@nowtvhelp I've purchased NOW TV via my BT TV account. The channels work on the STB but when I created a nowtv account as prompted I never received a welcome email. If I attempt to reset my password the email address is accepted but I don't get an email. Spam is empty

Trying to resolve a serious playback issue with @NOWTV and they just keep responding with copy-paste template emails that are irrelevant, and ignoring my requests for escalation! I pay for your service, provide me with customer service please @nowtvhelp !

just to let others know my nowtv had gone off no phone line either they have got big issues come on get it working ffs it keeps going on off ggrrr havent tried the landline yet even my mums as gone off two and she's 3 miles frm me tthought i say

@rchrae @NOWTV I have been having similar issues with app on Apple TV 4K, I’ve got entertainment and sports, works about 50% of the time. Trying to watch PL this afternoon, just get “error in player”, done all the normal restarted, wifi on/off, deleting app bollocks, no change.

@NOWTV please stop charging me for a service I no longer have with you after YOU cancelled my broadband. I haven’t had my refund for a month of WiFi I didn’t get, and you’re STILL taking money out of my account AND you’ve charged me for an account I didn’t cancel. Terrible CS.
