    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @jadefinnie @O2 Don’t worry you will be dragged down with the rest of us when they increase your tariff by RPI+3.9% next year…current RPI is 11.1% so that’ll be a whopping 15% rise

    @O2 in the middle of explaining I didn’t have time to discuss upgrades and asked for information to be emailed instead and the person who rang me, hung up! What amazing customer service! Could someone contact me about this please?

    @O2 Ok - so have now spoken to a customer services adviser who tells me he has raised an IT ticket but can’t tell me what the problem is or how long to solve. Astonished and frustrated !

    @O2 Went to the Killers Concert at Doncaster and all those people who were on EE, Three and Vodafone were happily texting and tweeting away, but for those of us on o2 we couldn’t even make a call. How can it be every other network worked but yours didn’t? It’s a joke…
