I have been a customer with o2 all my life but because of my experience in the bath o2 branch with James I am moving to a different company! His customer service was horrendous and he was very rude! Everyone has 5G capable gadgets but our networks are generally not up to 5G. More and more devices are connecting so speeds are not keeping up to demand. It’s very very poor.
