Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

@Kev30884 @O2 I managed to get through first thing yesterday by pressing the button for it being an emergency such as Fraud or stolen phone. No queue time, straight through. I don't know what's happening but it's ridiculous!

@O2 Update!!!!...just received from o2!!!..apparently they have found the problem and are awaiting the parts to repair mast signal!!.....BS!!....You told me that months ago!!...then it was bird's nesting in mast!!...then you couldn't get access to the mast!!..

@O2 have tried consistently to contact o2 recycle or indeed anyone in customer support. Wait on hold 30 mins to be told they can’t help. No one responds to email. Can’t wait to terminate contract. Appalling service. Avoid.

@O2 I upgraded my phone and activated my sim card over 24hrs ago. The sim isn't working. I have a serious medical condition meaning I can't leave my house without my phone. I've tried to call o2 since yesterday but the call cuts off and says Goodbye. I desperately need some help
