Dependent on network, EE are best but Vodafone are good. You can buy a sim for €25 locally. All bars cafes have free WiFi.

I have been a customer with o2 all my life but because of my experience in the bath o2 branch with James I am moving to a different company! His customer service was horrendous and he was very rude! I rely on O2 for Internet and Streaming services (as the broadband here is worse than mobile signal..) and usually it is JUST about sufficient to use O2.
