Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

@O2 May I add also 5G data is just about as useless in Manchester City Centre. I use the Virgin Media Mobile network. Its been appaling since the switch over pretty much!

Appalling customer service @O2. All I want is to get my account sorted. Been with you 20 years before even o2 and being treated like this. No wonder people are leaving. Disappointed that I’ve given you so much money over the years when you don’t appreciate loyalty

@O2 Only just switched mobiles to you and currently speaking to the company I used to take out the contract to cancel it. Customer service beyond useless.

Ordered an Xbox from @O2 overnight. Yesterday they delivered 2 iPhones instead. Went onto customer services and they told me it was the courier’s fault. Surely it’s the warehouse - the courier had the right address. Also reason for buying it through o2 was so I had it tomorrow
