Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

@MartinSLewis These price hikes are disgusting. How is #OFCOM even allowing this!? I've gone from having a sub-£9/mo @O2 SIM to it being nearly £15/mo in just the last 24 months! For something I very rarely use, but require because of 2FA reasons 🙄 20+ year customer. Not for much longer! #O2

Anyone else on @O2 find their app never works.

  • Liam1986 Liam Morrissey (@Liam1986) reported

Are both the @o2 app and website down?

  • 19craig19 Craig (@19craig19) reported

@Terristarfish @MoneySavingExp @O2 Txt PAC 65075 and you will receive your code that way. Once a new provider uses that Pac code your old contract will cancel down automatically

  • dog_gem Adrian (@dog_gem) reported

So @O2 have decided they will be increasing airtime plans by £2.50 from April 2026 instead of £1.80 What is the justification for this larger increase, and what will customers see in terms of benefits/better service, or is this just to keep shareholder profits nice and high

  • BarrettsFitness Graham Barrett (@BarrettsFitness) reported

Have @O2 purposely shut their website down to stop people leaving their contracts or has it crashed due the amount trying to cancel #timeforchange

  • wmpben Ben (@wmpben) reported

Hello @O2 quick question, how, after being a customer for 22 years am I hearing about mid-contract price hikes from @MartinSLewis before you?

  • kezzalegend Kerry Russell (@kezzalegend) reported

@MartinSLewis @GMB Been an @O2 customer for years, been thinking about leaving for a while, this has just made me finally do it. just waiting for the notification of the price increase and I’m out there. Really hope the other providers don’t follow this practice.

  • wlariesss WhitneyLouisa🤍💕 (@wlariesss) reported

@O2 have the worst customer services ever. I’m actually done with them. Need a new network provider asap.

  • ScrumpoTM Sir Scrumpalot First Knight of the Fur Table (@ScrumpoTM) reported

@O2 Love the inflation-busting price hike — nice touch. Your email says I can keep my device plan if I leave, but your text says I have to pay it off in full. And now your website’s down. Many unhappy customers? Any chance you could actually sort this out?
