Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

@jodielouiseart @O2 The mast by us is down. Has been for months. 02 cancelled my contract on the grounds I was able to prove I can not get service where I live and it is their fault. The mast is still broken and they're upping everyone's prices? Knowing the service isn't possible. It's theft

Nice touch from @O2 offering me an Apple Watch deal because I was a valued customer. Shame the same said deal was also through your website for anyone. Disappointed you treat loyal customers like idiots

@virginmedia failed to disclose to new customers that their @O2 5G SIM for £12/mth was an optional add on - have now been cutoff 4x times by the O2 customer support team (as an existing customer) when trying to cancel subscription. Anyone else had this before?

@SpankyWhizzbang @O2 They can't afford it because they've been too busy running it into the ground and looting it for the shareholders, this is the problem with the free market system the right are always gunning for - even economists are now saying "put customers and employees before shareholders".

@O2 @nickgd99 Ahh that's it, pay for a mobile service then get told by them to use your WiFi for calls. You can't make it up. O2 used to be decent. Awful now.

@O2 why is the data coverage so bad? I partly regret moving from Vodafone to O2 as everyday is a struggle to use my data! The whole point of getting 150 data usage was to use it but it’s so difficult. You must do better!
