It's a massive scam where you're obliged to pay a fortune for a service that doesn't work..it's not just 02 it's all of them.

just me (@BluesnJazzxx) reported@mitchhirsty @O2 Yeah I figured that. Same issues on the website as well. I can’t pay my bill because I can’t access the app or website and I am not sitting for an hour on my phone whilst I wait to talk to someone.
