    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @o2 my iPhone has one bar with a letter E or zero bars, but my partners google pixel 8pro has 4g and three bars on the same train sitting next to each other! wtf! Sort it!

    Why is O2 so dreadful for signal recently. Costs a fortune and the phones don’t work or load information. Absolutely dreadful @O2

    @O2 why has signal and service dropped so much since you joined up with @virginmedia?? Used to love O2 as customer service was great. Prices go up service gets less.

    @O2 Hi. Thank you for your response. I will message again but have already messaged multiple times this week. I really do not appreciate a complaint handler implying I was dishonest yesterday. That has really upset me. I will message with more information.

    @O2 Is there network issues or something? I switched from ee to o2, thinking network connection would be better, but all i have had sijce switchin is errors, and signal issues. My 5g shows as havijg 2-3 bars of service yet it keeps sayin checking network whenever im usin the internet

    @O2 I've now received an email from you stating that you have disconnected my number as per my request. What request? I didn't request disconnection! Why would I? I've then rung your customer service from my neighbour's phone only to be told it could be 7-10days before resolution

    @O2 @pethard_connor FOUR DAYS WAITING FOR U TO SORT THE ISSUE. TRY RESPONDING TO DMS I SENT OVER 19 HOURS AGO AND GRT THIS SORTED. I will be taking this further
