    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    Ever since my phone got automatically updated to 5G it’s had the worst signal ever! @O2 this may be the start to the end of a loyal 15 year relationship. 5G feels much slower than 3G.

    @O2 hey 02.apparantly a mast is down in my area and won't be fixed until the 25th?? I have already gone a week without signal. Whilst I'm trying to job hunt. Get it fixed!

    @O2 Payment not even due yet & getting txt threats to pay now or your stop my service this is a business account!! & I’m sick of every month having to sort this out it is a disgrace if it happens once more I’m switching to @EE again never had a problem ever with them. App is useless

    @O2 hey guys, over a week now there has been intermittent signal in cf62 area. Was supposed to be fixed by 8pm Saturday, still not working. You are losing people job opportunities. What are you doing about it

    @O2 @o2 bet your forms work better than your customer service and sales team. Two weeks of different instructions and still hant been able to purchase a pair of airpods. This is what puts me of o2😡
