Is there a chance you could please check your signal systems as being in the Center of Bristol and having no signal is not customer satisfaction!

I upgraded my contract with you and asked for a delivery date of 05/03/20. I waited in all-day for nothing. I tried to contact DHL and didn't receive the courtesy of a returned call. Very poor service all-round.

Turns out your agent capped my phone instead on an unlimited tariff? Over to you.

But annoyingly come to pick up the phone and told that #iphone12 doesn’t come with a charging plug. “That’s ok,” I said, “we have loads at home.” Ah no, you’ll need the USB-C style sir.” Wtf.
