    @O2 No signal for two , now on the third day , all your help lines etc are busy , no support or help , not the best customer service but you will still take my money , not impressed at all

    @teamIPSE Without a doubt! And phone signal! It is appalling how bad the signal is in parts of the UK outside of London! I am 4 minutes from the Cardiff city centre with no signal! #howareyoumeanttorunabusiness @o2networks @O2 @giffgaff

    Totally disappointed with @O2 customer service. A number transfer from a consumer account to business took 8 days when I was told it would take 24 hours. 3 phone calls to customer service and still not 100% sorted. #totallycrapexperience

    @O2 I woke up this morning to find I’ve been totally cut off. I can’t make calls, send texts or use my mobile data. All of this is kinda important for my work as I’m self employed - I can’t call your customer service line to see what the issue is. Can you look into it please.

    Hey @O2 who can I talk to about unlocking a phone. I've paid up and out of contact. Online form says no because of too many attempts ( no idea what my customer service code was) but I have all my account details.

    @ee need to kick a few cells around the Cardiff arena tonight very poor 4g coverage had to switch to your neighbours at @o2 for connectivity

    When I renew, @virginmedia offer free AirPods with some plans and @O2 do the same! So much for customer loyalty, they just want more and more money! 🤬

    @RobBruceK @ThreeUK @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK No awful. Just spent 5 days with no data/calls due ti Insufficient bandwidth. My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too

    @O2 This has always been an issue. We are with giffgaff whom I believe use your signal. I have tried everything. I have even bought a booster, but the reception coming into the booster isn’t enough to even make the booster work. Very frustrating. I have to sit in a window 4 reception

    @O2 guys is there a backlog in complaints? I responded to a complaint on the 06/10/20 no reply, 20/11/20 no reply. I’ve now sent a further email today and I’ve no faith in it being responded to. Original complaint was 04/09/20.

    @O2 help please, I have sent my phone to O2 recycle! Royal mail tracking is showing it's been delivered but I have received nothing back, tried emailing and calling but no success 🤷

    @O2 absolutely disgusted at you & your service Having charged my elderly mother £134 for a call lasting 5 hours that she didn’t make! Have tried to call you to sort this out but you are refusing to talk to me if this is not resolved in 24 hours I’ll be taking it the media
