Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

@O2 I'm still waiting on the code for my gift card almost a month after signing up to a new (unlimited) contract and phone (samsung flip). Your rewards team have stopped replying to my emails to fix the problem as well. How are you going to fix this?

@O2 my phone is saying no sim so I have zero signal or data to call or text you. Any chance of getting someone to give me a ring to sort out a new sim card?

4 days of calls and conversation with @O2 customer services and still no further forward. Ordered phone online, it doesn't work. Took it to local O2 shop told they can't help me as it was ordered online. 20 years a customer & seriously considering a switch to another provider

@O2 are your masts over subscribed? Most of the time 4G is so slow but flip to 3G and it’s fine. Signal is perfect on full base so it’s not that? Also I’m not the only person who seems to have this issue.

I'm done with @O2 worst network coverage in the city I've ever had. Won't do anything to improve either.

@O2 I've done a check and it says there are no network issues in the area. Yet this has been an ongoing issue for the past year or so. Now that 5g has reached the area, signal is great when on that but when on 4g. There is nothing. My other mobile only 4g enabled and doesn't work now

@O2 My network connection has been **** for days now. I can’t even check the local network status because surprise surprise it requires network to access. What am I even paying for at this point? Do I get a discount for being on 3G all the time? Since it may as well be 0g?
