@O2 I would just like to ask why my signal is so shocking, I can’t get signal anyware in my house or when I leave I rarely get signal. Is there a chance you could please check your signal systems as being in the Center of Bristol and having no signal is not customer satisfaction!

@O2 I'm really disappointed with O2 and your courier @DHLParcelUK. I upgraded my contract with you and asked for a delivery date of 05/03/20. I waited in all-day for nothing. I tried to contact DHL and didn't receive the courtesy of a returned call. Very poor service all-round.

@O2 This is getting ridiculous every time I go into BS1 area of Bristol I get no signal and only 0.43mb data speed how am I meant to us fmy phone with that slow speed and u say u invest billions in the network yet I can only get 0.43mb so someone is lying I think #o2 #joke

@O2 yep, at home in North Somerset, in my local village centre and various locations across central Bristol. Your network is terrible in the major places I live, shop, work and socialise. I’m not even gonna bother seeing what its like in London next week

@O2 My husband is having a nightmare with your customer services giving him non existent fraud phone numbers. Any advice? Very frustrating to initially be told they couldn't speak to him as he didn't have the password for the account......it was opened fraudulently in his name!

.@O2 quick to take your deposit for pre ordering #S22 but yet here I am, 3 days after the release date and still no word of my phone. Contact them and just get told, oh as soon as it is available you will receive a text/email. Absolutely shocking service, esp when preordered!!
