    That was a bad bad move. Over 12 years, @O2 cheerfully siphoned more than £5000 from my account. When I discovered this recently and stopped the DD, they sent the £75.82 due to a collection agency (Lowell) who continue to hound me.

    @O2 simply say that they are within the law to keep my £5000+ even though I've never used it. Watch out for direct debit abuse and watch out for @O2 in particular!
