Daniel Lyddon (@Daniel_Lyddon) reported from Cardiff, Wales

(4/4) ...as being the fault of an automated system, without any recompense or any attempt to suggest that they can improve, is horrifying. I feel almost constantly threatened, intimidated, and abused by @O2 due to an issue that they caused, and they are making no attempt to fix.

  • Ng1x
    Nicole Gallagher (@Ng1x) reported

@O2 sent me to Apple for a diagnosis. Apple confirmed a faulty logic board and dangerous overheating, recommending a replacement. O2 now want to send it away for their own diagnosis, leaving me without a phone. No resolution, no escalation, and ignoring the Consumer Rights Act.

  • Brexit_Refugee
    Brexit Refugee (@Brexit_Refugee) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 One thing that bugs me in UK is the terrible signal. Next thing is if you have an “open reach” router it reserves 30% of your bandwidth for broadcasting a public 5G hotspot onto the street for Open Reach customers using the WiFi hotspot app…. Utter con.

  • __anotherthing
    ...AND another thing: (@__anotherthing) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 How do tariffs compare; I bet UK pays extra for (poor) service?

  • MarkyB_62
    Mark Breeze🕷💙💻🐟 #FBPE #FBPA #RejoinEU🇺🇦 (@MarkyB_62) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 Because the operators put profit ahead of service? Coverage investment goes into the high traffic/ high profit urban areas, at the expense of suburban & rural coverage. Better regulation would help.

  • SkimoBeats
    Skimo (@SkimoBeats) reported

@O2 Yes, to go to a store. Which isnt close. And would have to go out of way to go there. They of course are unable to confirm if they will have the same issue. For confirmation, there is absolutely no issue with any of my cards (I have tried 4 so far). It's ridiculous.
