    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @O2 Network in the area shows Its fine but in real time the download speed is not even going up above 3 Mbps I turned the phone off twice still no changes Really frustrating 😐

    @O2 why has WiFi enabled calling gone on my S9 with android 10? I've used it for 2 years with it, suddenly its gone?! The signal is terrible where I live, that was my only way of making calls on my phone! no way of talking to someone on my O2, no solutions on there. #annoyed

    @O2 Yes , bought a i12 4 weeks ago and moved to a Sim only last night, restarted etc and there should be no disruption in service whatsoever - I was in a Covid test centre earlier and couldn’t get onto the gov website to get my test registered - appalling

    @Gwendeth @BT @O2 Unfortunately that is how it will always be, BT will say "oh you can get these speeds" but then you have to worry about sharing that line with 100s of people which will reduce your speed. They never tell you that upfront do they. No transparency just lies from all IPS's
