    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @O2 Hi it says network in my area is fine but it’s been happening for the last 5 days or so - it’s fine when im connected to wifi but as soon as I’m out of the house it says I have 4G and multiple bars but no apps are connecting

    @15minutegamer @SamsungUK @O2 Yeah mine does that too, but I just got a message telling me my phone was too hot and needed to cool down when I wasn't even doing that much. Also the battery drains really quickly

    @O2 Hi O2 I have followed your instruction and yet still have bad signal where I love and travel in South West. I mean come on reputable company like your self providing very poor service in which you state you have good service barely get 4g let alone 5g #badservice
