    @O2 I have been plagued by cold calls from you guys of late offering a discount on my service. I don’t even have a contract with you! Today, exasperated, I requested my number be removed from your list and that I was pissed off receiving these calls. I was told to “**** off”

    @O2 I wanted to bring this to your attention. I have been a customer with o2 all my life but because of my experience in the bath o2 branch with James I am moving to a different company! His customer service was horrendous and he was very rude! I can go into more info if needed!

    Great service from @O2 sales team on here - thank you! But annoyingly come to pick up the phone and told that #iphone12 doesn’t come with a charging plug. “That’s ok,” I said, “we have loads at home.” Ah no, you’ll need the USB-C style sir.” Wtf. So need to buy a plug. What?!

    When my phone contract ends I am not staying with @O2 I have nothing but problems. I needed to make some important calls today yet nothing was working, the signal is always so ****. Sort it out… because I pay all this money for a phone contract yet what for?🤬 #o2 #o2down

    @O2 having real issues with your 02 recycle service. Sent my phone last tuesday, arrived at 02 recycle on thursday, heard nothing until late friday, it’s now tuesday of the week after and I’ve had a text informing me of an email that doesn’t exist

    @JirwinArt @O2 I know how you feel. In the centre of Bath, O2 is horrendous. I managed to get their attention and had someone call me to tell me that they were aware of the network congestion and were working on it. I’ll be going to @EE as soon as I can

    @O2 over an hour on your dumb chat and the agent still hasnt got me through security. Talk about slow service! 1 reply every 12 or so mins what the point of having a online chat if its this slow? Im 1h 30mins in and still not help… where are you hiring these people?

    @Joff_L @O2 They also see fit to charge existing customers upfront costs when trying to upgrade and dont budge on any of it, forcing you to customise your tariff and making it down to £10 as the lowest amount, which then raises the overall cost and then has you dropping down a tariff later.

    @O2 I ordered an iPhone in February - received a fake plastic device and have spent 8 hours over 10 calls with the support team to try to resolve this with no luck. Absolutely terrible service from O2 ! Day 36 #day36 #o2customerservice
