    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    Hi @O2, why would you do a hard credit search on me. I am not a customer, have never been a customer and have not applied to be a customer. Hard searches effect credit scores.

    @O2 @UberEats O2 you really take the biscuit! Charging me for a contract that was cancelled 3 separate times on the phone and at a face-to-face visit to the Cambridge grand arcade shop. Absolutely useless customer services. Why does anybody use this company?
