    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @O2 I am having a lot of trouble getting into my account and im using my correct login email and I going round in circles. I have verified my email and then nothing happens. I was logged in until Virgin media joined.

    @O2 Said they would raise a fraud case gave me no ferrence and said I would receive an email which I have not - I also requested an escalation call and nothing . Happy to DM you the account details to help resolve ?

    @O2 sort it out paid my bill over 2 weeks ago nearly 3 weeks now and still no service I need my services reinstated. I’ve been calling you everyday and still nothing you keep telling lies.

    @O2 This isn't the network can get busy at times. This is you can't make a phone call to another person in Bolsover Town centre or use data at all. This has been the case for 2 years and all we get told is there's a fault, then 2 months later get told it's been fixed, when it hasn't.

    @O2 can’t wait for my contract to be up so I can leave. Don’t usually moan, but not help whatsoever! I can’t afford £250 a month for two phones and a tablet.

    @o2 why has your app got so terrible. Apple Pay now times out and does not work, the save card option does not save the card. Why fix something that wasn’t broken?

    @O2 not only that, but the signal is shocking. Can’t get signal anywhere, never mind internet. 10+ years of being a customer for this.
