Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

@RMU1979 @EnglandRugby @O2 People fail to forget that Lawes has barely played second row over the last four years, just because he has played there for a lot of his career doesn’t mean he wants to. 6 is his favoured position and will be until he retires

@O2 Yea ive looked at that it doesnt answer my question really other than saying the network can be busy. In which case surely i should have been advised of that during purchase not just shown the coverage map which is clearly inaccurate

@O2 just want to say how disappointed after 10 years plus of being a customer I am with your customer service. I have been lied to and been treated poorly. And to top it all when I said after all this time I would move my business you could not care less. Too big& too arrogant
