Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

@teejwxm @O2 O2 give the same poor answer to everyone, me and my mum have been with them since we got our first phone (her for 20+ years) and are leaving due to their awful signal - and false hope when it says 5g but still doesn’t work!!

@O2 It’s been two weeks since I moved my number over to O2 for my port that what was supposed to be 24hrs - 48hrs. None of the support I’ve spoken to have been able to help. This is insane.
