    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @O2 don't know if that is the link, but it's not loading either. The O2 website is working fine, except the status page. No 3G or 4G service in EC2V 6ET

    Shockingly bad customer service from @O2 today regarding trying to file an insurance claim for my stolen phone. 1 store visit & 3 one-hour long phone calls and nothing has been done still 😫😫😫😫😫

    @O2 I have a text saying I owe money and that I will get a charge if I don’t pay it but the myO2 app says I don’t owe anything. I’ve tried your virtual assistant but it refuses to put me through to someone. I have hearing issues and find it hard to use phone. Can you look into it

    @O2 Did all that, still nothing. And I can't seem to talk to anyone at O2 to resolve the issue. This is ridiculous.

    I’m a brand new @O2 customer and already leaving them. Advise everyone to do the same! They incorrectly charged me £400 & are making me pay it this month, then wait for a refund in next months bill. Quite outrageous. Especially given the cost of living crisis affecting everyone

    @O2 are apparently “too busy” to help, @DHLParcelUK haven’t delivered our parcel or updated the delivery estimate, perfect 😠

    @O2 20 years as a customer and get treated like 👎 over a new phone. Anyone using 02 insurance beware they send you faulty handsets without genuine parts and then hang up on you when you call to see if you can upgrade early and get told to do one or pay up. Awful.

    @Ofcom @O2 Days on and I have nothing from O2 regarding their Mast Fix. All the while, I have sent an official complaint to them. They also seem to be not answering my questions, so I will continue until we get progress. Anyone have an idea who to further escalate this to?
