Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

@O2 come on #O2 I swapped back partly because last time I was with you your customer service was great.. now I can’t get through on 202 or get an online chat and even Twitter messages go silent for days! The PAC code was sent a week ago!! What is going on!!

@O2 hey there, I got a new contract with you guys and it was meant to be 100g of data but I just had the details through and it says 40g? Obviously quite a lot of difference being over half less. Can someone help me please?

@O2 hi both mine and my mums phones are saying "not registered on network" when trying to make calls, both phones are on o2 network. Tried rebooting with no luck. Any solutions?

Now @o2 are billing me for a phone I don't have. Absolutely laughable! I cannot get through to anyone. Someone please call me to sort. Not sure why I should be the one to make the call and wait an hour to speak to someone. #o2 #PleaseRT #help
