help my nowtv remote app on my phone wasn’t working and i’ve just realised it’s because i was connected to the wrong box for 30 minutes....FOR 30 MINUTES SOMEONE ELSE HAS HAD THEIR NOWTV DOING **** THEY WERENT CONTROLLING😭😭😭😭

@RealTimVine I used to have this exact issue Tim. The USB for the tv never seemed to generate enough signal to the tv. Most smart TVs allow you to download the actual NOWTV app, so the USB isn’t required. It’s not perfect but a lot better!

@NOWTV is there a way to be informed when you are turning off our internet in the middle of the night for maintenance. We use our internet at night so last night's cut out caused us huge issues, which had we been aware of we could have rescheduled our time.

@NOWHelpTeam We’ve had two engineers come and look at the line and still no progress, we’ve heard it all before so not holding my breath. But thank you for your help. (Not angry at you just the service x) PS BEWARE and do NOT get WiFi through NowTV #nowtvisoverparty
