    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @kokeshimum @O2 One thing that bugs me in UK is the terrible signal. Next thing is if you have an “open reach” router it reserves 30% of your bandwidth for broadcasting a public 5G hotspot onto the street for Open Reach customers using the WiFi hotspot app…. Utter con.

    @kokeshimum @O2 02 is good in my house but outside it’***** and miss. EE is non existent in my house but great outside. Hubby is Vodafone and from what I know he has no issues at all.

    @DominyRichard @kokeshimum @O2 This, very much this. OFGEM should cross-reference mast plan objectors and those complaining about poor cell service, them name and shame

    @kokeshimum @O2 @O2 exactly the same with me currently in El Campello, fantastic 5g signal in the hills yet in Norwich my phone has “2 bars 5G” and I can’t load nothing

    @xxxxminniex @O2 This happened to my elderly mum, too! A few months in a row. I kicked off with O2. They did help out and refund a good chunk of it. Then I put a spend cap of £0 on. It stops all the premium rate things like this happening.
