    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    What is it with @O2 and signal levels lately. Past few weeks they’ve been appalling and my 4G barely working properly. According to their website though, nothing is wrong 🙃🙃

    @O2 don’t recommend ordered to collect and said nothing about id until you get the email saying they are ready collect.staff very rude,poor attitude towards customers refused to give me my order even though i had proof,they cancelled my order and told me nothing about a refund

    £108.96 a month to @O2 is crippling me and half the time I don’t have signal and don’t use half their services 😳😳 might be time to pay off and leave and look for a better deal elsewhere

    @O2 I posted a tweet the other day at how disgraceful O2 service is and true to form they asked me to DM them. They then sent me another phone number and haven’t replied since. Absolutely appalling.
