    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @virginmedia I recently got a Stream box but am unsure what I should do with my current subscriptions to Netflix and Disney+. I get the latter as part of my @o2 Pay Monthly contract. Do I need to cancel both services and then restart them on Stream? Please help!

    @O2 does anyone else have any problems logging into the O2 priority app as mine keeps crashing so cannot get any of the freebies especially cinema tickets. Contacted O2 and emailed priority department but useless at resolving the issue 😡😤

    @VModifiedMind @O2 Incompetent SIM provisioning, incompetence setting your profile inside the network, incompetent planning, incompetent capacity management. Issue is O2 in all cases.

    @O2 I pity the people that you have migrated onto your new website platform. It is awful. It was created without considering the #customerexperience. It robs folks of things they used to be able to perform effortlessly.

    @TrueFarnz @O2 Ah but o2 has already assured me no such profile issue exists - but no data flow is indeed the norm - o2 performs like absolute garbage (unusable) in many areas. Not just me though, everyone I've checked using them. This is why the SIM/Phone nonsense is bogus.

    @O2 any ideas how I can get a response to fraud that I’ve reported to you? Reported 30/9, escalated 14/10, 19/10, 20/10, 24/10 via phone, live chat & email but zero response. Got a threatening letter from you today for the account I didn’t even open so would appreciate some help
