    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @O2 @username9643791 For over a year I haven’t had a problem getting a code - same day, at same time. Then suddenly the last two weeks it had been oos each time. What has changed?

    @O2 I ordered a new phone on 31st March. It was delivered to the wrong address. I have spoken with numerous people who keep fobbing me off and I still have no new phone. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years - please send me a phone.
