    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @laura_shoe_lady @O2 @lookfantastic Call up their customer service team. You're right - on their webiste i saw a 20GB sim plan for £18 /month... rang them up to about my current plan and she goes i have an offer her for you at £10! I was like "u whaaaat?!🤪 Ill take it!"

    Hey @O2 how many hours and how many ‘advisers’ are we going to have to talk to about a fraud that was committed by one of YOUR staff meaning we have paid for a mobile number for the last 3 years that we have never asked for, needed or used?

    @O2 Thanks for your dm, only 2 days late. It's not a problem with my sim or phone, it's the o2 network, as you know from all your customers on here who have reported the same problem. It seems to be sorted now anyway, no thanks to the twitter team.
