I upgraded my contract with you and asked for a delivery date of 05/03/20. I waited in all-day for nothing. I tried to contact DHL and didn't receive the courtesy of a returned call. Very poor service all-round.

Apparently, even though you have reduced my signal down to one bar rendering my phone useless, I just have to accept that and keep paying my monthly subscription whilst in contract. Les Pigg (@LesPiggypics) reported@O2 Just got an email £1 for a Greggs Chicken roll. They are disgusting and Gregg 30 years ago were better than the current food they serve. Plus the network in some area of NE9 are very poor week signals and dose not work underground on the Tyne & Wear Metro system.
