@O2 having real issues with your 02 recycle service. Sent my phone last tuesday, arrived at 02 recycle on thursday, heard nothing until late friday, it’s now tuesday of the week after and I’ve had a text informing me of an email that doesn’t exist

@O2 This is getting ridiculous every time I go into BS1 area of Bristol I get no signal and only 0.43mb data speed how am I meant to us fmy phone with that slow speed and u say u invest billions in the network yet I can only get 0.43mb so someone is lying I think #o2 #joke

@O2 can’t believe you Discriminate against people with learning disabilities. I can’t drive ever so no need for d/licence and to scared to travel abroad so no passport. I was a loyal customer that will be joining @EE as they happy to help

@O2 I would just like to ask why my signal is so shocking, I can’t get signal anyware in my house or when I leave I rarely get signal. Is there a chance you could please check your signal systems as being in the Center of Bristol and having no signal is not customer satisfaction!

@kelvinpapp @O2 Almost impossible to get through to traditional customer services at the moment with many businesses. I can understand lower staff due to the pandemic, but it’s still frustrating.

@O2 I'm really disappointed with O2 and your courier @DHLParcelUK. I upgraded my contract with you and asked for a delivery date of 05/03/20. I waited in all-day for nothing. I tried to contact DHL and didn't receive the courtesy of a returned call. Very poor service all-round.

@d2h2_ @O2 Although you’ve been giving me grief I can answer your question. Roaming will work in Spain subject to fair usage policy. Dependent on network, EE are best but Vodafone are good. You can buy a sim for €25 locally. All bars cafes have free WiFi.

@O2 @Vijay_781 I think the problem is the servers can't come with the number of people accessing them at the same time. Last week I had no problem vut this I did. I think the fact is every day now and there are only 7,000 vouchers instead of 10,000 means more people trying at the same time.

@o2 #O2Priority continues to be a complete letdown and has logged me out seconds before the Odeon tickets become available AGAIN. Wouldn’t mind if mobile experience was good but it’s the worst network where I am. My 3 @O2 contracts will not be renewed

@ShepSqueeze @O2 I was there watching the seconds go down and literally was clicking on the offer at 14:00:01 and got error messages and crashes on both phones. Turning into a waste of time if they can't manage demand for servers or don't have a reasonable number of tix.
