Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

@o2 49 days, 4 live chats, 7 calls - 156 mins, 5 promises a refund has been processed, 2 broken promises of a mgr call. All I want is a refund for my return. At this point I'm ready to take this further if this isn't resolved asap. I've DMd order details. Please sort this out!!

@O2 you’re ******* **** ur company’s **** ur customer service is even more **** , a week long full of useless people on the phone telling me they’re removing the bar for me to ring 20 mins after every phone call again to be told that nobody’s put in application forms in. wankers
