Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

Horrible experience at your Cardiff store @O2. Store employees have no regard for someone’s money, mental sanity or time. Broke an iPad in store didn’t inform me and sent it to recycle and now I am stuck. Keeping bouncing between store, customer care and O2 Recycle.

@O2 Hi, it said I didn’t win this time but that I could claim a free treat from Greggs and had a button to claim this, which wasn’t working. I can’t seem to access that button anymore, and the reward hasn’t appeared in app. Could you take a look please?

@O2 At the o2 shop in Leeds. The guy showed me options on the screen and I chose the Amazon Music free for 6 month, but never told me how to redeem it

@O2 @melioramark My elderly mum is paying for a service that you are not providing. Your voicemail says go on the app, the app says speak to customer service or go in store. She can't get in store due to poor health so how can she resolve this issue. Been hung up on twice by customer service
