Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

@O2 Hi, I keep having problems logging in to my account, my original log in details are not recognised, I press the forgot log in details, I get sent a 6 digit code, I enter the exact code but get message saying I’ve entered the wrong code, I haven’t, what’s going on?
