    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @the_pieface @O2 is rubbish in a busy area. Football match for example, can’t use anything on it. Very poor. My work phone is @VodafoneUK and never had an issue there!

    @O2 used to be a great service. Now all I get is an annoying sales bot. I cannot top up. I cannot log in. Code sent to my phone but told my phone is not associated with this account! Hanging on for 'sales adviser' but they knock off at 9. I am wilting.

    Found a place where signal for @O2 sucks. Blackpool. 2021 and can't even get 4G to work here.

    @O2 If I buy O2 refresh monthly plan with device plan and cancel only monthly plan, do I need to give 30 days notice even if I cancel within first 14 days? Device was paid off fully.

    I should add it's often not in the centre of London that I lose reception, so no big concrete buildings getting in the way. Sounds like a capacity issue so if @O2 could maybe look at ways of improving their service on that front please that would be great!
