    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @o2 PLEASE STOP PHONING ME TWO OR THREE TIMES A DAY. I am not a customer. I’ve been polite, I’ve asked to be removed, but your offshore team continue to pester me. I am registered with TPS. I can show you hundreds of your numbers I have blocked. Please PM me for my phone number

    @O2 I got the services back eventually with such an odd 1999 way of doing things for a company funnily enough that same day the "money was found" it's already a complaint now anyways

    @O2 Can you stop the constant emails and threats of debt recovery going to call us we do not owe any money our account was shut down by Abdul weeks ago and his manager agreed that nothing was owing on our account. !!

    Purchased an Apple Watch SE (3rd Generation) directly from @O2 14 days ago for my son’s 10th birthday… still no cellular. Endless calls/escalations no callbacks, no resolution. Extremely poor service. If not resolved immediately, I will escalate to the @CommsOmbudsman @Ofcom .

    Dear @O2, I think the Ombudsman needs to have a chat with you about your quality of service in comparison to your ever increasing charges. I’m horrified that I have to stay with you until next year! Worst service ever. No signal, ever. Utter disgrace.
