    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @JohnTillUK @O2 @Mozilliondotcom Nice one John. They’ve been terrible near me with a mast down for 12 days now. They cited an issue then ‘routine maintenance’ with no update due until 1st Aug.

    @O2 this is why I left o2. My partner has a business and his customers are saying they can't get through to him. It has been over a week. The £10 refund is not enough. Can you just fix the mast please?

    I've been an @O2 PAYG customer for over 15years. Recently I've been getting a "New voicemail" message - why? I have purposly never enabled voicemail since it costs 35p a time to check.
