Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

@O2 can someone please contact me regarding my late dad's account. I've been in store and passed on to your customer services bereavement team and have so far spent over 6 hours on hold to then be told I'm going to have a call back within 24 hours and it hasn't happened.

@O2 No - unfortunately i wont avoid sending multiple messages. That will happen when you actually fulfil on the promise from over 2 weeks ago, 10 days ago, 7 days ago, 5 days ago to resolve an issue. You have yet had to have the decency to get in contact out of own accord.

My mobile was hacked 24/09, I reported it to @O2 26/09. Was told the fraud team would ring me in 5 working days. It’s the 8th day now, still no phone and still can’t use my mobile. I’ve been with o2 since the BT Cellnet days. Unacceptable customer service, o2 days are numbered.

@O2 Thank you- it’s just a public place, as I’m out. But now connected to wifi. Your signal in Newquay and St Austell is faulty. I’ve received a text saying there’s a fault- when will you have a fix for it?
