41andabullet Olivea (@4Olivea) reported@O2 Happens at your call centres in Mumbai daily. Stop tjem from selling. Or move call centres away from Mumbai. Its long been suspected data agents get their information from these call centres. And as you dont have an O2 official stationed permanently in Mumbai trust is an issue

On the phone to O2 for an hour and a half about a broken phone, after being put through to three or four equally clueless people, having to give my details each time, we are told to phone Apple. I have full insurance
