    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @O2 I keep receiving login requests by emails from various places across the country, pretty much every day/early hours. I've got MFA set up and know my account is secure but what can I do to stop this happening please?

    @O2 :- it is a disgrace that central Swindon is not covered by 5G and that 5G+ is only useable outdoors in selective parts of the town centre. Worse, since you started to migrate to 5G parts of my house in Old Town, Swindon are dead zones. A premium rate demands premium service.

    Is there anyway to submit a complaint to @O2 via email? Their online form doesn’t work and I don’t have hours to sit on the phone and go over something that I have already spend hours on the phone dealing with.

    @o2 What an awful company to deal with Can’t even complain online Been trying for days Love a DM though Still won’t fix your problem 2 months and counting Happy to take my daughters money though🤮
