Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

@O2 paid for a new phone this week, delivery due. Instead I've found out today the credit check failed and I've been declined. No email from O2. Payment has left the account though. Livechat of no help. Waiting on O2 to tell me what happens next

Just had one of my worst customer experience in years instore @O2 in Islington. Thankfully out of contract and was intending to renew but not after that level of incompetence, inability to comprehend, refusal to find solutions and contemptible attitude. Piss poor.

Angry @O2 this month's bill has a charge of £9.18 for the Disney service which is now chargeable following the free offer. Would of been nice to have advance warning. All O2 customers check your extra charges.

@O2 I called today to cancel my contract early free of charge cause of the recent changes to terms and conditions. They said I’d receive my PAC code within 10 mins or so once the manager had waived the fee however I’ve still not received it

@O2 Telling a disabled bed bound person to visit a store to get help with cancelling a contract I did not want or ask for I paid my contract, it ended. Stop taking my money O2 How many people are still paying because O2 make it impossible to cancel?????

@O2 What an incredibly drab response. I'm thankful I've been able to cancel my contract without charge because of this. Saved £885 in cancellation fees. If you'd actually responded to questions instead of relying on copy paste corporate responses, I might have stayed. Shame.
