@O2 good evening. Been on hold for over 20 mins then you hang up on me. Happened twice now. Can I speak to someone?

  • spsduncan Steve (@spsduncan) reported

@martynhardacre @O2 This is business as usual for O2 sadly. I reported my home and also my work as no/slow data and they have been "working" on the problem for 6 months with nothing to show for it. If I was actually paying for this (work phone) I would leave.

  • spsduncan Steve (@spsduncan) reported

@martynhardacre @O2 Yeah and the solution they give on their website is "find a WiFi hotspot". Great from a "mobile" internet company.

  • syallaarts Tracey Smith (@syallaarts) reported

@O2 oh my god why have you made this do hard! I just want to pay my bill! My o2 app can't add my card or take payment from it. Your automated phone system sucks and also can't authorise my card. Its not my card its your system. What is happening. Meanwhile I'm on limbo hold...

  • TBAGTEAL Richie Teal (@TBAGTEAL) reported

@O2 called to cancel my contract when I eventually got through the call handler hung up twice !! Absolute joke of a company !!

  • 69Clarkey Nick Clarke (C) (@69Clarkey) reported

@O2 not being funny but your staff need customer service

  • kristen_brenes Kristen Brenes (@kristen_brenes) reported

Apparently I have to try and contact @O2 through every single possible channel to get any form of support. What the actual **** is going on with O2's increasingly ****** service? On what planet is this even remotely acceptable?

  • jumcraddock Make Football Better (@jumcraddock) reported

@O2 @chombabaregrilz The steps telling me “there may be network congestion” sounds like a you problem..

  • jumcraddock Make Football Better (@jumcraddock) reported

@O2 Already spoke to your colleague over the phone at the time it happened who claimed there was no problem in the area despite me not even been able to run a speed test. Said there was nothing more he could do

  • andyscargill 💚 Andy Scargill 💙🇺🇦 (@andyscargill) reported

@mustbecwaced @EE It was similar in Chester with @O2 Lynn where they told one of my neighbours that he should find someone with a different provider if his land line was down and he had an emergency. Their local mast is 'broken' and has been for some time. We're gradually all moving over to others
