@camangusmurray @NOWTV Tried two TVs also tried through the firestick and two different phones, iPhone and Samsung. No connectivity issues as all other apps are working perfectly. Please respond.

Coincidentally, Netflix forgot where I was in Designated Survivor so I’m finding I’ve seen these episodes. I’m going to plough on from this point regardless as it’s been a while. Meanwhile, NowTV forgot where I was with Manifest and I hadn’t the energy to work that one out.

@nowtv truly awful service,wasted 1 hr of my day, not trying to reinvent the wheel just get broadband as per the offer....2 x waiting + 2 long phone calls to people who bless them can't speak English well and we are on a choppy line...not a good mix really is it,where is the gin?

@NOWTV I'm sure you can email an internal email address with the case number 08446537. You don't need security clearance to do that. Just another example of the organisation not being prepared to help or even type an email
