Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

@O2 Please help, I contacted your customer services on 17th Feb to report that a fraud contract had been taken out in my name on the 16th Feb.Low and behold I have now received a Default Notice. I have just been cut off for the 2nd time by your Customer Services...very poor.
