Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

@O2 Thankfully I managed to get tickets through @gigsandtours so I’m one of the lucky ones. I still can’t sign in to my O2 account via your app or web browser. You’ve totally let your customers down today. How could you have underestimated demand so massively? #O2Priority #peterkay

@O2 @peterkay_co_uk what a shambles, last time had front row seats before it was unfortunately cancelled, now can’t even log on to get any seats. Very poor technology screw up denying fans the opportunity to see the shows. Not happy.

@O2 To who?? How is this possible when the app has been down all day?! In fact it's still down after 6pm..Even not using an app you can't access the website and codes are not being sent to verify customers neither. Absolute **** show of a priority perk!
