Turns out your agent capped my phone instead on an unlimited tariff? Over to you.

I have been a customer with o2 all my life but because of my experience in the bath o2 branch with James I am moving to a different company! His customer service was horrendous and he was very rude! I upgraded my contract with you and asked for a delivery date of 05/03/20. I waited in all-day for nothing. I tried to contact DHL and didn't receive the courtesy of a returned call. Very poor service all-round.

Dependent on network, EE are best but Vodafone are good. You can buy a sim for €25 locally. All bars cafes have free WiFi.

They even boast about how they reduce energy consumption by switching equipment off/running in lower power. Esp in non peak periods such as overnight. Doesn’t seem to be subject to regulatory measures

If you are using mobile at home you can link to your router for a better service. All the best with it 👌

There are coverage maps available, we checked them and found better coverage with EE. We tried a spare mobile first which was better, then changed to EE. Works well as we have two locations Wales and Southwest.
