    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @O2 I changed to your network last Thursday (at your Burnley branch) & I am still receiving calls on my old network & phone but on the same number?? Therefore I have two phones on the same number with two providers?? You haven't switched me over? (Yes, you have had the PAC no.)

    All of this on top of the a fact I’m paying contract with @O2 , still 3 months left to go and I’m left without a phone! I swear I am never buying mobile insurance or a contract ever again. ******* livid.

    @O2 This is of no help. The checker says it is working fine. It is not. No signal whatsoever on any o2 device. This really is rubbish.

    Hi @O2 I’ve had no mobile signal at all for the past 2 days but nothing noted in your network issues for this area. Phone all updated and checked as per your online advice, rebooted etc. Can you advise? Postcode PR6

    @O2 Hi, I've tried the network checker and there is a problem it says, however places I visit I still have the same problem. I've checked the status of those and it says the networks is busy to find WiFi- really?
