Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

@matt55809 @newcaslass @O2 It’s the same every year it’s just on the odd occasion you get lucky and get through quick enough and early enough. Years ago there was no queuing system then they brought one in but managed to somehow create the worst queuing system in the world

@O2 been trying to upgrade my phone for 24 hours. Each time it fails at the £1 payment page - I’ve tried Apple Pay, Paypal and entering card details. Nothing works- are your payment systems broken?

@O2 I received a blue Monday voucher for pizza express and when attempting to use it the code didn’t register and was not valid. Restaurant never had this happen before and was quite embarrassed.

@O2 made an order, dpd try, won’t release phone as daughter has phone number at uni, dpd send it back, you tell me to cancel and place a new order, I’m now paying for my order, you tell me you’d call me. Silence, now phone, what a shambles!
