    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    Just joined @O2 and already had 3 people hang up on me as I try to get my new rolling plan sorted! Not a great start! Thinking I might go back to @EE. All this for early tickets and a free coffee! Not worth it!

    Recently changed from @EE to @O2 and I am fed up of having bars of signal but no internet or snail pace. I have to turn on/off plane mode for it to work for 5 seconds then it’s off again. Reported but not sorted and I’m now considering switching back. Anyone else had this?

    Proper awful signal on @O2 (thank god I’m leaving this week) it’s days like this where @SkyHelpTeam and the wifi is down that you really feel it. Abysmal by both
