I upgraded my contract with you and asked for a delivery date of 05/03/20. I waited in all-day for nothing. I tried to contact DHL and didn't receive the courtesy of a returned call. Very poor service all-round.

Turns out your agent capped my phone instead on an unlimited tariff? Over to you.

I’ve been advised to call 202. How when the network is still disconnected?! Very disappointing service!!!
