    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @O2 I signed up yesterday but my existing mobile number was typed incorrectly so I’m not receiving the Myo2 activation code because it’s being sent to an incorrect number - I’ve tried to call Customer Support but I can’t receive the verification code because my number is wrong

    @O2 It’s been poor ever since I ported my number over to O2 I have made many calls to O2 and you are looking into it, but I am getting reports of not being able to message or call me and the data is sooo slow its painful

    @O2 This isn't the network can get busy at times. This is you can't make a phone call to another person in Bolsover Town centre or use data at all. This has been the case for 2 years and all we get told is there's a fault, then 2 months later get told it's been fixed, when it hasn't.

    @O2 I have two sim-only plans. Both out of contract today. If I want to renew directly with O2 the price is 20% higher but if I go through a 3rd party website I can get a price match to my current price but your own service desk can’t match the prices available on third party 1/n

    Absolutely shocking from @O2 today. Years of loyalty and 2 hours haggling still give me worse deals than a new customer….. who wants my business @ee @VodafoneUK

    @O2 why is the reception to abysmal in Norwich? And by ‘abysmal’ I mean non existent. Worst decision ever to renew my contract with you.

    @O2 due to apparently essential maintenance being carried out in my area, I have had no signal for nearly a week, there uncle to make/receive calls,how long can I expect this to continue?
