Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

Just got back from Crete and got a better signal on a boat out to sea and crossing a mountain that Indio half the time in the Uk with @O2 . They probably pay half the price too

@O2 how can I login to the app or website? I keep getting a “something went wrong” when I type in my email on either the virginmediao2 site or the my o2 app. Am able to login on the Virgin Media app but it doesn’t show me any of my o2 information

yo @O2 my contract device plan ended with you. i'm no longer with your awful network.. how do I end the damn Airtime plan? as i'm not paying for Data I'm not using on a device that is bricked and was reused help with.

I’ve got to say, the worst company I have ever had to deal with is @virginmedia and its partner @O2 There sheer incompetence is phenomenal and I wish I’d never got involved with them.
