    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @O2 I completed DPA to get this sorted on Saturday, it’s now Tuesday and it’s been over the 24-48 hour mark yet yours now sending the same 24-48 hour message. Please respond without automated messages today, I’ve had such a problem trying to get this tablet returned

    @oppo can you tell if you are indeed bringing an update out for the oppo flip to sort out the constant repeated text messages.. I was told by @O2 and the shop assistant from @O2 that the problem is with your oppo... Please can you help.

    @mark_webster @O2 Not Three (who I'm with). Seems to be a 4g/5g switching problem where it produces stale sessions and hangs. Also looking, so interested in responses

    @O2 The signal continues to get worse around Didcot. I now get no internet anywhere, even when it shows a 4g connection at 4 bars, yet you charge me every month for it.

    @O2 are going about the right way of losing a customer of 18 years!! Stop cold calling me with “offers” which are sold as being for a “loyal customer” when any Tom **** or Harry can get them - 🤬
