Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

@O2 Never have I been spoken to by an o2 customer service agent like I Just have!! Who do I go to to make a complaint?? You want us to ca and speak to you but yet when we do we get spoken to like a peice of dog mess they have Just stood in!! Absolutley disgusting customer service

@O2 Hi. My recent credit report shows someone with my exact same name and DOB but at address in a city I've never lived in has taken out a Contract + £1026 loan with o2. @TransUnion Credit advised #o2 affiliated this unknown address to me. I emailed O2 fraud last week, no reply.

@O2 hi there. For some reason for the past couple of days there seems to be a fault with either my signal or phone. I'll be on facetime and the call drops and I end up with no signal so I try to connect to WiFi and it still won't work. My wifi provider is virgin media

@O2 hands down have the worst customer service of any UK network and I’ll say that with my chest, being hung up on after being on hold for ages after the advisor found out I wanted to cancel my contract, what a joke.

@O2 hi I have very poor network in BD8 where I live; it’s painfully slow network here and even more embarrassing that I work for #o2 and I’m complaining - my issue is #network not people
