    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @O2 Can someone from the UK customer services team please reach out to me. I’m tired. I’ve called yourselves a minimum of 20 times in the past 7 days and no one has been of any help at all. Full of lies.

    @O2 Thanks. I've downloaded the app and trying to run a speed test, but it says "you currently do not have network connectivity". I'm very much aware that's what the problem is. I'll leave it to you to find a solution.

    @O2 dealt with some truly awful members of your team today trying to now make a formal complaint via email and get my phone back and no one will give me an email address please sort this out asap

    @daviddunninguk @O2 No signal in much of Beverley. Poor in parts of central Hull and I’m on 2 bars of signal in Barton-upon-Humber. I’ve been with them since they were Cellnet when O2 was just dioxygen.

    @benjaminlfc @O2 @virginmedia It's always the private browser software they fail on. Always states, "Access denied to this page" yet the options button asks me if, "I want to log out?" Funny that...
