    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @O2 hi. I have a works business phone via o2 and I can’t get wifi calling. Is this something that can just be activated on the phone i have Samsung A12. Looked on the phone there is no option to switch it on, but says sign in to activate it. Does the employer need to ask?

    @O2 I don’t have a contract with you, been charged some stupid amount which damaged my credit score. Spent over a week calling and chasing and paid a bill that is a complete scam and my account still shows that I am in debt because of your fault in dealing with my issue!!!!
