    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    Does anyone in Swansea area have trouble with @SkyUK mobile signal. I know they use the @O2 network. Last couple of months signal loss has been quite common, thinking of changing to a new provider..mobile important to my business, need reliable service

    @O2 Hi guys how are you? I'm trying to get proof of usage from you. I spoke 2 times with the customer service and they assure me that it was in is way but no luck. My phone was stolen 3 weeks ago and I'm dealing with the insurance which request the proof of usage. Please help
