@DPDgroup_news for over a week now you have held an iPhone 14 from @O2 and refuse to deliver it to me due to an error by o2 in the address. Neither of your companies customer service will take ownership. o2 simply tell lies. DPD put the phone down. WILL EITHER OF YOU SORT THIS?!

  • ShaneMcC
Shane McCracken (@ShaneMcC) reported from Bathford, England

@O2 The problem is that your DNS server at 87.194.0.51 for some reason does not resolve the domain. You’re not showing the site, rather than blocking it.

  • KalvinSimmons
Kalvin Simmons (@KalvinSimmons) reported from Bathford, England

@O2 I have been with you for twenty years. Apparently, even though you have reduced my signal down to one bar rendering my phone useless, I just have to accept that and keep paying my monthly subscription whilst in contract. Can you explain to me how that is acceptable.

  • NathFerguson
Nath (@NathFerguson) reported from Bristol, England

@O2 This is getting ridiculous every time I go into BS1 area of Bristol I get no signal and only 0.43mb data speed how am I meant to us fmy phone with that slow speed and u say u invest billions in the network yet I can only get 0.43mb so someone is lying I think #o2 #joke

Marc Aitken (@MarcAitkenPhoto) reported from Bathford, England

@O2 found out you’ve charged my 14 yr old son £120 for the last 2 months phone bill on a tariff that’s only £3 per month and was supposed to be capped last July so this could never happen again.. Turns out your agent capped my phone instead on an unlimited tariff? Over to you.

  • courttttxxo
Court✨ (@courttttxxo) reported from Avonmouth, England

Why does @O2 make it impossible to end your contract with them? I don’t need airtime on my iPad anymore & it’s been paid off for like a year but for the life of me I can’t cancel it anyway 🥴

  • BendyBill
Bill Hendy (@BendyBill) reported from Frampton Cotterell, England

@d2h2_ @O2 Although you’ve been giving me grief I can answer your question. Roaming will work in Spain subject to fair usage policy. Dependent on network, EE are best but Vodafone are good. You can buy a sim for €25 locally. All bars cafes have free WiFi.

  • Codingwolf
Codewolf (@Codingwolf) reported from Bristol, England

Hey @O2 I get approx 12 texts a day from you with the message "Sorry, your number doesn't support Visual Voicemail, so we can't set it up yet. Please contact your service provider for help." 4 while typing this tweet.... Knock it off!!

  • The80sBoy
Lawrie The80sBoy 🎺🐕🇪🇺🕊 (@The80sBoy) reported from Bristol, England

@O2 I'm really disappointed with O2 and your courier @DHLParcelUK. I upgraded my contract with you and asked for a delivery date of 05/03/20. I waited in all-day for nothing. I tried to contact DHL and didn't receive the courtesy of a returned call. Very poor service all-round.

  • _kyleregannn
Kyle Regan (@_kyleregannn) reported from Bathford, England

@O2 I wanted to bring this to your attention. I have been a customer with o2 all my life but because of my experience in the bath o2 branch with James I am moving to a different company! His customer service was horrendous and he was very rude! I can go into more info if needed!

@Archibald1878 @O2 And another one O2! You keep blaming your customers instead of actually fixing the broken payment gateway! Acknowledge the problem and fix it! The generic troubleshooting you provide is not going to resolve a problem on your end.

  • synceduk
    Steven (@synceduk) reported

Hi, I have recently joined @O2 on PAYG and topped up and ported my number in. Why am I getting an error when trying to log in to Priority followed by a text message telling me to top up to continue enjoying Priority? I am a new customer.

  • nickrenshaw5
    nick renshaw (@nickrenshaw5) reported

@O2 @27rufus Do not listen to a word these criminals tell you! I've been trying to get this shite contract cancelled since it ended in October last year but their useless AI assistant cannot verify us because the system does not work! I shall be making another complaint about this!

  • JohnTillUK
    John Till (@JohnTillUK) reported

@McWhirterAlex @kieran_jsmith I had to leave @o2 after 29 years as the service had just deteriorated so badly. Didn’t want to leave but it just got to the point where it was regularly unusable on my travels. I’m now using a MVNO which uses EE and it’s just so much better for half the price too.

  • Gabriella1919x
    Gabriella (@Gabriella1919x) reported

@Frugal_ways @O2 It's a nightmare I have been trying for 3 days to pay and the website doesn't work at all, can't go through my o2, Google or anything tried incognito want to set up direct debit. They are just ignoring my messages now. Total joke

  • needymusiclover
    тαѕнα|мєт мαє мυℓℓєя (@needymusiclover) reported

@O2 The issue is that when you google the number it’s coming up as legitimate o2 insurance. The thing that made me suspicious was that insurance department wouldn’t call to tell me my sim was getting disconnected as there’s different departments.

  • amandammcglynn
    amanda mcglynn (@amandammcglynn) reported

@O2 I have been trying for over 4 years to resolve 2 issues with you &i get no further than guy in the call centre . 1 Youve been charging me and my son for my son’s account for years but won’t admit it 2 You have me registered with a completely different acc& No charging me too

  • mitchhirsty
    Mitch Hirsty (@mitchhirsty) reported

@Lucozade3D @O2 Look O2, another person who is getting the same issue when trying to pay the bill. Surely you know this is widespread by now! Sort it out and stop blaming your customers for your mistakes!

  • overgrownmillie
    millie (@overgrownmillie) reported

@O2 tell me how I'm supposed to make an online claim about my stolen iPhone when every time I try and use the link it comes up with error 401 unauthorised. What is my £15 a month actually doing if I can't access this ****?????

  • mufcchatter
    MUFC Chatter (@mufcchatter) reported

@O2 This CCJ is preventing me from moving house. It should never have been put against me in the first place. If the bundled broadband package was cancelled then this should have included the SIM. I never used the SIM, never put it in a phone, never held it in my hands!
