    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @O2 You’re charging me for a SIM card I’ve never used. There are no account cancellation options on your website and your pretty much hidden online complaint form gives repeated error messages. Shall I outline my full complaint in full here?

    @mattsprake @O2 @EE I also left 02 after 15 years and went to EE even on full signal phone hardly ever worked. EE far better with more 5G

    @O2 Can you investigate a possible Emergency Alerts Cell Broadcast issue around RG18? Two separate O2 phones at the same location failed to receive the UK Gov wildfire Emergency Alert on 14 August. Both were on 4G/5G with Emergency Alerts enabled, and alert history is empty.
