    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @O2 what is going on??? Still no update on my phones, no one answering at your “phone” store and even your so called “resolutions” team won’t give me an update! I guess you feel the money is in the bank so don’t have to bother with any level of customer service?

    @o2 why has your 4G data become so bad? I have 2 bars but very difficult to get online at Axminster Train station to check on travel. Bridport is just the same. Why?

    @MissNads22 @O2 @EE claim to be the best network, if not because I have a broadband at home, people would have thought I live up in the mountains and had to go outside to get a network 😭

    @O2 Great to hear you say that. Shame that it doesn’t reflect in our daily life. Your network performances have gotten worse over the last few years, not better.

    @Polymarket @O2 is great for this, 4G, 5G? It's all for nought because none of it works. The worst part, this joke of a network is the best option in my town.

    @O2 My wife (an O2 customer for over 20 years) lost her phone a few days ago and has tried to replace it but "computer says no". You won't let her buy a new phone because verification is linked to her lost phone. She is stuck in a mad loop. Please help
