Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

@Deej701 @O2 If I had known Sky Mobile used o2 as its host I wouldn't have gone near it. I left o2 few years back and went to EE. O2 by fat worst company I have ever used, shocking service and worse customer service, joke of a company.

@sabphotos69 @O2 Don't expect from o2... They'd rather send emojis on twitter, than help folk pay their final bill. Leave them as soon as you can, but have money ready... They've some really weird money-grabbing cowboy shenanigans going on, clearly... Something smells fishy about how it's handled

@O2 Your customer service is rubbish. Hanging up the phone is not acceptable. I called to discuss my contract where I found out that there will be a price increase on my contract from april. This was the first I heard of it. No communication from the company. DM and call me ASAP!

@O2 I have just gotten off the phone with your customer service line after having the phone put down on me, how rude. I was missold a contract with you through virgin media when I recently had taken out a TV package. I cancelled the very next day. Today I was sent an email.
