    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    Your complaint system is not fit for purpose! Your online complaint form does not work, it just gives a generic error message (this is not new, it's been the case for at least 2 months) and the complaint email address just bounces back. #disgusting @O2

    @O2 How crap is your MY O2 App I've been trying to upgrade my daughters phone (the contract is in my name) ALL DAMNED MORNING all I've consistently had is "oops something has gone wrong" I've had enough and after being with O2 for probably over 20 yrs I'm leaving

    Have you read the reviews on Play Store of your app @O2?! 🤔 Since the latest update, just like me, everyone seems to hate it and has the same problems I do - it's a Crap App now tbh!! Time to sort out the issues or delete it completely... like I have!! 👋 #o2 #App #phones
