Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

@virginmedia @O2 Oh but, I live with someone who also is an O2 mobile user. Had to sign in to their My O2, it all went smoothly. Has my mobile been disconnected, even on the website its showing errors on info. And what's this balance £28.98 I can see as owing, I'm PAYG?

@O2 I have been a customer since 2014. In my town Beccles there is no signal. I have flagged the issue and will not be paying my bill into issue is resolved. It's been terrible since the 5g switch and is getting worse. Other networks such as EE have signal.

@O2 I have dialed 1760, ##002# and had a replacement SIM card sen, and I still can't disable voicemail. This has been going on for weeks and no one seems to be able to fix it Please look into this
