    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    . @O2 I keep using your bad network due to priority and it's been weeks that it won't let me even access it. I called your customer service repeatedly and they have no idea what's going on. I'll give it 2 more days and then my husband, parents and I will switch to @EE

    @bombdiggy__ @O2 If I’m not on the wifi in most places, I have no signal and they tell you to call when you have no signal but how can you call without signal?? Mind games

    @O2 why is my signal rubbish despite having 5G and full bars? Been going on for weeks now. I run a business thats mobile and its a nightmare contacting customers and causing a negative impact on my business.

    @O2 what is going on??? Still no update on my phones, no one answering at your “phone” store and even your so called “resolutions” team won’t give me an update! I guess you feel the money is in the bank so don’t have to bother with any level of customer service?
