  @ruthm4x @FormulaRaychie @LastLapLucy Used it for 4 years never had one issue on Nowtv bar one time on a Saturday there whole service was down 2 years ago. They gave me a partial refund though. it must've been a connection issue for you

  @NOWTV any help on how to contact yourselves? Call only helps with broadband and emails were in exchange till i passed to IT now apparently emails are not monitored? I can not access my account nor can i cancel any other way

  @f1broadcasting Even on NOWTV I’m paying £30 a month for a ****** 1080i stream. It’s awful, rip off.

  @NOWTV APPALLING SERVICE, DON'T SIGN UP. Internet is completely down in our area and we've been told we will have to survive without internet for 2 days while the issue is being resolve. No compensation, no temporary support measures. As an NHS home-worker this is a nightmare.

  @NOWHelpTeam Now having problems on my other TV, but this one is reporting an u known error. Broadband is fine. Just nowtv. Have restarted TV without it being fixed.

  @NOWTV giving me the runaround about a refund - hard to find a human to chat to who then tells me to email a Help address which then returns an auto mail that says “this address is no longer monitored”. Taking the proverbial a bit.

  @Luke4697 @ohitssxph @LastLapLucy Problem is NowTV (unless they've changed it recently) doesn't let you time shift. The only way in the UK to record the race and watch it when you get back in is to pay for a full Sky package. It's bonkers

  @NOWTV your app keeps crashing via BT...can't see after match analysis...getting error message PL-0...I'm paying for this service so sort it out or I want a refund...
