Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

Please avoid @O2. Can't manage their direct debits, blame customers for their internal errors, complaint process is non existent I'm left with a damaged credit rating and constant payment issues. They're service is abysmal. I've been hung up on, laughed at, LIED TO etc!

@O2 why is your connection so bad in the Scarborough area! Ive been with you for possibly 10 years, but service is rubbish! Doesnt work in my house unless connected to WI-FI and at work its ultra slow! Temped to move services

@O2 I’m not happy at the treatment I have had I have closed a business account the call handler told me an amount I then paid it that doesn’t mean you can then charge me a fuse then £200 on top of what I have paid 3 months down the line it’s just not acceptable

@O2 called you 4 times in the last hour and everytime u have answered the phone u have put the phone down. Worst thing is I spoke to someone this morning who said they had dealt with my issue and you still haven't. Amazing how I only renewed my contract Friday.
