Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

Afternoon @O2. I have DM’d you but I landed in Turkey yesterday, turned my phone on twice to turn off my data and data roaming and can see I have been charged £45 😡 Can you explain this & cancel that?

@O2 Yea ive looked at that it doesnt answer my question really other than saying the network can be busy. In which case surely i should have been advised of that during purchase not just shown the coverage map which is clearly inaccurate
