    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @O2 Like I was saying, that option isn't available to me on myo2. Your customer care won't take the details and I don't have the option to do it via the app or online. How am I supposed to pay you after my current card expires?

    @O2 customer service heeelllp. New phone giving the error message: SIM not provisioned for voice. I have turned it on and off and taken the SIM out and in. I cannot make or receive any calls and am unable to log into myO2 to ask for online support.

    @StarlingBank sadly I'm homeless now and wondered if I would be charged if a pay my begging coins into my account at the post office so I can pay my @O2 phone bill as I cannot cancel my contract even though I'm homeless. #homelessadvice Thanks in advance

    trying to pay off my @O2 contract is an absolute joke. cant do in store coz apparently it takes 30 mins to complete and no one ever answers the fones to do it and u cant pay on the app. i wana pay my damn bill fml

    @virginmedia the standard of service at virgin is abismal. A customer for 30 years and I've been lied to 3times to upsell @O2 Sim in last week and had 4 different contract arrangements sent only to have services switched off since Friday 17/06 until 23/06. Please get in touch

    @O2 Tried to port my old number over 3 times online with the same automated response despite putting the correct "security check" my password for the customer service site is in PW manager.. I even tried the security question and now I get 'something went wrong' as an error..

    @O2 your service in bourne lincolnshire is SOOOO POOR. since u been messing with installing 5g on the mast the signal on older phones dont work
