Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

Hi @O2 I’ve been struggling to get any signal in Cardiff recently and friends and family have been the same. It’s to the point where I have 0 bars and people can’t ring me at all. I know others are reporting the same so would be grateful to know what’s being done to resolve it?

@O2 everytime I send a text from my new iPhone with you it marks as being not sent. I can't iMessage any of my contacts who have an iPhone despite imessage being on and my pre-porting number still shows as a way to contact me in iMessage! PLS help as I can't use my phone 😭😭😭

@O2 I have been trying to rectify my issue below since 8.30 this morning via your messaging 'help' section as well as by phone, it is now 4.15pm and I am no closer to getting a second family SIM for my child.

@leemcbr37826036 @O2 This sounds familiar. I am now passed over to a third person, on hold again. The company is hopelessly under-resourced. I was pointed back towards the website which as I already know cannot provide a family SIM, poor info.

sick to death of @o2 connection. Paying nearly £80 a month for a phone that hardly ever has connection. Seems like a lot of people are getting rinsed here and with the money they’re making you’d think they’d be able to fix the phone mast which has ‘been down’ for months.
