    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    Due an upgrade in March, what's the best network to go with? O2 have gone down hill, I'm missing phone calls, messages are taking forever to send & no matter how many times you report it to them, it doesn't get fixed @O2

    @stephencomiskey @O2 Lol. Gone from not receiving any incoming calls and texts to not being able to do anything. Getting progressively worse despite a lengthy call to customer service earlier. Perfect 👍

    @O2 Appalling service from O2 this weekend. No one I have spoken to have done what they said they would. Stressful being hung up on and having to spend hours on the phone trying to get a resolution. £10 goodwill gesture. No thank you. Going elsewhere

    @JamesGoz @O2 I thought you'd have a minion to do this for you. I've moved numbers before and it was just a matter of putting the PAC into a panel and a few hours later hey presto port complete. Never spoken to a person to do it for me.

    @O2 i’ve been trying all day to top up my phone, your phone line has been constantly saying there’s a bug being fixed which i get but i’ve run out of data and texts and need to able to use my phone on the daily, can you fix this? if i don’t top up today i lose all my rollover…

    @AntrimLens @Au_Erithacus @O2 If its any consolation, it happens with any names with accents, not just fadas. It's to do with screening out special characters to prevent SQL injection attacks & the like, however if they actually sanatised their database inputs correctly, it would be a non-problem. Lazy design
