Getting a month of @NOWTV and it doesnt even go on VIDAA smart tvs or even work on my ps5 because of "compatability issues" so I can only get use it on my phone? Yeah, that's a month I'm getting ONLY what is this nonsense?

@hanstitches_ its literally the worst streaming platform too and this is comin from a hugeee paramount hater but somehow nowtv is even worse, ive gotten it twice for specific things, and ive had to cancel it ~6/7 times 🙃

@SkyHelpTeam Heya. I have a @NOWTV broadband account, but they are pointing me to Sky now. When I login on either site there is no active account showing, but money is being taken from my account and I am having problems with my BB connection. 1/2

.@NOWTV Avoid their broadband service, as they have the worst customer support and they seek to scam you as they will not offer compensation or refunds when their service is not working. It will take you months to try to get any sort of money back. #poorcustomerservice
