Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

Hey @O2 I switched to your service approx 3 months ago and, don’t take this personally, it’s not working out. I can barely make calls in Chester or Liverpool, @spotify is sketchy due to lack of signal everywhere, and it’s just utterly miserable. I want out.

@O2 Customer service in SA is completely awful they activate a contract deal and keep charging... spent 4hours on the phone and nothing has ever been dealt with ! Everytime I call i have to keep repeating myself.... Can someone help?????

@O2 @o2 “rest assuring” me doesn’t help! had to give up yesterday. Calling now… long wait already and have the section choice of fraud or website and then you hang up! Even for a complaint - definitely not the service you should be offering!

@O2 So it’s took you all day yesterday and just now to reply, the morning of my sons birthday for when this phone was due and he now has no phone to open. Fantastic start. Can you confirm for any future problems with o2 I won’t ever be able to speak to a person to fix it?

@O2 Thanks have now registered so should be back on the phone within 24 hours. There’s an @arqiva mast down in the area so it’s not just you it’s Vodafone, EE and the providers that use your network too.
