    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @O2 So that you can tie people in to expensive pay monthly contracts that see 17% annual price hikes all whilst your service doesn’t even work half the time? 1 bar of 4g at home even though your network app says excellent indoor and outdoor coverage. 5g when at work always congested

    @O2 My Volt benefits have not been added, I have been told it will take 14 business days to resolve. There are no Wi-Fi hotspots where I am and will run out of data by tomorrow. Are there any options to help that don’t involve paying through the nose for data bolt ons?

    30 mins waiting to speak to an someone @O2 after having an alert that i have requested a OTP, only to be then told agent cant search customer details at this time. If only was an automated system to notify customers rather than them wasting valuable lunch time for nothing...

    @O2 Would love to but I’ve been trying to get help for 8 days now. I’ll just have to struggle through with this phone until I can move to another supplier in July.

    @O2 Or maybe focus on your Customer Services and Complaints department doing their job properly first time. Took 4 weeks for a refund to be raised when the Complaints handler said on the phone that he was doing it immediately 👀

    @O2 I’ve made a payment which is now not sitting in the right place on your system. Upgrade can’t be processed and i need to go back through the entire process (of over 3 hours) to get the phone I wanted. Unacceptable customer service.
