    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @O2 So viagogo managed to buy the majority of the tickets you had on sale by going through the back door and not being a Virgin or O2 customer? Priority been unable all day and still not now. Dropped to 3G and E coverage just before 10am, coincidence 🧐.

    @O2 How have you managed to sell all your priority tickets when priority customers couldn’t get on the website. This has been my 1st experience with o2 priority and will be my last. What a shambolic company. You’ve let people down today and you still can’t get your website to work

    @O2 There is no excuse. I have been trying all day to purchase tickets and it has not worked at all. What a frustrating day I have had! You should have predicted the demand. YOU NEED TO FIX THIS ASAP AND GUARANTEE ALL O2 CUSTOMERS HAVE SEATS FOR PETER KAY! AFTERALL IT IS YOUR F’UP!

    @RealSamboraFan @O2 Because when you went through the app you are redirected to Gigs and Tours site to buy your ticket....they are the site they use. But I agree when the app didn't work O2 needed to share this info. I was just lucky to find out and buy tickets as from 8.30 O2 app down.

    @O2 How?… absolute joke I’ve never known such a shambles. There’s zero incentive to stay with you and I will be switching when my contract comes to an end. Been a loyal customer for 13 years along with my family of 5 and will be switching to @SkyUK mobile. Waste of a day.
