    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @O2 Day 98 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @jlee_ @O2 Samsung make great phones, but there Android extensions and bloat is pretty bad.

    @Moyzi @O2 Going by tweets, it looks like they might be losing quite a lot of customers, I'll have to take the increase for a couple of months then I'll be away too, my missus is with 3, 4% increase and her signal is better than mine, might go back to them

    Please tell me why @o2 are charging more YET AGAIN. 😡 It changed in the summer now again from April, absolute joke!!! Paying almost £70 for an old phone (& one I never get reception on) 🤬😡

    @O2 I have to say I’m very disappointed in your price increase. Never seen an increase like it. I was thinking about changing my Virgin Broadband to Community Fibre, looks like my O2 contract will be switching to someone else now too. Bad move, your really don’t need to do this!

    @ChrisWilmshurst @O2 My mum and sister, who both live in Central London can barely get signal nowadays, I don’t know what happened to O2. They used to be really good.
