    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    Piece of life advice for you, never go with @O2. I paid off a bill for my phone over 9 MONTHS AGO, and I’m still getting debt collector letters through the post🙃. Communication there is beyond a joke.

    @O2, been a customer for many many years and I’m very disappointed with the service I’ve received... called 3 times regarding the same thing, was told I’d get a call back... never did and then I won on your instant prizes was told I’d get an email and I haven’t

    @O2 little to no signal in Troon, South Ayrshire today apparently because of upgrade works. Couldn’t we have had some warning?

    Hey @O2 you myO2 app is terrible and calling customer services is as helpful as a poke in the eye. Cuts me off everytime without ever putting me through to anyone. Then to rub it in says "thank you for calling O2" 😠

    @O2 Done everything & this isn’t the first time this has happened at the exact point I want to use it. Not good service if I can’t access the app and have to go through the hassle of going through a web browser. Should be pain free... not a happy customer

    @O2 I have been a customer for 20 years...my question is now why? What do I get for being a loyal customer spending £15 per month for 20 years?
