    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    New scam to watch for with @O2 ring call centre with an issue. They add a new line to your account to fix an issue. Basically churning the customer for a new sale. And taking off advisors stats and earning themselves a bonus O2 stop call centre making sales. Please

    @olive_blacklab @O2 Not ideal. I’m sick of it. Theres next to no reception at mum’s on any network, and at home I show 5G but data never works and calls are poor quality.

    The UK phone company @O2 doesn't properly validate email addresses and sends customer info to other random people if they sign up with the wrong email. Contacted them twice and they haven't stopped sending me all this customer's personal information.
