(4/4) ...as being the fault of an automated system, without any recompense or any attempt to suggest that they can improve, is horrifying. I feel almost constantly threatened, intimidated, and abused by @O2 due to an issue that they caused, and they are making no attempt to fix.

@jasonmackenzie @O2 OK I once had trouble with EE (not for the mobile service but when I switched to broadband), it got so bad that I decided to go back to Sky. (NB now with TalkTalk, also not great for customer service but OK if nothing goes wrong.)

Hi @MoneySavingExp I have a problem with @O2 . On closing my account early which cost a 4 figure sum there was an outstanding amount of £14.93 as a final balance payment. I paid this straight way by FPO with reference as requested. This was last May.
