Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

Once again, @o2 knew about a massive event open to the public and did absolutely nothing to preserve service. So far this weekend it’s taken 6 hours to send an SMS and ALL my calls have been garbled. It’s not like @BirminghamPride wasn’t advertised in advance

@O2 @Apple There’s been no data service in Edinburgh for the past 2 days, you don’t have any customer services, there’s no live chat to find out what’s going on and your website just sends people round and round in a never ending journey of frustration

@O2 remind me why I came to o2. Can't get through to customer services at all. All I want to do is speak to someone to transfer my number. Have my PAC code from EE....but can I hell talk to anyone on 202? Even saying its urgent you cut me off after 10mins. 😭😭

@O2 I upgraded my phone yesterday and I have 0 service!! I can only speak to anyone via video call as I have wifi. I can’t get hold of anyone on your chat service either and I’m not happy about the service now as I’m paying a lot of money for my contract 😭

@O2 @saramnewman To be fair they probably was getting the abuse due to the fact they had no signal I feel there pain 18 months of crap signal and still being charged so I totally understand o2 signal is the worst

@O2 @Jamiechristlow Basically private message so they can hide the main comments from the general public. A bit like telling new customers the signal in my area is great when they know there’s a problems and it’s shocking taking legal action

@saramnewman @O2 I wasnt takin away from the front line team I can imagine with all the problems I’ve had there job is difficult & probably has been with all the network problems I’ve had for a while It’s o2 I have a problem with the people on front line r just doin there job & shouldnt get abuse
