Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

@O2 I have been dealing with a in correct bill since the 16th August and still not sorted and today I get told they will not take the £6 late payment off yet the fault is with yourselves not me!! Disgusting service can't wait to leave O2 and i have been with you for over 20years

@O2 never us them for you mobile phone because if you ever need to use it you will never get a signal poor customer service they just doing care been with them nearly 20 years roll on the end of my contract

Hello @o2 I sent a few DMs over the weekend as I'm having problems inputting my PAC to enable me to move my number from @VodafoneUK to yourselves. The PAC expires 19th Oct. I'd like to move it 18th Oct but your system won't accept my info
