    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @O2 & @virginmedia making it as difficult as possible to settle the final bill on an account I have cancelled. App doesn't give me the option to pay. Calls go straight through to their Indian call centre. Absolutely appalling service from the worst phone company in the universe!

    @O2 Great to hear you say that. Shame that it doesn’t reflect in our daily life. Your network performances have gotten worse over the last few years, not better.
