Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

@O2 Hi I’ve started to report the numbers today and I’ve blocked them all. It’s very frustrating as to how did they get my number, yesterday was bad as it interfered with work continually getting calls. If it continues is there an option to change my number?

@O2 Trying to contact customer services to get a number reconnected and get credit restored as per the O2 community advice. Keep on getting cut off. Is there a direct messaging service available as my issue should be easy to remedy? Thanks

@O2 If call centres weren't sourced out of the country they may have paid off the correct accounts and it wouldn't have happened things get lost in translation poor service on the cheap does not benefit the customer 😕

@O2 Mum rang to order a nano sim for a new phone. The call centre guy was more interested in trying to sell her a package, which flustered her as she was in unfamiliar territory and just wanted her request dealt with. She has no accessibility issues. I feel it's verging on 1/...
