@Annabanana8008 @virginmedia @O2 Good luck to you and don't take any sh*t, you should be fully compensated for the absolute inconvenience. We had a little problem with our provider and they where excellent, understood the issue and before we asked they compensated us.

@O2 as per usual shocking customer service takes a ridiculous amount of attempts to get through the automated system to then end up in the wrong department get transferred on hold for over 45 minutes and they cut you off try again as the automated system just doesn't work!!

@O2 Had DD on my virgin account (without giving consent @metpoliceuk) yes charged me £10 and i never used the sim. They now cancel my sim and at the next bill (which i have no idea where i will see it) i have to call again and have a cheques for it. I'm an o2 customer already
