    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @tiatto1 @O2 They didn't give them your number, the network texted you on their behalf, and both GDPR and Pecr have emergency provision to do this.

    I wish @O2 would sort out the mast near me instead of texting me every other day that “they’re still working on the issue” 😤 A week without sufficient data and it’s not like my contract is cheap

    @O2 It is an invasion of our privacy. Have you received payment from the Government to send this message? If so, you have not been asked, but are making monetary gain from a service we pay for.

    @O2 Free hot drink? How about fixing the O2 mast that's been off for over a week. No mobile phone/data for over a week at all. 6 sim cards dead. Free hot drink?? Fix it!

    @O2 my phone was accidentally put in water. It’s supposed to be able to withstand one meter of water for up to 30 minutes but stopped working! Can you help?

    @O2 @virginmedia I signed up to O2 mobile through virgin media about a month ago because I was needing a new SIM and it worked out well. Prior to signing, I checked that you have 5g coverage in Dundee and your site said the signal was excellent. I've not had 5g yet, why is this?
