    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @O2 So...Day 9 of new phone/contract with 02: iPhone STILL not working.Made a 3rd visit to 02 Burnley store (more fuel costs).It calls out BUT does not receive calls or texts."This person is unavailable". I will visit AGAIN tomorrow.I hope your accounts team legislate for this 02???
