Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

How do you get a new contract with @O2 ??? 35mins on the phone pressing 1 for sales over and over. Yesterday same 25mins and gave up. Awful service!! @O2 Don't you want new customers???

@O2 still hopeless coverage in Malmesbury. Awful phone signal no internet or data. O2 you have a real disconnect between what you say and what service you supply. Really sort it out as your service and attitude stinks

@paulrose1974 @O2 I’m on Sky mobile and about a quarter of a mile from your Bath Road head office. I’m on emergency call out and my phone is not working. As a last resort, will I be able to divert calls to a family members number? Work phone is also O2 so probably not much help.
