    @O2 guys is there a backlog in complaints? I responded to a complaint on the 06/10/20 no reply, 20/11/20 no reply. I’ve now sent a further email today and I’ve no faith in it being responded to. Original complaint was 04/09/20.

    @O2 still waiting for a refund on a returned phone case since July...numerous phone calls resulting in last one on 11/10 we will take it off your phone bill for you but full amount taken today. Can’t get through on phones can you please advise as I’m pretty fed up with service

    Hi @O2 as you’re aware I’ve been on no service now for over 3 weeks, any updates yet or? Or do I just continue to pay £60 a month for a phone I can’t use unless I leave my house ?? If someone with a brain cell can get in contact that would be fab 👍🏻

    @virginmedia I would happily self serve online, via a browser or app, as you incessantly encourage me to do, but when the page says “oops something went wrong, we’re unable to change your package online”, its very frustrating. @O2 will help you soon!

    @O2 is there an option to setup a direct debit without making a phone call? It used to be set up but for some reason didn't change when I used the Switch service to move banks and I'm fed up of being told I'm behind on a payment. Can I do it via the app? Thanks

    @O2 am assisting my disabled brother. catch 22. No passport or driving licence unable to prove his identity. obtained a PAC. told est. £406.49 of termination charges! He wanted to reduce his monthly cost but O2 shop said no. Been customer for years. Help please.

    @O2 Yes via phone. I’ve booked a disconnection in a couple of weeks time. I was planning to get a new number but there’s been a change of plan. So no PAC requested or alt network selected. Currently network is Movistar as I’m in Mexico

    @nothing @O2 I just bought nothing phone 1 on 22 august 22 and there are some issues like screen freeze when switching between apps. To restore the response I have to click the power button and then it starts working. This happens while entering password or using fingerprint scanner too.

    @O2 So...your solution to not providing a service that I am paying for is to get me to use my own wifi, which I also pay for!! Oh, and offer me a compensatory sad-face emoji. Nope. Get it fixed, or get me refunded for the time the service is down.
