    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @CherryBooBopper @O2 If submitted to the complaint review service email address you’ll be lucky if you hear anything what you will get is an automated email after 4 weeks telling you they’re still looking into the complaint, you’ll then get one after 8 weeks stating you can go to CISAS and only after going to them will you get a response from O2

    @JohnTillUK @O2 @Mozilliondotcom Nice one John. They’ve been terrible near me with a mast down for 12 days now. They cited an issue then ‘routine maintenance’ with no update due until 1st Aug.

    @O2 @O2 whats the point of the O2 app if it doesn't let you sign in. Stuck in a painful loop of hell
