Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

Volt. Supercharge your world says @O2 and @virginmedia. They promise faster Virgin Media broadband, double O2 mobile data. On them. Yet, I can't get hold of anyone to talk about it. Shocking service!

@O2 I am not sure it’s true are not but I am receiving some calls continuously saying as…(We R calling from O2 & we want to apply 30%disnt in UR Acnt as a premium customer so we have sent a code to my 📨 & asking for same code. Just want to bring to Ur notice.

@O2 Stick with it @O2, nothing like a phone call to deal with issues - instead we have to play Twitter DM tennis with huge chunks of time in between? It’s almost 2023 and all the tools you could dream of are available to help you document issues and give great customer service. :-/
