Great service from @O2 sales team on here - thank you! But annoyingly come to pick up the phone and told that #iphone12 doesn’t come with a charging plug. “That’s ok,” I said, “we have loads at home.” Ah no, you’ll need the USB-C style sir.” Wtf. So need to buy a plug. What?!

@O2 @VMO2News 1/3 I’ve just been sent a letter threatening to take me to court for an account I don’t have. Your customer service confirms the SIM card has never been used. I can’t pass the security check as I have never set an account up with you.
