Riemenschneider’s Horse (@larrythehook) reported@O2 I’ve had to rejoin EE. Number porting as we speak. O2 customer service an absolute embarrassment. Cost me £20 + having to drive 40 mins each way to nearest O2 store to be told nothing could be done to help me. I will be posting on a daily basis to AVOID O2 until I get refunded 👎

Cllr Sophie Preston-Hall ECC Rochford North (@SophiePrestonHa) reportedIs anyone else getting absolutely inundated with calls from an @O2 call centre lately? I’m getting 5–10 calls a week at this point and it’s beyond frustrating. I’ve politely asked to be removed from their list around 9 or 10 times now and today, when I pointed out that I’ve repeatedly asked them to stop calling me, they simply slammed the phone down on me. How on earth do you actually get yourself removed from whatever ridiculous list these companies seem to have you on? Surely I can’t be the only one dealing with this nonsense?
