    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @O2 had a call from what appeared to be an actual number from o2 stating that you’re shutting my sim down in a so many days due to the merge with virgin it’ll be deactivated I’ve contacted you and made you aware just want to share it for others and see if you are

    @O2 @o2businessuk I'm not sure what's going on with you at the moment, but your customer service atm is truly shocking. All of your comms channels are broken - I'm trying to upgrade, and it's impossible to speak to anyone

    The 5G signal on @O2 is so terrible man, barely ever works or loads, had this issue on both iPhone and Samsung, getting rather annoying

    Hey @O2 why is your network really bad in the south west? It’s brilliant up north, however Burnham on Sea, Bridgwater Shockingly bad.
