Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

@O2 I know I've messaged you before about this before. But I work regularly in Birmingham and Manchester and never have 4g or 5g problems. But Preston Lancashire is horrendous . And it's quite common in complaint forums and twitter that this has been going on for a while.

@O2 the credit referral team have very poor customer service. Despite numerous emails they have not responded to my request and have not removed an INCORRECT default on my account to which they apologised for. An apology is not enough.

@O2 I am shocked by the service I have received by your company this week! Telling me I haven’t paid my bill - the bank has confirmed I have and given me the transaction code! Now can’t speak to you on the phone as you’ve cut me off and impossible to get through on live chat 😡😡
