@O2 I would just like to ask why my signal is so shocking, I can’t get signal anyware in my house or when I leave I rarely get signal. Is there a chance you could please check your signal systems as being in the Center of Bristol and having no signal is not customer satisfaction!

@O2 having real issues with your 02 recycle service. Sent my phone last tuesday, arrived at 02 recycle on thursday, heard nothing until late friday, it’s now tuesday of the week after and I’ve had a text informing me of an email that doesn’t exist

@O2 This is getting ridiculous every time I go into BS1 area of Bristol I get no signal and only 0.43mb data speed how am I meant to us fmy phone with that slow speed and u say u invest billions in the network yet I can only get 0.43mb so someone is lying I think #o2 #joke

@d2h2_ @O2 Although you’ve been giving me grief I can answer your question. Roaming will work in Spain subject to fair usage policy. Dependent on network, EE are best but Vodafone are good. You can buy a sim for €25 locally. All bars cafes have free WiFi.

@O2 this is getting ridiculous every time I go into central Bristol I basically have no signal and I think why do I bother paying my bill if everyday I go into central Bristol I can’t even use my phone yet When u pay for a service u expect it not a half service 😞😞😞😞

@O2 I wanted to bring this to your attention. I have been a customer with o2 all my life but because of my experience in the bath o2 branch with James I am moving to a different company! His customer service was horrendous and he was very rude! I can go into more info if needed!

Helen is trying to download 1.8Mb on @O2 4G, It’s painful and still going even while I type this slowly. Just as bad as @EE slow poor signal quality everywhere. It’s almost as if a new service is coming 🤔 3 minutes and counting

@O2 yep, at home in North Somerset, in my local village centre and various locations across central Bristol. Your network is terrible in the major places I live, shop, work and socialise. I’m not even gonna bother seeing what its like in London next week

@O2 The problem is that your DNS server at 87.194.0.51 for some reason does not resolve the domain. You’re not showing the site, rather than blocking it.

@O2 I changed from Vodaphone to o2 nearly a month ago. Still unable to receive calls from Vodaphone callers!! I have rang customer helpline everyday and been told it has been escalated everyday to porting team and still can't receive Vodaphone calls. Absolutely dreadful service

@O2 I cancelled a new phone contract on 27/7. Still appearing on my account & money still being taken. Customer services so unhelpful. 3 people spoken to so far and 2+ weeks later still not resolved. Appalling customer service. Been with O2 for 15years. No longer.

@SkyHelpTeam @erawnomiS I think the big issue is, especially in Boroughbridge, @o2 also seem to have issues with the 4G service as it’s extremely flakey, so lots of sky mobile, O2 and Tesco customers can’t fall back to cellular service either. Mine fades in and out. Long periods of no data.
