    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @O2 what a shambles? Is the fact our mobile numbers on legacy or new systems an end customers fault? I’ve spent 3 calls over 3 hours each and I can’t seem to activate the loyalty program because of this issue. HELP!

    I’ve spent a week trying to get my past as you go number transferred with @O2. Only to be told each time that there was a technical error & a new request would be made. Today I finally got to a manager who informed me it’s a known widespread issue, massive waste of time & money

    I've had enough now of @O2 can't even open up a webpage on my mobile as network is down again. So they compensate, so they *****. However they are on your case before your bill is due to get their money. They are a joke and the customer service is a disgrace #o2

    @O2 In the mean time I can't access my account, still. How many months should it take to access my own account. Never had these problems with other providers.

    @O2 I’ve tried all these to help with the signal and I’m still getting poor signal. But also there is no 5G anywhere, I struggle with 4G most places. It is just miles behind EE. My friend is on EE and he gets 5G in most places in Preston. Thought O2 was supposed to be a big network.
