    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @O2 hi I cannot use priority app. It doesn't login. Says there's a problem. I tried switching network and I uninstalled the app. Still doesn't work.

    @GitGrumpygit @LUDENClassics @O2 Amazed to hear that!!! In the South East, it's shocking!!! Motorways, Trainlines, Rural areas barely covered, if at all!!! Town centres seem to have way too little capacity so just unusable, if you get a signal!!! Not sure what sort of area O2 actually works in to be honest!!!

    @O2 is it common practice for your advisors to place you on mute Everytime you speak or just the last 4 people I’ve spoken to? Terrible service!!!!

    @Chriswa19691781 @O2 That’s not the only thing that can’t be done with O2 at the moment! Are you able to pay your bills on the app or website? I’m not and quite a few others aren’t either. There is something broken on their end and no one is looking into it

    @O2 hi O2 can you help me with an issue on my account? 3 lines customer for over 20 years and I’m struggling to get the loyalty discount and also the local 5g mast has been out of action since December and I’ve been paying for an airtime contract that hasn’t given me a service
