    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @O2 spam reporting text service is buggy. Can't access message as in spam folder but it auto replies to ask for a reply with the name or number of the spam text. I reply with answer and just get same auto reply asking same question again. Forget a month later and the loop goes on

    @meeshymoomin @O2 @Virgin I’m not even in contract but because I live in eco housing it’s all we can have. They’ve charged me for tv phone and internet for five years yet I do t have tv or phone, the line doesn’t even work. now the internets down it’s taken two days to get an engineer that’s hasn’t arrive

    @O2 @SamsungMobile You should sort out the fraudsters that use your network and shops to scam people. How can such a big company not even have a fraud department phone number to talk to customers🤬😡🤬
