@O2 I'm really disappointed with O2 and your courier @DHLParcelUK. I upgraded my contract with you and asked for a delivery date of 05/03/20. I waited in all-day for nothing. I tried to contact DHL and didn't receive the courtesy of a returned call. Very poor service all-round.

. @o2 appalled. I've been cut off by o2 because the amount charged that was due to be reimbursed hasn't been reimbursed and seemingly there is no record this charge having been scheduled for reimbursement and the bolt on isn't working still. I'll be filing a complaint.

@O2 I’ve just been scammed into compromising my O2 account and the scammer has ordered a new iPhone 13 to be delivered to an address in Nottingham. I’ve immediately phoned 202 to report the incident but I think O2 may have been hacked as the order hasn’t been cancelled.

@O2 Hi yes I have done that, but I can’t cancel the order or change the delivery address in my account, I need the fraud people to contact me and acknowledge that they are aware of the issue because I think your 202 number has been compromised by the scammers.
