@O2 This is getting ridiculous every time I go into BS1 area of Bristol I get no signal and only 0.43mb data speed how am I meant to us fmy phone with that slow speed and u say u invest billions in the network yet I can only get 0.43mb so someone is lying I think #o2 #joke

There is always some kind of problem with my @O2 order. Its even more frustrating seeing on here people have just walked into the store and been able to collect the phone without the relevant email saying its ready to collect. How do they know they are distributing the right

@O2 I'm really disappointed with O2 and your courier @DHLParcelUK. I upgraded my contract with you and asked for a delivery date of 05/03/20. I waited in all-day for nothing. I tried to contact DHL and didn't receive the courtesy of a returned call. Very poor service all-round.

Worried 😟 about my human parent. Paying a lot of money to @O2 for a phone, doesn't work. Made several complaints over 6 weeks, via written letters, emails and phone calls, but they still won't resolve. No offers to help from @O2 . Has anyone else had problems with @O2 ?

Day 23 @O2 with roaming not working. Can now receive calls but not make calls. International travellers it seems cannot rely on the phone services being provided as promised.
