    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    When you reach out to @O2 for help and they ghost you leaving the door open to scammers to impersonate them (see suspended accounts in replies) Glad to be gone after 33 years as a Cellnet / O2 customer.

    @O2 I wonder if you could help me as I have spent about 5 hours today trying to talk to a person at O2 and all I got was bots. I have lived at my current address for over 6 years, today I got a bill for someone I have never heard of, dated from last year.

    @virginmedia @O2 Hi. In this instance speaking through Virgin Media, it was set up without my knowledge and without a written or verbal contract. I am in the middle of this mess now and have looked a complaint. Thank you

    @grahamstyle @SkyNews @O2 Good luck. Don’t think they prioritise helping customers, including those who have been loyal for decades. They take your money and couldn’t care less that you can’t access their not fit for purpose service.
