    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    Appalling customer service from @O2 - now the third time I have got to resolve the same issue… numerous hours wasted trying to get through for it to repeat again the next month. Why is it so difficult?!

    @O2 barely any signal the last week and I use my phone for work it says the masts are down in this area I need to speak to someone about compensation for this please

    @O2 @kellyhawkins01 I wouldn't believe what it says. The area that I can get pretty much no signal ever says that the coverage is strong indoors and outdoors
