    @O2 with all due respect, your phone service is absolutely ******* horrendous. No 4G in Bristol although I live centrally and my phone constantly tells me I have no internet connection. It’s such bollocks considering how much I pay a month. @VodafoneUK can you help me?

    When you’ve not been able to make any calls or texts whilst at home for the last 2 weeks as your phone is constantly on no service! 😡😡 take your time resolving this issue @O2 !!!!!!!!!!!!!

    @O2 been trying to get hold of help From customer help line but to no avail freeze billing now until we get back to work or come get your phone help people stay in touch until the crisis is over

    @Annabanana8008 @virginmedia @O2 Good luck to you and don't take any sh*t, you should be fully compensated for the absolute inconvenience. We had a little problem with our provider and they where excellent, understood the issue and before we asked they compensated us.

    @O2 Already with o2 for my mobile and they are brilliant. This was for MiFi, someone recommended three but the signal is terrible. Waste of money.

    @kelvinpapp @O2 Almost impossible to get through to traditional customer services at the moment with many businesses. I can understand lower staff due to the pandemic, but it’s still frustrating.

    Why does @O2 make it impossible to end your contract with them? I don’t need airtime on my iPad anymore & it’s been paid off for like a year but for the life of me I can’t cancel it anyway 🥴

    Hi @O2 as you’re aware I’ve been on no service now for over 3 weeks, any updates yet or? Or do I just continue to pay £60 a month for a phone I can’t use unless I leave my house ?? If someone with a brain cell can get in contact that would be fab 👍🏻

    @O2 I'm really disappointed with O2 and your courier @DHLParcelUK. I upgraded my contract with you and asked for a delivery date of 05/03/20. I waited in all-day for nothing. I tried to contact DHL and didn't receive the courtesy of a returned call. Very poor service all-round.

    @O2 customer service is the worst - transferring me to the sales team knowing they’re closed to fix an error that’s theirs. Can’t wait to change providers - pathetic

    @O2 But I paid for next day delivery on Sunday? And I’ve paid to have the device on Monday and nothing has been sent. It’s pretty poor to promise something you can’t offer, and go AWOL on customer service.

    @O2 I have an O2 e-sim and am unable to receive WhatsApp verification codes via SMS. I want to switch WhatsApp back to my O2 number but I never receive the SMS codes they say they are sending. They insist its working at their end and that there must be something wrong with my sim

    @O2 do you have an issue with the number transfer (to O2) form? When I click submit it gives me "Oops, something went wrong." I have tried with different browsers and different devices.

    Trying to switch to @O2 and it all went wonky (Error 400) at the payment screen - after entering details and submitting. Tried to start over in a new browser, and can't get it to work. So, am I an O2 customer, or not? At this rate, I hope not as this is poor service out the gate.
