    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @lilleyjnr @O2 No they've apparently disconnected me to start a new contract but have yet to reconnect me over 6hrs later!! I'd have been quicker moving network!!

    @the_sarge1984 @O2 I'm getting these also. It's starting to get right on my nerves now. I can't even dial *#10# to see my balance now as that doesn't work also.

    Hi @MartinSLewis just spent 37mins on hold with @O2 to give them a chance to keep a 15year loyal customer! Told them what I would like and they couldn’t offer anything close. Then they called me back and offered a better deal than the last bit was still way off.

    .@tescomobile very disappointed! Number port from @O2 has failed. Hearing others in the call center also experiencing the same issue. You’re a virtual operator of o2, is o2 making it difficult to switch? @MartinSLewis for visibility.
