Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

Called @O2 yesterday to report@the problems I’m having, so they’ve sent me a new sim. Didn’t tell me they’d be turning my current one off in the meantime. So now I’m absolutely screwed until the replacement arrives. Being on O2 has been and absolute disaster 🤬🤬🤬

Anyone else having issues with BT Broadband? Broadhub has just been in meltdown for 15 mins! @bt_uk @BTGroup you know that "ultra reliable connection, whatever you throw at it" is all gibberish. Ended up creating a mobile hotspot @O2 as wifi connection to my laptop

@O2 I don’t think I’ll be staying loyal anymore . Signal is awful where I have my breaks. Can’t even make use of priority ! Luton Station Three Bridges Station Useless signal !

@O2 Absoultely terrible service. Being overcharged for a phone number I haven’t used in 1 year. Called your customer service line 3 times and advisors have hung up on me straight away.

@SDCForeverMe @O2 @Ofcom I have the same issue. Mast had been down for almost 2 months. I have a 13 week old baby and am unable to call or text! Horrendous service
