    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @O2 @ceeveepee That’s a lie, I spoke to your customer service almost a week ago and told them this was happening to me too, I also can’t make any payments towards my daughters bolt ons.

    @O2 - Account locked. Still waiting on someone contacting me about my o2 account being locked. Time to give up on this poor service and speak to the shop I purchased my phone from.

    @ungodlywheesa @O2 That's a bummer! What phone are you using? Most phones from 2020+ support eSIMs. If yours doesn't, it might be time for an upgrade — your future traveling self will thank you.

    @O2 I appreciate the swift response. However, my experience of your network is that I don’t get 5G more than I do. I have been with BT Cellnet->O2 since my first mobile (save for a few months when I had to use my employer’s preferred network), I shall be moving at the earliest chance
