Someone sat next to me with EE can connect. Granted it’s a sports stadium but this was 60m before kick off with barley anyone in there. Happens every match 1/2

No passport or driving licence unable to prove his identity. obtained a PAC. told est. £406.49 of termination charges! He wanted to reduce his monthly cost but O2 shop said no. Been customer for years. Help please.

Basically churning the customer for a new sale. And taking off advisors stats and earning themselves a bonus O2 stop call centre making sales. Please
