    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @1stSimona @O2 @o2 Customer service has gone downhill fast since merger too. Can't do so many things in app so have to call or webchat. CS agents seem to be there purely to keep you in a loop.

    @O2 one of your celltower is out at yo267qf. Been out 24hours affer some repair guys where messing around with it. We live next to it and have no service. Had to come out to post this

    Never using @O2 ever again. They are an utter disgrace of a company. Avoid at all costs. What a shambles of an organisation you have become.

    @arokorol @O2 It gets mixed up because the towers cover both areas. I had the same issue. And then coming back to Israel a second time it said welcome to Israel.

    @arokorol @O2 It happened to me as well in 2024 in Jerusalem with my swiss network. Revert to your network , ask to apologize and for a small refund to give back to some Israel Charity Org.

    @TheO2 @O2 Any particular reason why accessible tickets were impossible to get for any Olivia Rodrigo date? Why the emails get no response? Why the phone number doesn’t work? Do not get me started on the online system. I’ve never had so many issues before! What is going on?!
