    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @O2 if i have 7 days to change my mind on a phone purchase online, why have i just been told, after less than 24 hours, that you are not able to cancel the order? The phone has not despatched.

    ****** off now been with @O2 for years and the last two weeks I’ve had no service and things only work when I’m connected to WiFi. Can’t ring them to sort it and trying to do a complaints form and even that won’t sodding send

    I've been an @O2 PAYG customer for over 15years. Recently I've been getting a "New voicemail" message - why? I have purposly never enabled voicemail since it costs 35p a time to check.

    @O2 Any one else having problems dealing with you @O2 Over 2 months my daughters phone hasn’t been able to receive or send I or text messages Don’t seem to care Tried to escalate complaint But complaint form don’t work

    @O2 Sort your service out so I can pay my bills, app doesn't work, direct debit hasn't been taken. Can't take it over the phone. It's been a shambles for months! Trying to pay and oh guess what, I can't and I'm about to be cut off again 🙃

    @O2 appreciate your help. Not able to get through anyone on the chat. I've already paid my bill and got a notification to pay again. This needs to be resolved and corrected in your system that is sending me reminders.
