Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

@O2 are an absolute disgrace. my phone was pick-pocketed in London on Wednesday, we contacted customer service to block the SIM and send out a SIM swap. turns out they messed up, my SIM swap blocked my account from an upgrade for 24 hours, and then we found out today+

@O2 and your pitiful customer service staff have made this much, much more stressful than it needed to be. no compassion, no one taking the situation seriously. it's such a shame your staff in the shop are so helpful and have to work alongside such an appalling customer helpline.

@O2 your employee Ismael is an absolute jewel of a guy. I couldn't top up, card not being accepted, and I really need it because I'm travelling alone tomorrow and have to be able to make a call in the event of an emergency. Ismael added £5 himself out of the goodness of his heart

Just update on this... @ThreeUK can be bothered to fix the issue and instead released my friends from their three contracts. Now migrated to @o2 because best deal they could find

Horrendous services! I tried to use a free movie coupon exactly at 2pm yesterday however it only kept loading and within a few seconds started showing out of stock @O2 @O2PriorityUK please help to get the voucher ; facing the same issue time and over!!!

@O2 Family members with Canadian providers are getting as-expected speeds (ca. 40 Mbps), so why am I not getting the same if we’re using the same network in the same location?
