    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @sealteamsix22 @O2 I had the call, asked how my service was o2 was. They wanted to give me 45% off then sent exactly the same texts as you. Googled the number and it came up as a scam centre. Just a shame @O2 never replied to me

    @khas01 @O2 What's bad with rises like this, is that most of the items in the RPI basket have little or no impact on the actual cost of O2 providing the service, so they are using inflation to justify the rise then adding some on top for good measure.

    @O2 every week i’m on the app for 2pm to get the Odeon tickets and the ‘use now’ button comes up and I click it but it says ‘sorry there is a problem with your request’ I used to be able to get tickets when I pressed the use now button as am there exactly on time. So frustrating

    @O2 why do you have the “lines are unusually busy and there will be a long wait” announcement? It’s not unusual, it’s your modus operandi. The hold time is bad enough without you insulting my intelligence.

    @o2 it’s impossible to get the odeon tickets through priority… first second they are supposed be online there is a problem with the app… keep trying but then they are ‘out of stock’ in one minute. Absolute scam.

    @O2 after several tweets and calls my issue is not resolved, I have already disconnected one of my other contract and it’s time to close this one as well. Please help me to understand my full and final so that I can get rid of of such a zero customer service provider. @O2
