    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    Not having a great experience at switching my current number over to @O2 Customer service is non existent. No live chat, can’t speak to anyone via the customer service number and the guidance online not available. Very disappointed

    @O2 ordered a new device on the 13th Nov, still waiting for it to arrive. Apparently delivery driver has stolen it, it’s being investigating at my expense though as o2 have already taken first payment. When I voiced my concern I have been told to be patient great customer service
