Ade (@Bubwal) reported from Cardiff, Wales@RobBruceK @ThreeUK @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK No awful. Just spent 5 days with no data/calls due ti Insufficient bandwidth. My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too

Jamie Riddell (@jamieriddell) reported from Cardiff, WalesHey @O2 who can I talk to about unlocking a phone. I've paid up and out of contact. Online form says no because of too many attempts ( no idea what my customer service code was) but I have all my account details.

Simon Hiscocks (@Statto1927) reported from Barry, Wales@O2 2/2 it’s like someone deliberately switches off the internet on match days, but I’m sure that doesn’t happpen.....😉 Signal is perfectly fine there usually, & if it’s vol7me of people, why are other able to connect seems like an O2 thing as my son & daughter also have problems..
-
Lisardo Vivas (@LisardoVivas) reported from Cardiff, Wales@O2 @tig1985 I’m in cardiff with same issue
-
Garry Dauncey (@daunce4thstreet) reported from Pontypridd, WalesNever use @O2 recycle! sent them a phone that was in perfect condition & now they say the phone is damaged and are offering peanuts for it. If it’s damaged blame the flimsy packaging you send.
-
Brad Channer (@BradChanner) reported from Cardiff, Wales@O2 This has always been an issue. We are with giffgaff whom I believe use your signal. I have tried everything. I have even bought a booster, but the reception coming into the booster isn’t enough to even make the booster work. Very frustrating. I have to sit in a window 4 reception
-
Callum James Littlemore 🔶 (@CJLittlemore) reported from Cardiff, Wales@O2 I woke up this morning to find I’ve been totally cut off. I can’t make calls, send texts or use my mobile data. All of this is kinda important for my work as I’m self employed - I can’t call your customer service line to see what the issue is. Can you look into it please.
-
Paul Williams Events (@pwilliamsevents) reported from Tongwynlais, WalesTotally disappointed with @O2 customer service. A number transfer from a consumer account to business took 8 days when I was told it would take 24 hours. 3 phone calls to customer service and still not 100% sorted. #totallycrapexperience
-
Simon Hiscocks (@Statto1927) reported from Barry, Wales@O2 It’s CF11 8AZ. ardiff City Stadium. My point is that I can hardly get any connectiveity with a 4G signal showing. Someone sat next to me with EE can connect. Granted it’s a sports stadium but this was 60m before kick off with barley anyone in there. Happens every match 1/2
-

Laura Klonowski (@LauraKlonowski) reported@O2 Hi, do you know how long it will take for a local phone mast to be fixed? It's now been over 48 hours and I still have no service and can only use my phone if it is connected to WiFi, but cannot make calls or receive SMS
-
Lynn Nicholls (@LynnEducation) reportedAbsolutely hate @O2 - stupid app that keeps trying to link to Virgin Media. I can’t wait to get my code to move to Vodafone. No wonder you’re losing business with over complicated apps and expensive tariffs! 👋 o2.

I love God (@YamaEmilie) reportedIt has been brought to my attention that @O2 is doing a number on their customer , I may need to part ways of them if their price is too high . The government isn’t increasing our salaries so we must go where it’s cheaper .
