    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @O2 Can somebody look into the poor 4g in Liverpool city centre around Mann Island. This has been going on for along time now and it always appears to be at the weekend and in the afternoon. Just done a Speedtest and it was 0.24! It’s not just me having issues as well.

    Getting so fed up with never having any service when outside of my wifi. @O2 this is getting beyond a joke. Been a customer for 20 odd years and don’t even receive a reception!!!!! 🤬🤬

    Yo @O2 can you explain how it’s taken three whole days to fix a downed telephone mast I understand there’s probably engineers working to fix it but it’s been three days and my patience is worn thin
