    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @O2 I was prised off a contract I was happy with and now find the one I was recommended is increasing within contract and despite Ofcom recommendations. Shabby o2 especially given that your network’s internet connection is so abysmal.

    @O2 your operator has literally just cut all my services when I said I wanted to leave. I didn’t get a pac number, the call cut off mid call, I’ve had no follow up confirmation email and now I have no service. What on earth?

    @O2 I placed an order last Wednesday and £30 has been taken from my account, but I haven’t received any updates. I’ve also been unable to reach your sales team as the phone lines seem to be closed. Could someone please help? Thanks

    @O2 clearly the worst signal ever. 40 pounds a month living in central Brighton and can’t use the data as it’s always blocked. You are thé worst phone company I ever used. Be sure I’ll be leaving soon. On Reddit you are recognised as the worst signal in southern England.
