Just giving @nowtv another chance after previous loading and buffering problems with no viable solution. Plenty of time to tweet during buffering. Time to give up and cancel contract.

@nowtvhelp Just the nowtv app, same thing happens on ps4 when it's open for a while or open in the background, timeout issue maybe? Its not as easy to close apps properly on firetv as it is on ps4, they seem to stay open in the background

@NOWTV ordered a brand new tv stick off amazon. Arrived yesterday and it doesn’t work! Gets stuck on the pairing remote screen. Have been on all the forums and they say that this is an issue on some devices. I think the remote is faulty. How do I get a get a new one sent out?

@NOWTV when watching anything on your channels, the subtitles disappear at random points during show/film. This is very bad for accessibility and should be your top priority to fix. Do you not care about people who are hearing impaired? Watching on LG smart tv.

@nowtvhelp Why do I need to spend time on the phone, get transferred between departments, and then get cut off (it’s happened before)? Customers should be connected automatically after having broadband installed, without having to ask. I’m tired of calling NowTV, worst customer service!

@BattDavey @NOWTV Let's hope it doesn't go back to normal. Working 9-5 in awful open plan offices pretending you like the people you happen to sit next to? Hour long commutes, traffic and overpriced overcrowded public transport? Nah I'm happy working from my living room 🎉

Earlier this week I upgraded to SuperFast Fibre with @NOWTV. Since I was connected I've received nuisance calls at least hourly, spoofed numbers, starting from 7:30am, telling me of "issues". I blow raspberries at them and hang up. Shouldn't you protect my data @nowtvhelp???

@NOWTV WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! Tried for 3 weeks for a home move for Wifi, Spoken to many people everytime I get told I have to wait 1-2 days and still no sign of Wifi then get told I need to wait 72hrs for a call back from a manager. Absolutely shocking!
