then hangs and then plays again. Didn’t have the problem before. Any ideas?
