@O2 I’ve had problems receiving and sending texts over the last few days. Apparently there is a problem with a mast. Do you compensate customers for this as I am paying £32 a month for the tariff.

So paid off my iPad Pro @O2 a few days ago, and I told the person on 202 to close that entire account down eg disconnect the number and close off the iPad Pro’s account. Just rang to talk about my iPhone’s number and the idiot wants to disconnect my iphone and iPad’s number. 1/2

  • prhudson Paul Hudson (@prhudson) reported

@O2 of weeks ago and the same was true. When in the UK O2 are absolutely moving me to poor speeds when I need to make use of myunlimited data. My phone works well, when my network is not throttling my connection. How can I raise a complaint please?

  • imsimondrake Simon Drake (@imsimondrake) reported

@O2 - I'm getting increasingly annoyed with your inability to complete simple requests. THREE times I've called your customer service team to get a PAC code activated, and three times it has been submitted wrong resulting in a void request...

  • prhudson Paul Hudson (@prhudson) reported

@O2 Of weeks ago and had the exact same experience. It seems roaming networks are just doing better by their customers. Please tell me how to raise a complaint.

Wtf is going on @O2 I’m now being told the contract for iPad Pro wasn’t cancelled but it’s now got an extra 5/6 days of the contract for iPad added on to that bill from when I asked for it to be completely disconnect wtf
