@O2 still waiting for a refund on a returned phone case since July...numerous phone calls resulting in last one on 11/10 we will take it off your phone bill for you but full amount taken today. Can’t get through on phones can you please advise as I’m pretty fed up with service

@O2 is there an option to setup a direct debit without making a phone call? It used to be set up but for some reason didn't change when I used the Switch service to move banks and I'm fed up of being told I'm behind on a payment. Can I do it via the app? Thanks

@O2 on the website it says to contact your customer services to change my name and other issues I want to discuss yet the only way I can get through to someone is to say I’ve had fraud occur! All I want to do is speak to someone why is it so hard. Chat is also unavailable

@Annabanana8008 @virginmedia @O2 Good luck to you and don't take any sh*t, you should be fully compensated for the absolute inconvenience. We had a little problem with our provider and they where excellent, understood the issue and before we asked they compensated us.

@O2 am assisting my disabled brother. catch 22. No passport or driving licence unable to prove his identity. obtained a PAC. told est. £406.49 of termination charges! He wanted to reduce his monthly cost but O2 shop said no. Been customer for years. Help please.

@O2 Already with o2 for my mobile and they are brilliant. This was for MiFi, someone recommended three but the signal is terrible. Waste of money.

@O2 Day 46 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 Worst network and customer services ever!!! Signal is really poor and they have got my bill wrong for the past 3 months. Speak to customer services and they just say it will get sorted. Suggest people choose another network because O2 are rubbish.

Why is data roaming in the USA so slow with @O2?! Been in New York and Boston over the past few weeks and the speed has been at a snails pace for both me and friends with @O2. Please do better. 🙏🏽
