My husband & I have been with @O2 for 15 years plus. Can’t believe the terrible service after using them & O2 recycle. 10 phone calls later no further forward. Kept phone & no money. Disgusting 😡

  • Leggler75 Emma (@Leggler75) reported

@O2 It was received by them on the 23rd December. Since then it’s been back & forth. O2 recycle say one thing & O2 customer service say another. We are stuck on the middle with no resolution. Really thought O2 would be a lot better then this 😢

  • TimPBreden Tim Breden (@TimPBreden) reported from Arundel, England

An hour on Live Chat at @O2 only to be told they haven’t done what they promised THU & FRI. What they will do is make sure the back end team, who they assured me yesterday, will do today what they promised 24 and 48 hours ago, why do I think I’ll be on Chat tomorrow? #O2 #awful
